"Immortal" Johnny Scorpion (3-1):

"Hey Zucta, great job. You got me good and I have no answer. Now I am moving down to MW and ready to test the water there. What? Yeah my nickname has changed from 'Apollo' to 'Immortal'. My heart is immortal, it will never die no matter how many times I lose. I will bounce back that beyond your expectation. You'll see. "

Hello everybody, I'm proud to announce "The Underdog Awards" following the last event - LKO 16 Rolling Stone. We have 2 fighters winning the awards as they pull off the upsets according to the last update of odds in Sir Mamado's bookmaker.

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14709343756123.png

"Achiiles" Zucta Valesces

This warrior won the 'Don't fear me, fear the consequence' award for 20k as he upset'd Johnny Scorpion for the vacant LKO LHW championship. He did a very impressive job, controlling the majority of the fight and scored a TKO in the 4th round. Congrats to Mr.Valesces and his manager Sir Mamado!

Tyson Pearson

This warrior won the 'I'll fuck you 'til you love me' award for 10k as he upset'd Frank LA with a 28 seconds TKO victory. He looked so sharp and energetic and I wish this young lad a bright future. Congrats to Mr.Pearson and his manager Dylan Peterson!

obviously the org doesn't really care about fighters. Jorens just got his title stripped for asking if he could get an extra two weeks to train. Replied saying he would accept the fight just asked for two extra weeks and got a reply saying he was stripped of title

Then when he asked for his release got a response from owner that said, "no...you my bitch now"

OBVIOUSLY THINGS WENT ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS & I WASN'T THERE & HAVE YET TO HEAR WHAT REALLY HAPPENED

OVER THE SITUATION BUT DO KNOW SHOWS GET BOOKED IN ADVANCE, MANAGER/FIGHTERS ALSO ALWAYS HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE REST PERIODS IN BETWEEN FIGHTS ON THEIR CONTRACTS 24/7 IN WHICH LKO MATCH MAKERS DO TAKE HEED OF & TRY TO PLAN ACCORDINGLY, HOWEVER WHEN OUR CHAMPIONs REFUSES TO FIGHT THE WELL EARNED #1 CONTENDERs, IT LOOKS BAD ON THEM & US & THATs GOING AGAINST WHAT WE ARE TRYIN' TO BUILD HERE IN LKO

---

ALSO uR BEEF IS w/ THE OWNER, I'M JUST THE BOSs ;)

DON'T THROW SHADE ON AN AWARD THAT I PRESENTED & PAID FOR OUT OF MY OWN POCKET

- put that sh!t on 1 of his pages -

I didn't refuse the fight, I said in the message I was going to accept, I just asked if it was possible to get an extra few weeks to train.

And your right it had nothing do with you, and for that I apologize and am grateful for the award you presented Dan.

I understand that & I'm really just tryin' to lighten the situation, not call u out or anythAng- I'd be bent too, but like i said I haven't talked to Mamado yet, I believe he's serving a BAN, lmao but its funny. I'm really not taking any sides, but i do stand w/ LKO & its executive decisions whether I'm down or not because it pays the bill.

Thank u for being a good sport on uR reply to mine, that says & shows respect which is all I'm tryin' to do w/ any1 or anything that comes about my way.

Doctor Slaughter (294887)

2-1-0

1. L Quon Shum KO (Punch) LKO2 Unexpected 2016-06-19 265 1 01:19

Joe Snitsky: As his manager I may jumped the gun on accepting the fight, but w/ the org having to shift the schedule it would've hurt him more in the long run not to do so. Having watched him train & pop the way he has I was anxious to see him in real action. I would've liked to seen a longer fight & am not upset about the loss but am wary & concerned of his reckless approach & performance. Props to Quon Shum. His accuracy was on the money-

2. W Doctor Slaughter John Campion KO (Punch) LKO 11 Anaconda 2016-07-23 3 04:36

Joe Snitsky: Being his 2nd fight & coming off a loss I am more than pleased w/ his performance, the victory & his KO award. He did spend more time on the ground than i would've liked but he handled it as well as he did on his feet. Coming into the fight we switched up his whole game plan & it seemed to pay off this time around. However, there was still noticeable recklessness that I'd like to see corrected before going into his next fight.

