OMEGA FIGHTING - CAGED RAGE PREVIEW

By Alika Webb

Omega Fighting and its merchandise partner Urban Fighter are proud to announce that the Omega Cup has officially started, the first rankings are known but on november 27th the deck might get reshuffled completely. On a star-studded card not one, not two but three Omega championships are on the line! In the main event two champions collide and the co-main event will see a new champion crowned as two challengers look to fill the void left by the former champion. Don’t miss out on a night of action and excitement as the Carnage of the Omega Cup continues!

Main event:

155 lbs - Morrison Lee (11-0) Vs Ahsan Hamed (9-4)

On a card where every main card fight could be the main event, this fight stands out amongst its peers as lightweight champion Morrison Lee puts his title on the line against the current Omega featherweight champion Ahsan Hamed.

Still undefeated, New York’s own Morrison Lee is looking to defend his lightweight title for the fifth time. After three hard fought decision victories Morrison showed that he was headstrong and that he would continue to fight back even when in trouble. In his last fight he came back to his finishing ways when he ran through the powerful striker Dick Pound and finished him in the very first round. This well rounded martial artist loves to stand and trade but doesn’t mind taking the fight to the ground either, this makes him a tough nut to crack for any fighter and a natural favorite to win.

Get ready to board the Hamed hype train as Ahsan Hamed looks to wear two belts at the same time. This British social media addict loves to create some buzz and he just became a two time Omega featherweight champion. Instead of looking for his first successful defense he’s aiming a lot higher as he boldly challenges the undefeated lightweight champion, Morrison Lee. After unsuccessfully defending his featherweight belt the first time, a rematch wasn’t in order as the newly crowned champion Vyrkyx Dall vacated the title. Instead Hamed took on Johnny Vegas to regain his title. Ahsan definitely prefers to stand up as he’s had some trouble on the ground in the past, but that hasn’t stopped him from coming right back up.

Co-main event:

170 lbs - Russell Northrop (6-0) Vs Patrick Cleary (10-3)

When the dominant phenom Kevin Osterman vacated the welterweight title, a power vacuum was created. Looking to fill the void are the undefeated bully - Russell Northrop – and making his promotional debut, the dangerous submission artist known as the border fox - Patrick Cleary.

From Bullworth Town, USA the bully looks to extend his winning streak and make a clear statement to the rest of the division that nobody will be stopping this bully any time soon. Standing tall with a height of one meter and eighty centimeters, he will have a clear height and reach advantage. The bully prides himself with being well rounded, having finished fights both standing and on the ground. The bully will be looking to live up to his name again as he’ll want to dominate wherever he wants the fight to take place.

Currently residing in New York, the Irish Patrick Cleary just saw his three fight winning streak snapped while challenging for his former org’s welterweight title. To satisfy his lust for the gold he’ll be looking to take the bully down to the ground in his promotional debut and go back home a champion. Don’t consider him a one trick pony though, ground fighting may be his bread and butter but he’s no stranger to the stand up either. He might want to soften the bully up with strikes before dragging him down and finishing him off.

205 lbs - Sergey Beznisko (7-3) Vs Ja Wuan Robinson (9-3)

A classic striker Vs grappler fight as both light heavyweights look to stand at the top of the food chain. In one corner Russian vicious ground and pound specialist Sergey was unable to walk away with the light heavyweight belt in his promotional debut against the current champion and knockout artist Zeph Frazier. Even so he proved himself a worthy challenger by overcoming adversity and surviving all five rounds. Sergey will be looking to redeem himself and put his wrestling to use. In the other corner, promotional newcomer and self-proclaimed superstar Ja Wuan has some serious power in his hands and will be looking to put down his opponents with strikes before being taken down. Ja Wuan will want to extend his current two fight winning streak and make some waves by overcoming his tough opponent.

265 lbs - Kimbo Slice (5-1) Vs Quetzal Montezuma (3-2)

The heavyweight title is on the line as the dark killer will look to defend his title for the very first time against the new number one contender. Kimbo is primarily known as a boxer and is riding an impressive five fight winning streak. In the cage he lets his fists do the talking and he will want to prove himself a worthy champion as he won the belt thanks to a cut against former champion Ueda Umanouke. Should Kimbo and Ueda both win their next fights, a rematch will probably be in order. Looking to spoil the plans for a rematch is Quetzal Montezuma, a Mexican native currently residing in London. Quetzal came up short when he challenged former champion Ueda for the title but came back strong by grinding out a victory against the well-rounded Mark Strong. He's coming off a win so the pressure is off and he'll be able to perform to the best of his abilities when he faces the newly crowned heavyweight champion.

