Ladies and gentleman SFU #20 is one of the most stacked cards I have seen from the world of MMA in a long time. Four title fights are scheduled, nothing but action from the start of the show all the way to the main event. The event will take place on August 7th, 2016 at the Hard Knocks Arena right here in beautiful London.

Right out of the gate we have a Middleweight fight scheduled, Bjarni Agnarsson (1-0) VS Chael Sonnen (0-0) This will be Chaels first Professional fight, that doesn't mean he's not ready though, he has a strong background in wrestling and you can bet money that as soon as the bell rings he will be looking to take Bjarni right to the mat and pound him out. Agnarsson said he isn't worried about his wrestling at all, he also has a strong background in wrestling, will be looking to take the fight to the mat as well, either way, you can look forward to some crazy ground and pound action from this fight.

Moving on to the Welterweight division, Askles Garcia (3-1) VS John Winkle (4-4) Garcia is coming off two nice QFC fights, making his debut here in SFU, he's looking to make a statement against Winkle. He has said in a recent interview that he has been training his takedown defense and his striking to prepare for Winkle, which I think Winkle will be looking to expose. John is a brown belt in BJJ with 3 of his 4 wins coming by submission. Winkle has said he is looking toput his career back on the right track with a win on fight night. Ladies and gentleman this is a fight that could go either way and I am looking forward to it.

Now another Middleweight fight we have for the fans is Tom Campbell (4-3) VS Steve Lucas (6-6) this is your classic striker vs BJJ artist. All 6 of Steve's wins have came by submission, he wears a purple belt in BJJ and will be looking to put it to use once again as he takes on Tom Campbell. Who considers himself a knockout artist. You can argue that this fight will go either way, if it goes to the mat, more than likely Steve will be advancing with the win, on the other hand, if he cannot get him to the mat Tom will look to make quick work against Steve. I wouldn't put money down on this one. This is a hard one to call.

Next up, we have a series of Featherweight fights for you, and boy am I excited for this one coming up, Bob Brody (4-3) VS Sergio Diaz (6-3) The rematch everyone has been wanting to see. The last time these two men squared off it was for the Championship and Sergio actually took it in the fourth round by submission. Ever since it happened Brody has been in the gym training non stop to prepare himself for this rematch. It's all he's wanted was to avenge this loss. He has said in the past that it was a fluke loss and it'll never happen again. Sergio said it'll happen the same exact way as it did the first time but sooner. He's calling for a first round submission victory. Who will take the W in the rematch? Will Sergio make it 2-0 against Brody or will he avenge the loss and move past this and put his career back on the path for the championship?

The other Featherweight fight we have for you is Allahu Akbar (5-3) VS Markus Woodsmall (7-3) Personally I am not a fan of Akbar, he has a arrogant attitude about him that just doesn't sit well with me or the fans, but I won't take anything away from his ability to perform. Four of his wins coming by KO he doesn't mess around when he gets in there. Markus said he doesn't care about who he knocked out before and that he won't fall into his trap of getting inside his head. He also said he will knock him out within the first round and move on from this. Markus has also said that he doesn't believe Akbar is on his level at all. Either way this fight will be a barn burning stand up war that you just cannot afford to miss.

Lets add another 40 pounds for this next fight, in the Middleweight division, we have Julian Alexander (0-1) VS Reginald Kray (6-8) you can argue that both of these men have started off on a bad note. Julian has said that he will not allow himself to be considered in the same boat as Reginald, he will not allow his record to look like that, he refuses to start his career off 0-2. He will be looking to make a statement against Kray. Reginald got wind of what Julian said and just shrugged it off, saying he doesn't care what he has to say, or even about his record, he didn't get into the fight game to have a pretty record, he's in it to put on a show for the fans and collect a paycheck, he sees Julian as just another paycheck he will be looking to collect come fight night.