-say it w/ me Timbeeeeeeeer!

KO OF THE NIGHT

3. W Eduardo Silva Santos KO (Punch) LKO Fight Night 7 2016-08-21 265 1 02:57 view

Joe Snitsky: Not taking anything away from Eduardo Santos's performance, because they we're both on key tonight, but Doc Slaughter was mindset locked on walking away with the dub going into the fight tonight. Again we switched up his whole routine for this fight & he seemed more comfortable then ever in the octagon. Championships or not, I see a nice long stretch of road still ahead!

LKO 17 Lockdown preview

Hey what's up MMA world here is Victorio and I am bringing the upcoming event of LKO - LKO 17 Lockdown on 27th Aug in Liberty Dome - New York! The event will have a MW title fight on the line so don't miss it!

BW bout: Lal Gurung vs Lee Pang

First fight of the night we have two young BW fighting. The red corner Lal Gurung is 1-1 and all of his fight took place in LKO. His biggest weapon is his Muaythai but seems like he loves to clinch, pull guard and tap his opponents out with his blue belt level BJJ. He also has a questionable chin as a Muaythai fighter so let's see if he can hold his own against Lee Pang, who is a decent striker with very wide arsenal of strikes. Punches, kicks, knees and elbows whatever you call. He is a good example of using the eight points to strike but his ground game is pretty ametaurish. I can see Gurung using his one-dimensional clinch and pull gameplan but I think Lee can brutalize him there before Gurung can pull him to the mat.

FW bout: Mateusz Biernat vs Francis Marshmallow

For the second fight we have another pair of youngsters clashing. The red corner Mateusz Biernat is 1-1 and he's making his LKO debut. His last fight is a loss in QFC where he got outclassed in every aspects against a subpar opponent. This man is a nice boxer but he chose to swing in the air and being an ineffective fighter. His opponent Francis Marshmallow will be more than happy to capitalize a mistake and tap him out. Marshmallow is 1-0 and his win is in LKO. The performance is impressive as he uses guard pulling and takedown shooting to threaten his opponent with his brown belt level BJJ and finally finished the fight in second round. Honestly if Biernat insisted to swing in the air, I wouldn't be surprised if Marshmallow could counter it with a takedown and tap him out. And I am sure the grappler can do it.

LW bout: Alvey Kulina vs Maxim Malkova

This a LW matchup between 19 year old and 26 year old fighters. The red corner Alvey Kulina is a young prospect in LKO. He won all of his 2 fights in his career, both in LKO and both wins by first round TKO. He is an excellent boxer with some ground game and the right hand is his biggest weapon. Let's see if he can find Maxim Malkova's chin with his right hand again. Malkova is 2-3 in his career, and he's a world class boxer with good distance boxing and dirty boxing techniques. He will beat his opponents up at distance then pressure them and get in the clinch but recently he showed that he couldn't hang on against boxers around his level so I don't know if he can make it against Kulina, who also has more KO power than him. I think Kulina will extend his TKO streak because Malkova seems like a choker and I like Kulina.

WW bout: Sergeant Whiskeyjack vs OJ Nordberg

Two undefeated young WWs are ready to go! The red corner Whiskeyjack is 1-0 and his lone win was against the ultimate QFC record padder which was having his way inside the clinch before Whiskeyjack pulled guard and tapped him out. Whiskeyjack really has solid ground game as he's a BJJ brown belt but also pretty decent all around as a 20 year old. Let's see if he can put his BJJ in practice again against Sir Mamado's OJ Nordberg. Nordberg is 2-0 and his last win was a complete shut down. He basically landed all of his strikes in that fight for three rounds including 92 head shots in the clinch. That's how his world class Muaythai works. Lacking power, his accuracy and effectiveness is impressive. If I had to pick a winner, I will go with Nordberg. You can see an incompetent fighter can outbox Whiskeyjack in the clinch, then how can't you see Nordberg beating him up even worse there? I am calling another three round massacre for Nordberg.