Will Morrison Lee continue his reign of terror in front of his home crowd or will Ahsan Hamed pull off the upset and walk away a two division champion? At least one new champion will be crowned and much more. Don’t miss Omega’s Caged Rage.

OMEGA FIGHTING - 2017 EVE of DESTRUCTION PREVIEW

By Alika Webb

With a new year now in sight, Omega Fighting and its merchandise partner Urban Fighter are looking to end a great year with a bang! Since its inception Omega Fighting has provided a stable home for some of the best young fighters in the world. Thanks to those talented young warriors, Omega Fighting continues to grow and is now one of the most exciting fighting companies on the rise. To celebrate this fact and give something back to the people who helped make Omega Fighting so great, the Omega Cup was launched and is now in full effect. History is in the making as the JR superstar challenges the current champion and knockout artist Zeph Frazier. A fallen champion from another organization looks to get his career back on track as he makes his promotional debut. And as if that wasn’t enough the number one contendership for the light heavyweight title may also be on the line as the former champion faces the penguin of doom.

Main event:

205 lbs - Zeph Frazier (8-1) Vs Ja Wuan Robinson (10-3)

The light heavyweight division is currently being ruled by the iron fist of Zeph Frazier but looking to overthrow the current regime is the JR superstar, Ja Wuan Robinson. In a world of darkness, will the light that shines brightest, shine brighter than ever before or will the darkness swallow even the brightest light? Will the sun come up again in the light heavyweight division if the challenger emerges victorious or will the division be descended further into chaos if the champion snuffs out the lights of the challenger and extends his dictatorial rule?

Despite losing his promotional debut Zeph Frazier has quickly climbed to the top of Omega’s light heavyweight division. Since coming to Omega Fighting Zeph Frasier has been scratching off names of the who’s who list of the division, next name on the list is Ja Wuan Robinson. Frazier is known as a knockout artist, boxing is his forte and most of his fights have ended by KO or TKO. Last month, Frazier managed to successfully defend his belt for the second time. The durable Aaron Alvarez wanted no part in standing toe to toe with the knockout artist and instead decided to test his clinch game. This turned out to be a big mistake as it’s not how many punches you throw but how many of them you land that’s important. Frazier floated like a kite and stung like a Boeing 747, ending a dominating performance with an impressive finish.

After making a successful promotional debut Ja Wuan is now catapulted in the main event spot to prove to himself and to the fans that he belongs at the top of the division. Ja Wuan is no stranger to title fights as he once won a title in a former organization. One night in St Petersburg he beat the Russian champion by demolishing him in the clinch. After winning that title his career took a little detour but he has since managed to climb back up the ladder. He came back with a vengeance as he is currently riding an impressive three fight winning streak. Skill wise, the JR superstar and the champion are two peas in a pod as they are both known for their dangerous hands but both have also displayed a solid clinch game in past fights. The collision of these two powerful rhinos will probably be a barnburner. However, should either of them want to shake things up a little bit to take their opponent by surprise we might see some elite clinch warfare.

Co-main event:

185 lbs - Gunji Koizumi (11-5) Vs Hassan Dehu (5-3)

This is a match with some serious title implications for the winner as the former Generation middleweight champion makes his promotional debut against a rising star who wishes to continue his winning streak and move up to the upper echelons of the middleweight division.

Gunji Koizumi might not be known to many Omega fans as he is set to make his promotional debut but to the fans of the former Generation organization in London his name might sound familiar. Though he has since fallen from grace, this talented grappler once was a feared champion. He dominated his division for quite a while with his slick submissions. This dangerous submission artist will be looking for redemption though as he is currently on a two fight losing streak. His glory days at Generation might be over but he’s ready to pick himself up, dust himself off and show the world that he still belongs at the top of the middleweight division. Though a loss might be devastating, an impressive win combined with his previous accomplishments should be enough to earn this world class grappler a title opportunity.

Hassan "The Assasian" Dehu might not have the most impressive record but he is currently riding a two fight winning streak. To break through to the elite of the division he is still in need of a career-making performance. A win over such a big name as Koizumi should do the trick. A brawler by trade, Hassan has been flying under the radar and may not have impressed in his last two fight but he still did enough to earn the victory. Now he has set his sights higher, if he can keep this fight standing and return to his boxing roots this might end up being a game changer for the Assasian. It’s put up or shut up as a win can send him into title contention while a loss will send him back to the undercard.