And now we have a Lightweight Championship fight, Inmate Seven Nine Zero Four Two(4-0) VS Zus Bielski (4-0) What a fight this will be folks, both of these guys are very well rounded and can adapt to any situation. Not only is this fight for the vacant title, but both of these guys are fighting for something much more greater than just the championship, they are both undefeated and they both want to stay that way, they feel very strongly about retiring as the greatest. Come fight night, someones 0 will have to go. Who will come out as the Lightweight champion? Tune in to find out.

Next up, we have a Super Heavyweight Title fight. Marcus Pereira (9-0) VS Jackson Teller (7-2) Marcus Pereira who was once considered an obese gentleman who would never amount to much in the fight game, is now 9-0 sporting around brown belt in BJJ although he cannot physically wear it, he takes great pride in his accomplishments. There's also another belt he takes great pride in, and says he will do everything he can in keeping it, and that is the SFU Super Heavyweight Championship. He says he will defend it or die trying. When someone has that much pride in a championship, you know you're in for a treat every time he steps in the cage. Mr. Teller laughed when he heard Marcus say he will either defend the title or die trying. Teller said "I guess he will just have to die" Folks, I think this fight is more than just about the title. I think there's something more to this rivalry and I'm excited to see the outcome.

You can say this next fight should be a main event! As the Lightheavyweight Champion Dmitry Boitsov (6-0) will be defending his title against, Oldaghar Khara (5-0) personally I am a big fan of both of these fighters. Once again though, this is a striker vs submission artist. All of Khara's wins come by KO 4 of them in the first round. Where Boitsov has 5 subs under his brown belt in JJ and his most recent title defense came by KO in just 5 seconds. He has said that he would have more KOs under his belt, just everyone thinks they're a wrestler. We are hoping that Dmitry doesn't try and stand with Khara but if he does this could be a bad night for the champion, either way, one of these fighters will be coming home with the title, and the other will be carrying their first loss. There's a lot to gain this fight, and there's a lot to lose as well. Either way you have to tune in for this fight, this is potential fight of the year.

And now, finally on to the Main Event. The Welterweight Champion Ramon Gracie (10-0) who is personally one of my favorite fighters, I will follow anyone from the Gracie family. What they have done for the sport is so amazing, and I am honored to be writing this preview for you here today. Gracie will be looking to defend his belt against Doug Funnie (5-2) All 5 of his wins have come by KO. He knows all about Gracie and he respects him very well, he knows that if Gracie gets him down, it'll pretty much be all over, he's hoping to shut the lights off before he even thinks about going to the ground. He says he likes being the underdog and that he cannot wait to hear the crowd be silenced as they will be in shock. Gracie does not care at all about Dougs striking, he's fought plenty of strikers in the past and every single one of them has fallen. He said his chin is as solid as it's ever been and he's ready for the challenge come fight night, he looks forward to walking out of the arena still champion.

Come out and join us, August 7th 2016. Hard Knocks Arena in London, tickets are on sale now, buy them while you can right now. Tickets are worth every penny, just look at all these amazing fights in store for you. Merchandise from M.O. Fight Wear will also be available on sale. This is not one to miss!

We are back with another amazing card brought to you by StrikeForce Union! SFU 21 will feature a massive! 10 fight card of some of the most highly anticipated fights in recent months. The event will take place on August 14th, 2016 at The Hard Knocks Arena in the always beautiful city of London. As always, the merchandise and fight gear will be provided by M.O Fight Wear, get your tickets now before they sell out and man are they selling quick.

The Main Event will feature a fight between Roger Machado (16-6) and Big Tow (14-8) the rematch everyone has been waiting for and they will finally get it, Big Tow doesn't have an impressive record but he just doesn't give a shit, the last time these men fought the fight had to be stopped due to a cut on Machado in the first round. You can argue that if that fight wasn't stopped due to a cut, Roger was trying for a submission left and right and he just might have got it if the fight went into the later rounds. All 16 of Roger's wins have come by submission, he's been training BJJ since he was a little kid and it's his passion. Where Tow can pretty much adapt to any situation, 8 of his wins came by KO and 4 by submission so it's not like he doesn't know what he is doing in there. How do you guys think this rematch will go?