OW bout: Rusty Driver vs Murdo Murchison

First of five OW matchup in this card. Two big guys are looking for their first LKO victory. The red corner Rusty Driver is a hard hitting motherfucker with all of his 15 wins by strikes. He's the former RTFL HW champion but his ground game isn't championship level by any means. He tapped out 7 times in his career including his LKO debut which he armbar'd in first round. This time he won't be fighting a grappler but a striker in Murdo Murchison who has 16 fights in his career and all of them ended by strikes but he can only win 6 of them. He is a master of sub-minute finishes bur also a master of getting KTFO'd. This fighter is the prime example of hit-and-miss and I can't see him hitting the win against Rusty Driver, who is a knockout machine and seems like only really good strikers can give him troubles. I can see Driver finishing Murchison early, as his chin had already shattered 10 times.

OW bout: Denton Daley vs Frank Borg

Second OW fight in this card. The red corner Denton Daley has an impressive record of 13-4 but lost his LKO debut against a very experienced fighter where he got cut in the face early in the fight by a glancing head kick then got opened up even worse as the fight went on until the doctor had seen enough. Daley got dominated on the ground but at least showcased his high level punching technique. Can his opponent Frank Borg expose his cut again? It would be interesting. Borg is 5-4 and he's victorious in his LKO debut by first round TKO where he showcased his excellent wrestling and GnP technique. So I assume that this is going to be a contrasting matchup with Daley being a striker and Borg being a wrestler. Daley has better striking and has enough power to finish Borg, who has suspect chin. Borg can dominate him on the ground like Daley's last opponent but for sure he will get hurt standing. Also Borg's morale is low so let's hoping Daley gets a win there.

MW title fight: Szalony Adi vs Alexander Wibowo

This is the only title fight in the card and it won't be in main event or co-main event as they aren't famous enough. Anyway, it would be a great fight! The champion Szalony Adi is going to defend his title for the first time against the undefeated challenger Alexander Wibowo. The champion is 2-1 in LKO, lost his debut against Lionel Messy by TKO then got his revenge by second round submission to win the title. Adi might not have very impressive skill sets, he has nice wrestling and BJJ purple belt but it's good enough to make him a tough fighter to beat. He has a clinch heavy gameplan which allows him to control the fight and also very opportunistic submission game when the fight hit the mat which allows him to catch an unexpected submission to finish the fight. Can he still be effective with this gameplan against 6-0 Alexander Wibowo, probably the toughest fight for him to date? Wibowo recently has his management changed and it would be interesting to know if his gameplan is altered. Wibowo is the former QFC tournament winner and he has decent wrestling and BJJ purple belt. He's a very offensive ground fighter with strong GnP and dangerous submission game. This fight would be close with Adi doing the clinch heavy gameplan and Wibowo doing his aggressive takedown tactics. Both men have equal BJJ but I can see Adi catching him on bottom in later part of fight after a few tiring rounds.

OW bout: Ay One vs Cu Chulainn

The third OW fight in this card. The red corner Ay One is ready to extend his win streak to five fights. He lost his first three fight then came back to win four. His last win was a closely contested battle in his LKO debut which he edged out a split decision win. The fight took place in everywhere but One showed that he's the more aggressive and busier fighter, also pretty effecient escaping from bottom. This time I think One is trying to get a more convincing win against Cu Chulainn, the former USFC MW champion who lost his last two fights in LKO. He's winless in LKO but he only lost to better fighters. He has very good boxing and GnP wrestling. His strength is going to be the key in this fight. Is he going to keep One on the ground who's hard to keep down? This is quite a question but as a better striker overall, I think One will try to be an effective sprawl and brawler in this fight and using his defensive wrestling to make sure Chulainn won't be successful with his wrestling. Chulainn is a way better wrestler but since he keeps losing, his confidence will cost him the fight.

