It should take you to a page where it says at the top: Or click here to create / request a custom avatar (NEW) Click there, and then you go to a page where you can "choose file" off your computer. So save that avatar to your computer first. Don't worry that it says "you will be charged 15 vip days" - if you have a free avatar token to use it will use that instead. Please make sure you follow the guidelines on the wiki with regards avatar creations. If you would like to know any more info on why your avatar was rejected, please reply to this message. Note: looks avatary enough but the avatar bits chosen are way too similar to royce so if you just squint it's basically him. please use slightly less like him avatar bits Mikes remarks above.