My prediction: I see Roger coming in and getting him to the ground like the last fight, I think he knows what he has to do now and protect his face from not getting beat up, and secure the submission, either way this fight will be exciting to watch.

Staying in the Heavyweight Division, we have Bo Jones (5-3) taking on the highly popular fighter Paddy Ward (10-1) Jones has his work cut out for him in this as Paddy does not play any games inside the cage, he is there to do one thing and that is to take you out as quickly as possible, all 10 of his wins have come by KO/TKO in either the first or second round. He has never had a fight go to decision and doesn't plan on it any time soon. Bo has had his up and downs in his career but he seems to have his mind set these days he's on a two fight KO streak and this fight will either make or break him, he cannot afford another loss right now, a loss will send him straight to the bottom.

My prediction: This fight is going to be a slug fest but I think Paddy just has the better hands between the two, what a monster he is when he steps in there. I think it'll be another first round KO for ward advancing him to 11-1 and one step closer to the Championship

Once again staying in the Heavyweight Division, Lucia Gracia (9-13) will be stepping up and taking on James Quinn Mcdonagh (7-1) as most of you know I am a huge fan of the Gracie family, I have the upmost respect for them and what they have done for the sport but man has Lucia had it rough. His JJ is there but the chin is not, being knocked out 12 times does not look good. Maybe he should think about hanging up the gloves to say him some head damage. That's exactly what James will be looking to do against Gracie, as 6 of his 7 wins have came by KO. I do not see this fight going to decision at all.

My prediction: I got to call it, first round KO for McDonagh

Now we have title on the line ladies and gentleman as the champion Remus Sala (6-0) will be looking to defend his Bantamweight title against Gabriel FalleN (8-1) both of these men will be looking to see who has the better standup, you can expect to see this fight stay on the feet the entire length of the fight, these guys do not like taking the fight to the ground, as they both say it's just a waste of time and only chumps try takedowns. Big words but both of these men have the hands to back up the talk. I'm expecting fireworks for this amazing championship fight, I don't even know if I call this one.

My prediction: I can't choose a winner. Both of these men are so similar when they get in there they just might even cancel each other out. We will just have to wait till fight night!

Staying in the Bantamweight Division we have Brayden Barnes (6-1) taking on Jamiril Cragla (5-1) Barnes is looking to get back on track after getting knocked out in his last fight for the championship, he is hoping to put his submission skills to the test against Cragla and hopefully earn him another title shot with this win. Cragla who is a knockout specialist also lost his last fight to FalleN, he went on to say that if he couldn't submit FalleN he will never submit him and that he will knock him out the same way. This should be an exciting fight for the fans to see.

My prediction: I see Cragla coming in and showing off his hands, we have seen Barnes go up against some high level strikers and it hasn't always been good, he's been lucky enough to get a few of them down and tap them out but I do not see that happening against Jamiril.

Stepping up in the Middleweight Division we have Floyd Whitaker (2-0) looking to put his hands to the test against Pekka Pera (2-0) Both of these undefeated fighters are standup specialist who like to get in there and stand in the middle of the cage and bang it out and man do these men have the cardio to do so, I truly feel like these men wouldn't have a problem going through a five round war but a part of me is telling myself that these men won't even make it to the third as I see a early finish coming. It only takes one punch in the fight game to put someone to sleep and these have the power to do just that.

My prediction: It always sucks when someones 0 has to go but I think Floyd will get the finish within the second round.

A highly anticipated Light Heavyweight matchup will also be on the card as Mike Stanley (8-1) will be facing Ivan Tarasov (9-3) your classic striker versus submission artist but with a twist, both of these men truly cannot stand one another. Mike feels that Ivan's submission game is sub par and will never work against his style and his quick handspeed. Ivan on the other hand, thinks that he can submit anyone in the fight game if he's at his best. The trash talk between these men has been intense, having to be broken up several times at the conferences and media tours, this one should be exciting.