Co-main event

OW showdown: Nick Alvarez vs Sterling Archer

The forth OW fight and the co-main event which I think it would be a great one. 40 year old veteran Nick Alvarez is clashing with 28 year old Sterling Archer. Alvarez is the true veteran in the fight game with 45 MMA fights, 2 kickboxing fights and 2 matches in TWGC. He's the former MBF and FEN WW champion but he lost his last two fights in LKO. Talking about his last fight, he showed off a bad gameplan against a solid fighter which he failed 46 of his 49 takedown attempts and got dominated on the feet and clinch. Being ineffective with his favorite wrestling, his opponent Sterling Archer will be trying to maximize the advantage in standup. Archer is a world class striker who's the former USFC MW champion. He had lots of fights against strikers including the last fight which he got knocked out in first round. This time he's going to fight an experienced ground fighter in Alvarez, is he going to win it? Archer had shown his questionable takedown defense in a title fight against two-divisional USFC champion but Alvarez' last performance won't convince me that he can use the same plan to win it. I can see Archer dominating.

MAIN EVENT

OW showdown: Douglas Podingham vs Arne Kjolby

Ding ding ding! This is the main event folks! The last OW fight is showing down between two very solid fighters who fought in HW. The red corner Douglas Podingham is 12-4 in his career and spent most of his time fighting in Europe. He's kind of a contender level fighter but never received a title shot. Anyway, his spectacular knockout power is dangerous for anybody. He won his last fight, LKO debut by first round KO against a submission artist. He won't be in trouble against ground fighters because most of his losses were against strikers. His opponent Arne Kjolby is that kind of striker that perhaps can give him troubles. Kjolby is 20-11 in his career and he is more accomplished than Pondingham. He is the former UPF and FEN HW champion. He spent a lot time fighting in AMS FC, which he's a contender there. Just like Podingham, he has very good KO power and also always lost to strikers. He is coming off a decision victory in LKO which he showed off his excellent takedown and GnP wrestling. Kjolby used to be a striking artist but now he's a takedown machine with good dirty boxing. This fight would be interesting as Podingham is aiming for a KO and Kjolby will try to score his takedowns. Since Podingham is a better wrestler and mostly had troubles against strikers, he should be able to sprawl and brawl his way to a KO victory against Kjolby, who fell short against powerful strikers and his chin is what Podingham would crack. I am hoping for a fantastic finish to close the show.

So this is the preview for LKO 17 - Lockdown, don't forget a MW title fight is on the line so get yourself pumped up for it! Stay in touch and see you next time!

"Cassius Lee is a great Champion. I have nothing against Cassius Lee. I hope when I beat him and dethrone him he will have nothing against me. I'm expecting a tougher fight than my last trip to the cage. But you can't stop the inevitable. The knockout punch is coming. And I won't just be a great Champion Cassius. I will be the greatest."

LKO International FW4 Preview

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1470432812blueprintposter%20fw4.jpg

Hello, dear Canadians! Again we are here in the beautiful Montreal! LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION would like to applause you for making the right choice and coming to see the great source of entertainment that we are about to present you!

Vaclav "Wenceslaus" Mika vs Saint Nick (178643) openweight category

Here we are to see a clash between two very popular and experienced veterans! The 34 year old, 190cm tall Vaclav Mika faces the 36 year old, standing tall at 225cm, what a tower, Saint Nick! Vaclav Mika, who will be looking to score his first victory since joining LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION, is known to be an amazing boxer, utilizing his strong punches in every fight and has managed to KO 13 people in his pro MMA career. Saint Nick is an amazing boxer as well, maybe even better, since he has achieved KOs, now listen, in all of his 36 pro MMA victories! Oh God, what a record! There are rumors that both fighters are very low on morale, maybe even suffering from depression, because their fighting careers are going to end soon, but this won't stop them from trying to tear each other at our cage! Expect to see a classic boxing brawl, but I have a doubt that Mika has very big chances since he is 35cm shorter than his opponent. And how can you knock out something that you can't reach?! Stay tuned to see!