205 lbs - Boo Lee (11-3) Vs Oswald Cobblepot (3-0)

While the light heavyweight title is on the line in the main event, the winner of this fight will quite possibly be the new number one contender for that very same belt. Will the undefeated prospect be able to pull off the upset against the former champion or will the veteran use his experience to completely shut down the greenhorn?

New York native Boo Lee will have the hometown advantage, the experience advantage and even a slight weight advantage. There is no denying that Boo Lee is the favorite to win this fight. The former champion is a cardio machine and a brawler with heavy hands. After losing his title to the current champion Zeph Frazier, Boo Lee came back strong by winning his next two fights. After making quick work of Viktor Grishin, he simply outworked James Steel to put himself back into title contention. Winning this fight will be the exclamation point he needs to solidify himself as the new number one contender.

Standing in the way of Boo Lee’s second shot at the title is the penguin of doom - Oswald Cobblepot - who might share the same title aspirations. Don’t blink when this guy fights, the undefeated penguin has managed to finish every opponent he’s faced so far in the very first round. This guy throws punches in bunches and doesn’t stop until the fat lady sings. Will the penguin put his pedal to the metal and go full throttle right from the start or will he be more conservative now that he’s facing a much stronger opponent than he’s ever faced before? This is will be the biggest test of his career and the ultimate proving ground for the undefeated penguin.

145 lbs - Balbus Michael (8-5) Vs Ching Ching (7-5)

While featherweight champion Ahsan Hamed was unsuccessful in his attempt to become a two division champion, taking the super fight gave the other featherweights some time to bring some stability into the chaos of the division. Unfortunately the division is light in more ways than one as the division is quite limited and thus bringing in fresh blood was necessary. Looking to add some diversity to the mix are these two new signees.

Making his promotional debut, Balbus Michael has experience fighting at a high level. The man also known as the bully has fought in title fights in multiple organizations. This valiant traveler doesn’t back down from a challenge and he’s more than able to put his well rounded skills to the test. While his preference definitely goes to the standup, in the past he has shown a willingness to take the fight to the ground when the time is right.

Set to face him is the drifting prizefighter known as Ching Ching. His name makes it clear that he’s all about the money. Just like his opponent he is a well rounded traveler, going from one organization to another. He is like a rolling stone, wherever he steps in the cage is his home and when he is victorious all he’ll leave is his opponents tombstone. While his opponent loves to stand and trade, Ching loves to drag his opponents to the ground but he is more than skilled enough to fend for himself no matter where the fight takes place. The pressure will be on Ching Ching as he is looking to snap a two fight losing streak.

205 lbs - Sergey Beznisko (7-4) Vs Aaron Alvarez (4-4)

Russian ground and pound specialist Sergey Beznisko is no stranger to the men facing each other in the main event. He fought both of them and while he may not have walked away unscathed, he definitely gained some respect for staying in there until the end. Merely surviving wars with the elite of the division is not enough though, to get back into the mix he’ll need to get back to his roots and pull off a victory.

New York native Aaron Alvarez had his two fight winning streak snapped when he unsuccessfully challenged the champion, Zeph Frazier. He had an interesting strategy to stay clear of the champions punches and grind out a victory in the clinch. Unfortunately things didn’t go as planned as the champion more than held his own in the clinch and ultimately finished Alvarez in the fifth and final round. Like a lot of young mixed martial artists nowadays, Alvarez is a jack of all trades, he can defend himself no matter where the fight takes place and can change his game plan to suit his opponent.

185 lbs - Adriano Seppi (10-6) Vs Kenji Sato (4-5)

Billed from Spain, Adriano Seppi is a striker who's mostly known for grinding out his opponents in the clinch before finishing them off. He made his name in Rio De Janeiro’s Monkey Business Fighting before moving to London’s Highland Games. Fresh off a victory against a dangerous submission specialist that snapped a four fight losing streak, Adriano will want to keep the momentum going when he faces his next opponent.

And that opponent is none other than Tokyo’s Kenji Sato. On the other end of the spectrum, Kenji Sato is still looking to redeem himself. A though three round war with James Bean ended in a split decision victory for mister Bean. Thus Kenji will have to look deep inside himself to find his Japanese warrior spirit and keep his career alive. Kenji is a brawler with a good clinch game and he will need to put that to use if Adriano Seppi gets his hands on him.