My prediction: Mike has looked really impressive as of late, I flew out to his camp a few weeks ago and he looked like a monster. I feel that he will stuff every takedown Ivan tries and put him to sleep early.

Connor MacLeod (1-1) VS Bring Ithome (1-1) will also be on the card, these two young light heavyweights will be looking to show what they're made of and show the rest of the division that they are no pushovers. Neither of these men are really popular so this is their chance to show the fans that they to can also be a household name. I can't wait for this fight honestly, I like watching the new guys get in there because you never know were they will end up, I'll never forget the first time Conor McGregor stepped inside the octagon and did what he did. Maybe will get to see that with one of these men come fight night.

My prediction: I feel Ithome will come in and start off with a few jabs keeping the distance and not letting Mac secure the takedown, and setting the pace securing him a decision win.

Loud mouth heavyweight Bo Jones (5-3) will be going up against extremely popular Paddy Ward (10-1) I don't think Bo has his head in the right place as just recently he called out Luke Walker who gave him his last lost back at SFU 15. I think he needs to get it in gear as he has a real threat in front of him who isn't going to be playing games come fight night. Paddy Ward is an absolute killer in the cage, all 10 of his victories have come by KO/TKO in devastating fashion. Paddy said that he's pissed off because it seems as if Jones is over looking him and not showing him the respect he deserves. I don't think this is going to be a good night for Jones at all.

My prediction: I'd be placing your money on Paddy Ward, I don't think Bo has much of a chance, when you're facing a man like Ward you got to have a 100% focused mindset.

Kicking off the card we have two amazing Bantamweight fighters and they will be looking to hype the fans up and get them off their seats! Always exciting Troy Palmer (11-1) will be looking for another KO finish against his undefeated opponent Boris Orlov (4-0). We've seen Troy here in SFU before and he never lets the fans down as 10 of his 11 wins have come by KO. We know Palmer will be looking to execute his strong clinch and grind down his opponent until he gets the finish. The Russian fighter will be making his SFU debut come fight night, but if you don't know who he is man are you in for a treat. At only 19 years old in just one year he secured 4 amazing wins finishing 3 of them by KO. This is going to be a very fun fight to watch and you don't want to blink because these guys are so quick.

My prediction: I hate to call fights like this, but I think Troy's experience will be to much for Boris and Palmer will secure the Victory by second round KO and give Orlov his first lost.

With all that being said, how can you miss this amazing card? All these amazing fights for a low price that you can't beat anywhere else, once again, SFU 21 will take place on August 14th, 2016 at the Hard Knocks Arena in the city of London. Merchandise and fight gear will be provided by M.O Fight Wear, get your tickets now before they sell out!

Jones circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Ward drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Jones follows Ward to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

So no one is able to challenge the HW champion? He has been waiting ten weeks for a fight. TEN.

Meanwhile the top three contenders in the division are managed by one guy - Ben Frankham - who is also the 2nd in command of the org.

These three fighters have been fighting each other over and over.

Obviously I'm an idiot for not noticing this earlier, but frankly Frankham this is bullshit. Give my guy a fight or release him. Preferably one then the other.

It's an honor to write another preview for StrikeForce Union, one of hottest fight organizations in sport today. StrikeForce Union 22 will be taking place August 21st 2016, as always in beautiful London at the Hard Knocks Arena. The card will feature undefeated fighter and my personal favorite fighter on the SFU roster, Ramon Gracie. He will be looking to defend his Welterweight Championship against Juan Carlos Aymara. There are so many other great fights on this card, you can't miss this one.

:excl: As stated above, the Main Event will be Ramon Gracie (11-0) Vs Juan Carlos Aymara (5-0). I've done previews for Ramons fights before and I;ve said it once before and I'll say it again, I'll follow anyone in the Gracie family, the sport would not be where it is today without the Gracie's. Ramon has stood out recently being one of the best current Gracie's competing today, he's coming in 11-0 with 9 of his 11 coming by submission. No surprise there as that's his main focus when he's in the cage, always looking for the sub, he will have it cut out for him and he will be facing a real threat come fight night as he fights undefeated newcomer, Juan Carlos, who is a knockout artist finishing all 5 of his wins by KO 4 of them in the first round. He is a force to reckon with when you're standing in front of him, if Carlos can stuff the takedowns and survive the subs, he has a real chance of upsetting the champion and walking out with the gold.