Jesse "The Celtic Warrior" McGulloch vs Daron "Psycho" Buxton openweight category

The co-main event of the evening is also an openweight bout! It will present you a clash between two heavy giants! The 28 year old Jesse McGulloch is coming off a great start at LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION - defeating or better to say destroying Vaclav Mika early in the first round at LKO12 Debaser. He is known to be a great kick-boxer, focusing mainly on punches and kicks while skipping the ground game opportunities. Against him, 33 year old veteran Daron Buxton will be making his debut for LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION so he will be hoping to provide and score his first victory in front of the eyes of the Montreal fans. He is a lot more experienced than McGulloch, having participated in thrice the fights that "The Celtic Warrior" has. Buxton is an exceptional boxer but has a lot bigger arsenal of moves because his ground game is TOP as well. Expecting to see an amazing performance by both fighters, but my money are on the "Psycho".

Jordan "Hitman" Gatt vs Viktor Bogdan 185 lbs

Oh boy, I like watching amazing MMA prospects making their first steps to the glory! We have the 20 year old "Hitman" from Boston, USA, with six wins all by submission, Jordan Gatt! Against him we will be watching the 25 year old Russian Machine, coming all the way from Moscow, the blyat-destroyer, Viktor Bogdan! Dear fans, in this fight you shouldn't expect any standup fighting at all! On the contrary, expect the fight to be on the ground from the moment you hear the bell! Wouldn't that be interesting? Jordan Gatt, a BJJ specialist, who executes amazing submissions, with 100% sub to win ratio versus Viktor Bogdan, who is a master of the ground and pound, using his iron fists to hurt his opponents every time he gets them beneath him! For me, this would be an exciting clash, I hope you enjoy it too! Outcome would extremely depend on Gatt keeping Bogdan under him. My prediction - "Hitman" showcasing his amazing Jiu-Jitsu skills and winning by hurting some of Bogdan's limbs extremely bad!

Alexander Klim vs Frank "God Speed" Kelly 155 lbs

The next fight in our schedule will present you another Russian fighter, Alexander Klim, 23 year old from Moscow who will meet the 23 year old Frank Kelly, coming all the way from Ireland, the land of the legendary MMA fighters! Klim is mostly a stand-up fighter, who uses a wide variety of punches and kicks but he isn't scared to move the fight to the ground either. Against him, "God Speed" is an exceptional boxer, who uses mainly punches in his battles so he will be looking to keep the fight at stand-up. Both fighters should provide an amazing stand-up action. Kelly's height, which is 15 cm more than Klim's height, could give him big advantage in the fight but on the other side, his skinny body, 190cm tall and 162 lbs heavy, could hurt his chances a lot. My prediction goes for Klim coming out victorious!

Tony "Black Mamba" Monteiro vs Adaephon "Quick Ben" Delat 265 lbs

An exciting heavyweight clash, where two young MMA prospects and future stars will compete at LKO International FW4! Both are 20 year old, both are very skilled and impressive and both are hungry for fame and success! Coming from Barneveld, Togo, standing tall at 201cm, 275lbs heavy, Tony "Black Mamba" Monteiro! Against him, coming from Raraku, United States, with 195cm height and 250lbs weight, Adaephon "Quick Ben" Delat! Both of them would be looking to make their debut at LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION a night to remember! Monteiro is an excellent boxer, but his wrestling is also at an impressive level. Delat is a bit more popular fighter, who is destructive both at stand-up and on the ground. And you should take my advice, you don't want to see Delat's fists anywhere near your face! The fact that "Quick Ben" is using submissions extremely well in his wide arsenal of abilities, makes him even more special fighter! This would be one of the most interesting clashes for me in the event, but I believe that Adaephon Delat won't disappoint and will claim the victory!