170 lbs - Bosco Iwoba (7-1) Vs Monk Eastman (3-2)

From Bata, Equatorial Guinea, Bosco Iwoba is a former kick boxer and an exciting prodigy to watch in the welterweight division. He ran into a bit of a speed bump when he faced the newly crowned welterweight champion Russell Northrop. But now his career is back on track and to get his career on the fast track he’ll not only be looking to win but to make it look easy as well. Standing in his way is the well-rounded Monk Eastman who is currently riding an impressive three fight winning streak. Will the British Eastman be able to rise up to the challenge when he faces the biggest obstacle he’s ever faced or will the specialist prevail against the durable Eastman?

185 lbs - Troy Anselmo (3-0-1) Vs James Bean (3-3)

Set to make his promotional debut is the twenty-two year old Troy "The Anvil" Anselmo. Troy is an undefeated prospect, his only setback being a controversial draw. This boxer will be looking to drop the anvil on Bean’s head and skyrocket himself to the top of the division. James Bean ran into some trouble when his manager decided to part ways with him, now under new management he’ll be looking to extend his current two fight winning streak. Should Bean be able to defeat the currently undefeated Anselmo, he could be poised for an even bigger foe as that would certainly elevate his stock in the division higher than it’s ever been before.

170 lbs - Scott Mallox (7-8) Vs Klay Montez (10-11)

Scott Mallox may think himself too legit to quit but losing six of your last seven fights is not a good position to be in. The man also known as the bulldog loves to bulrush his opponents and put them against the cage before finishing the fight. Also feeling the pressure to win is his opponent, Klay Montez. This talented grappler grew up on the streets of Havana in Cuba. Both these guys will be desperate to win as another loss could irreparably put a stop to their fighting career. Two men will enter the cage but only one can walk away victorious.

185 lbs - Grigor Vladovich (3-3) Vs Jorge Santos (0-2)

In a classic striker Vs grappler match-up the Tbilisi Stalker will take on Jorge "The Drunk" Santos. Georgian Grigor Vladovich is a brawler so he would like nothing more than to stand and trade. The drunk on the other hand will do everything in his power to get this fight down to the ground. While Grigor has won in past fights, the same cannot be said about Santos. The drunk will need to sober up and start paying attention if he still wants to be somebody or go somewhere.

Who will close out the year as light heavyweight champion? Will the Omega Cup play a part in the rest of the card? All this and more as the drama unfolds at Omega’s end of the year event, 2017 Eve of Destruction.

OMEGA FIGHTING - NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS 3 PREVIEW

By Alika Webb

Omega Fighting and Urban Fighter proudly present the third Night of Champions. Following the success of the previous Nights of Champions, Omega Fighting rounded up a new top crop of challengers to vie for their respective championship titles. Four elite champions will try to survive the oncoming wave of challengers that are breathing down their necks. The bully will look to defend his welterweight title for the very first time against a tough veteran. The most dominant champion in Omega history will look to continue his dominance. The dark killer will face his toughest opponent to date. And last but not least, after reaching for the sky the featherweight champion has landed back on his feet and will try to restore his credibility.

Main event:

170 lbs - Russell Northrop (7-0) Vs Mike Freitag (12-7)

Chaos descended over the welterweight division when the title was vacated. Now a new champion has been crowned and the bully is looking to restore some order. Anarchy may have reigned supreme in the welterweight division but the bully looks forward to establishing his dominance when he takes on a gritty veteran hell bent on proving that his best is yet to come.

The still undefeated bully may have dominated his last fight to win the title but it was by no means a picture perfect performance. The bully started strong by throwing punches in bunches and ended a dominant first round by taking down his opponent, who is known for his submissions. Unfortunately for Northrop that was not all she wrote, as his opponent managed to take him down at the beginning of the second round. His opponent wrapped himself around the bully like a snake and put him in danger with several submissions, to no avail as the bully showed his resourcefulness on the ground. A lost round was enough to light a fire under Northrop, his ruthless aggression easily earned him the next two rounds. The bully showed no signs of slowing down in the final round and that nearly cost him the entire fight as the bully got rocked by a huge combination at the very end of the fifth round. The bully survived as time was up before his opponent could go after him, crowning him the new welterweight champion. The bully will want to show everyone he’s learned from his last fight and look for a flawless performance if he wants to remain standing on the top of the food chain. His aggressive style got him the title shot, but it was also his aggression that nearly cost him the title fight. Will the bully change his style or will he stick to his old ways when he faces his first challenger?