My prediction: I think Gracie will do what he always does, and that's securing the takedown, passing guard, grinding out Carlos until he eventually gets the sub.

The Co Main event moves on to the Lightweight Division, Rupert McCaffrey (2-3) will be taking on Jeff Roberts (12-3) Now many of you are probably wondering why these two are going at it again, these two guys last fought on SFU 17 with Roberts taking the victory by kimura. After the fight Rupert verbally attacked Jeff until eventually Jeff had enough and agreed to whoop his ass again, will Rupert prove the his loss was a fluke? Or will Roberts do exactly the same and dominate the fight?

My prediction: If you want me to be honest, I do think the last fight was a fluke, but that's just because Jeff has never won by submission before, he showed a lot of improvement but as we all know Jeff comes in looking for a knockout, it was a fluke that Rupert didn't get Knocked out. Jeff will secure the KO within the 1st round.

Moving on down the card. Featherweight fighter Noam Nystrom (3-3) will be facing Christian Battle (7-4) This should be an exciting fight for the fans as both of these men are so talented in the octagon and I think have a long future in the division. Both of them are quick and have been training for this fight like its a championship fight. Battle has an excellent BJJ background which he is always looking to put to use in the cage, 6 of his 7 come by submission, currently he holds a Brown belt under London MMA gym. Nystrom is a former champion here in SFU so he feels no pressure stepping in the cage, as we all know he has a dominating wrestling background that he's hoping to put to work as he will be looking to shrug off the submission attempts and secure good ground and pound positions.

My prediction: I think the former champion Noam will easily defend the submission attempts from battle and I don't think he will get the finish but I think he will secure the decision win on fight night.

Staying in the 145lb division Saad AbdUllah (1-2) will be going up against Joao Ricardo Bordignon Miyao (7-1) Joao Ricardo will be looking to get another submission win on fight night as all 7 of his wins come by submission, right now the word is that he Ricardo can win on fight night he will be next in line for the Featherweight Championship. Personally I don't think his path to the championship looks to hard going up with the likes of Saad, the not so popular fighter will be looking to even out his record and make it 2-2 and hopefully getting his career back on the right track. I don't think he's going to have a good night though as both of his losses have came by submission he doesn't really have a ground game and that spells terrible trouble when you're in there with someone like Miyao.

My prediction: Miyao by 1st round submission.

Fans will also get to see this amazing Lightweight fight, Phil Leotardo (4-5) will be taking on Joe Dirt (11-7) another striker versus submission artist matchup that I'm sure will not let the fans down. Joe Dirt will be looking to get another submission win on fight night, man is a monster on the ground. He is a highly decorated brown belt, it won't be long before he earns himself his black belt. Phil has had a rough career so far but still, all 4 of his wins have come by KO. We give Phil the best of luck come fight night as he looks to get his career back on the right path with a KO over Joe Dirt.

My prediction: I hate to say it but Joe Dirt will more than likely get the sub early, I'm guessing 1st or 2nd round.

Moving on down the card we have a series of Bantamweight fights, Jamiril Cragla (5-2) will taking on newcomer Victorio Faber Jr. (0-1) Although Faber is coming off a tough loss, he showed that he is no scrub, he has a nice all around skill set and I think the man has a bright future here in StrikeForce Union. Cragla will be looking to make a quick turn around and hopefully break the losing streak, last fought on SFU 21 and taking a rough submission loss. He will be looking to to test Fabers hands and brawl it out on fight night.

My prediction: I think Faber will secure the upset win. I'm not sure how he will get it done on fight night but I am confident in his skills and the ability to get the job done.