James Wolf vs Jiro "Tuesday" Hamasaki 155 lbs

Here we will be seeing the 26 year old James Wolf from Fabletown, USA versus the young Japanese ninja, coming all the way from Tokyo, Japan, Jiro Hamasaki! Wolf has been unbeatable since he started his professional career, scoring 3 victories out of 3 fights, 2 of which came at LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION's events. About him could be said that he is a good stand-up fighter, getting the maximum out of his punching technique and also he does exceptional in the clinch. Wolf has the size advantage in this fight being 9cm taller. Jiro Hamasaki will be making his professional debut at LKO International FW4. We aren't familiar with his skills and abilities but this would be a great opportunity for him to showcase them. Anyway, I believe that he will be hitting good using punches and kicks like the majority of Japanese fighters. Let's wish "Tuesday" good luck for that big night because he is having a tough opponent against him!

Juan Rafael El Luna vs Hershel "Hero" Hasselhoff 170 lbs

The next fight in our schedule presents you two very interesting combatants! 26 year old Juan Rafael El Luna from Madrid, the capital of Spain versus the 20 year old Hershel Hasselhoff from the Big Apple! El Luna is known to be an amazing Muay-Thai specialist, who likes to destroy his opponents in the clinch, using a variety of strikes - punches, knees and kicks. Against him we have "Hero", an youngster specialized in BJJ and submissions. But rumors say that Hasselhoff recently broke up with his high-school love, which resulted to him being very sad and unprepared for the fight. Anyway, there isn't a way to cancel the fight, as it has been already accepted, so we hope that Hershel Hasselhoff would prove a real man and is going to give his best in the cage! My prediction goes for a solid victor for El Luna!

Daniel Krumov vs Nelson "The Bully" Muntz 170 lbs

Okay, okay, dear fans, I am extremely proud to introduce you one of my boys, proud member of Team Koev - Daniel Krumov! He is 18 year old, from the city of Ruse, Bulgaria. I won't be telling you much about him because that could be like sharing my gameplan but I will tell you that you should expect spectacular stuff from him! His opponent, Nelson Muntz, is a 20 year old MMA talent from Spriengfield, USA! He is famous with his spectacular boxing skills, which he has showcased not once or twice in his high-school boxing career. I'm expecting to see fireworks in that fight, but really can't tell who will be the winner.

Jack "The Finisher" Maloski vs Stephen "The Hunter" Warner 145 lbs

The next fight is going to face the 20 year old Norwegian Jack Maloski against the 25 year old American Stephen Warner. "The Finisher" is an extremely dangerous ground fighter who has shown exceptional ground strikes in his 3 professional victories by KOs. Against him, "The Hunter" seems like the perfect all rounder, who tries every possibility to win a fight and looks to utilize every of the MMA techniques. Fight would be interesting to watch also because Maloski is 12cm taller than Warner, but still lighter than him. My money goes on "The Finisher" for that fight!

Kid Unknown vs Theodore "The Weasel" Nevel 205 lbs

In the opening fight of the evening, two youngster would clash with the high hope of scoring their first victory at LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION! 20 year old Armenian Kid Unknown versus 18 year old American Theodore Nevel. I will afford to use a pun here and say that very little is known about Mr. Unknown! The info that we have on him is that he has practiced a lot of Muay Thai in the last 4-5 years, which makes him a dangerous foe. Theodore Nevel is also a Muay Thai specialist, who loves landing hard punches in the clinch! Outcome of this fight would be extremely interesting, but I think that Kid Unknown is slightly better combatant and I am expecting him to win this.