While the bully undoubtedly deserved to win the title, he did show some weaknesses in his last fight. Looking to exploit those weaknesses is the veteran Mike Freitag. Hailing from Hamburg, Germany, Mike Freitag has definitely been put through the wringer over the course of his career. After losing his promotional debut which put him on a three fight losing streak, things didn’t look good for the now 31 year old Mike Freitag. The tides have turned as this blast from the past came back strong and is currently riding a mighty impressive four fight winning streak. While his fight record might not be the most impressive, fight records aren’t everything. Freitag made that point crystal clear in his last fight, as he ran through the previously undefeated Daniel Mouwanga to earn this title opportunity. Will the veteran be bullied back to school or will the veteran be the challenger to first say that he’s not going to take it anymore?

Co-main event:

155 lbs - Morrison Lee (12-0) Vs DJ Thunda (6-4-1)

After making history by defending his lightweight title against the current featherweight champion in one of the most anticipated fights in Omega’s short history, Morrison Lee will be looking to keep his legacy intact. There is no denying that Morrision Lee is a future Omega hall of famer no matter what but while he has nothing left to prove, a loss would still hurt his reputation. A win over the most dominant champion Omega has ever seen on the other hand could make a superstar of the relative unknown DJ Thunda. The first time these two lightweights faced off DJ nearly pulled off a huge upset but Morrison Lee powered through it and got his hands raised at the end.

Already a living legend, this larger than life champion has dominated the ranks of the lightweight division since its inception. The champion loves to put on a show in front of his hometown crowd and this fight should be no different. Morrison Lee is a complete mixed martial artist and can finish wherever the fight takes place. Morrison Lee has also shown incredible resiliency in past fights as nobody puts Morrison Lee in a corner. Definitely not now that he is having the time of his life. His latest victim was the current featherweight champion, Ahsan Hamed learned that the hard way as he got dominated in every aspect of the game in their historic clash.

Looking to prove that even icons are just ordinary men is the challenger, DJ Thunda. Thunda is eyeing that belt with hungry eyes but he’ll need to bring his A game to have any chance at all to dethrone the most fearsome king in the land of Omega. This brawler is known for his heavy hands, he even managed to rock the world of the champion in their previous bout. He managed to do it once so chances are he’ll be looking to do it again in the rematch.

265 lbs - Kimbo Slice (6-1) Vs Aleksey Basayev (3-1)

After defending his heavyweight title for the very first time, Slice now faces Belarusian prospect Aleksey Basayev. In a fight where every strike thrown could end the fight, we should be in for a treat when these two powerhouses collide.

Currently the youngest reigning champion in Omega at a mere 21 years old, the dark killer is on a path of destruction as he finished his last six fights by either KO or TKO. He may have won the title in a slightly controversial way as the fight ended in a doctor stoppage due to a large cut but his first defense made it clear that he was a worthy champion. The champion went toe to toe with his last opponent and made it clear that he’ll trade punches with anyone. The champion doesn’t back down from a fight and that never say die attitude could prove to be the difference in his second title defense.

Standing in his way is the challenger "Limitless" Aleksey Basayev. Basayev made his case for this title shot by beating the former champion in a one sided performance with a second round finish as the icing on the cake. The clinch game is Basayevs bread and butter and he has enough tools in his arsenal to make it an interesting fight should he not be able close the distance immediately. This makes him an intriguing challenge for the champ.

145 lbs - Ahsan Hamed (9-5) Vs Natural Born Killer (8-2)

He may have bit off more than he could chew when he went up a weight class to face Morrison Lee but he still has a championship he needs to defend. Ahsan Hamed will be looking to successfully defend the Omega featherweight title for the very first time. The challenger will be looking to win the third title of his career.

The hype train may have derailed a little after unsuccessfully challenging the lightweight champion, but a solid title defense is the perfect way to get back on track. His reputation took a bit of a hit after that loss but he is still the champion. Hamed is a striker through and through, finishing all nine of his wins by KO or TKO. He may be a two time featherweight champion but he hasn’t successfully defended the belt even once. He’s also coming from a loss, so this could be a huge factor in the mental aspect of the fight. This will be a huge test of the champions mental stability. Will the champion fold under the pressure or will he be able to rise to the occasion?