Next up we have Aaron Rodgers (4-2) fighting Nino Brown (3-0) Nino is an exciting newcomer who is looking to stay undefeated but he will have his work cut out for him in the cage facing Rodgers. Aaron will be looking to stand and bang and test the chin of his opponent as always. I love this kind of fights because it's so hard to call because at this weight the hand speed is insanely fast and the power isn't always there but with these two men that is not the case, most of the wins of these guys records come from KO so if we see someone smashing face first into the canvas on fight night it will not come as a shock.

My prediction: I think Brown will continue to build up the hype train and steamroll Rodgers in the later rounds.

Going back to the Lightweight division we have Alfonso Garrett (5-3) taking on fan favorite Inmate Seven Nine Zero Four Two (4-1) Coming off a rough loss against the champion, Inmate will be looking to shut the lights out of his opponent and hopefully get another title shot, he has been training so hard for this fight and he is treating it like it is the championship rematch. Garrett knows all about his opponent and what he brings to the table, he says he will not be the one to stand in front of Inmate, as he will be looking for the submission victory. We don't know what was wrong with Alfonso but in a recent interview he seemed really down and just not there, we hope that isn't the case on fight night.

My prediction: I think Inmate will be taking the victory on fight night, maybe he will get a nice KO and earn himself another shot at the title.

The Middleweight division will have some spotlight as Angus Bryant (6-4) faces Bjarni Agnarsson (2-0) in a much needed fight for Bjarni, he is on a roll as he starts his career off with an amazing fight and a win over Bryant will fuel the hype that much more. Bryant is looking to snap his 2 fight losing streak come fight night, we never know when Angus is going to show up, when he's on he's on, and when he's not it's not good. He will have to be 100% focused on fight night to be able to secure the win.

My prediction: I hope Bjarni gets the win, I think Angus is a wonderful talent but sometimes he just doesn't show up and that's not good for a fighter, it shows he's not fully committed. Bjarni has showed with his work that he is in it for the long haul and wants nothing more than to stay undefeated.

And to kick off the card we have another Bantamweight fight for you as Bill Grady (3-3) will be taking on popular fighter Wictor Johanessburgson (5-1) Wictor is coming off a rough loss, his last fight he was KOed by Troy Palmer in devastating fashion breaking his undefeated streak. He was broken after the fight but is making a quick turn around now that he got back in the gym and is changing things in his camp he looks more focused than ever. Grady said that Wictor was a B**** for crying about his loss and that he needs to learn how to take it on the chin. He also went on to say that he will continue Wictors losing streak by making him tap out on fight night.

My prediction: Tough one to call, but I think Wictor will get back on track for the Bantamweight Championship with a win on fight night.

And there you have it ladies and gentleman, what a card this will be. Once again, it's always an honor to write these previews for SFU. One of my favorite companies who put on incredible fights. Buy your tickets now while they last they are almost sold out! The event will be this Saturday August 21st, 2016. At the Hard Knocks Arena in London. As always M.O. Fight Wear will be providing fight gear and merchandise for this card. Do not be the one to miss out on this card.

"The Phenom" Victorio Faber Jr. (1-1):

"Easy paychecks. Who's next? Which scrub is willing to step up and fight me? Sorry, they don't dare. They are scared and they suck. If I had to pick one, I would rather pick Hillary Clinton because she looks tougher than those sissies. "

The LW champ has successfully defended his title for the first time against the game Joe Dirt! Vinny survived the early scare in round one, getting mounted and his back taken but still being able to fend off all sorts of submission attempts. Then he came back in round two, keeping the fight standing and eventually knocked Dirt out with one punch! Let's see what the champ's gotta say.

"Eu ainda sou o campeão! Eu ainda sou o campeão! Why is no one talking it? I defended my shitle and guys are not feliz? It's hard for me to get fans in London. Devo voltar para o Brasil? No it's time to get ready for my next luta. Um...everybody can be the next one. I can't wait for this! Boa! "