Natural Born Killer is no stranger to title fights, in fact he has won titles in the two other organizations he’s fought for. Now he’s looking to make it a trifecta as he challenges Ahsan Hamed for the Omega featherweight title. Lighter fighters put less weight behind their punches and therefore you might think that this former bantamweight fighter doesn’t throw bombs but you’d be wrong. This killer packs a punch and when the bell rings it’s going to be a brawl.

205 lbs - James Steel (6-3) Vs Viktor Grishin (2-2)

Submission ace James "The Real Deal" Steel managed to snap a two fight losing streak with a first round submission victory. This talented grappler needs to keep the momentum going as another win can put him back into the mix of title contenders. The light heavyweight division is a shark tank so he’ll need to make himself stand out as well which won’t be an easy task against the dangerous Siberian bear. Viktor Grishin is a wrestler who’s known for his dangerous ground and pound skills. A win over the submission standout could be just the win he needs to rise to the top of the division.

185 lbs - Viktor Soshnyanin (5-4) Vs Ingvar Ingesson (5-5)

Currently riding a two fight winning streak, Viktor Soshnyanin is set to face fellow striker Ingvar Ingesson. The Russian Soshnyanin is a dangerous kickboxer known for his knockout ability. When this guy gets going, the strikes come at you from every possible direction and every strike has the potential to knock you out cold. While also a striker, Swedish Ingvar Ingesson has been knocked out more than once. This could spell trouble for the Swede as the Russian might go headhunting when the bell rings. Will Ingesson’s chin hold strong or will it be used for mere target practice by the Russian kickboxer?

170 lbs - Daniel Mouwanga (4-1) Vs Ole Svensson (5-6)

Daniel Mouwanga looked ready for a title shot until he ran into the monster truck that is Mike Freitag. With his thunder stolen he is now looking to get another victory to set him back on the winning path. The heavy-handed brawler will be looking with a watchful eye at the main event as the man responsible for sending him back to the undercard will be challenging the champion instead of him. The modern viking Ole Svensson has rebounded quite well from the losing streak in the beginning of his career. This mixed martial artist from Denmark will want to avoid the hands of Mouwanga. While he can stand and trade, a more tactical approach would be to take this fight to the ground.

265 lbs - Ato Velasquez (3-3) Vs Erling Koch (4-7)

Ato "Vegeta" Velasquez knows that giving up hurts a lot more than pushing through the pain and thus he keeps plodding along. Alternating between wins and losses hasn’t stopped this dangerous knockout artists from stepping in the cage time and time again. He knows that in this sport everyone can lose, he can always come back another day as it is only truly over when you stop trying. Looking to rise from the ashes that used to be his career is the phoenix, Erling Koch. Currently on a six fight losing streak, he’s not looking over the edge of a cliff anymore. He’s already falling and he might reach the bottom of the abyss very soon. Is there still life in the Dutch striker’s career or will Velasquez earn his first consecutive victory?

155 lbs - Timothy Wilkinson (4-3) Vs Evgeni Elkemenchi (2-2-1)

Timothy "Xtreme" Wilkinson is currently fluctuating between wins and losses. He should look to follow up on his latest narrow decision victory and make a statement in this fight. The Xtreme kickboxer can keep the distance or bring the fight up close in the clinch. With only one knockout finish on his resume he should feel some urgency in this fight to end it before the final bell. Straight out of Compton, Evgeni Elkemenchi has a sour taste in his mouth from the draw he had with DJ Thunda. The wrestler loves to slam people to the ground and keep them there. Will the lackluster kickboxer finally score another finish or will the wrestler be able to keep him off his feet?

155 lbs - Stevie Franchise (7-6) Vs Boris Zhivago (2-1)

Stevie "The Hugmaster" Franchise is a striker who’s currently doing really well in the Omega Cup standings. Will he be able to keep his current streak going and make the Omega Cup his own cinderella story or will the bullseye on his back put an end to this surprising underdog? Boris "Ice Cold Killer" Zhivago is a clinch fighter who’ll have something to prove now that he’s under new management. None of his matches have made it past the first round so keep an eye on this fight as it could end very quickly.

With that we conclude this preview. Omega Fighting and Urban Fighter both wish you the best as a new year approaches. And for those who are still looking for a new year’s resolution, don’t. You’re already perfect the way you are!
