LKO19 Refugies Preview

Ladies and gentleman, I like to welcome you to LKO19 Refugies! Another great event underway brought to you by LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION with the partnership of HGH Nutrients Q160 Tycoons Best Quality supps and ---£GUNITGOLDRU$H£---! Sit comfortable in your seats and enjoy the spectacle the fighters are going to offer you!

"Derka Derka" Mohammed Jihad vs Tobias "The Punisher" Black openweight category title

You already know that we at LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION don't play child games, so our main event for the evening is a championship title! And not any title, but the most wanted one where the most famous fighters are battling each other! The openweight category title! You already know pretty well our champion - Mohammed Jihad and his exceptional arsenal of moves, "Derka Derka" is efficient everywhere in the cage - punches, kicks, clinch fighting, takedowns, ground and pound, submissions, Jihad is capable of doing everything which makes it almost impossible to predict his strategy for every fight! Against him we will be watching Tobias black, who is 35 lbs lighter than his opponent, we are going to see how this weight difference is going to work out for both fighters. "The Punisher" is a kick-boxing specialist, using perfectly his kicks for knocking out his opponents. This is going to be his debut at LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION so some people are wondering how he got a title clash. Maybe that's just his luck, maybe Jihad chose him, or maybe money talks! But we will never know, so stay tuned and watch the amazing show those two gladiators are going to provide! My prediction is Jihad to remain our champion, but Black is also very capable of surprising us!

Dom DeNardo vs "The Natural Born Runner" Mark Riccuito openweight category

The co-main event of LKO19 Refugies meets another two MMA veterans. 36 year old Dom DeNardo, with personal record 20/6, from Oklahoma City, USA faces the 33 year old Mark Riccuito, from Pasuruan, Indonesia, with a personal record 20/14/1. DeNardo already impressed our fans at his debut for us at LKO Fight Night 6 by subbing Mark Hunter early in the first round, while "The Natural Born Runner" is about to make his debut at LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION. Many good things can be told about Dom DeNardo, but the most important thing is that he is a perfect all-rounder - exceptional at standup, efficient in the clinch and merciless on the ground! Against him, Riccuito is known to be perfect at standup and in clinch, but seriously avoiding the ground game. So maybe we already know the winning tactics for both fighters, don't we? Key for DeNardo will be getting the fight to the ground while Riccuito should do anything he can to prevent this from happening! I'm expecting a very contested fight but I have some feeling that Mark Riccuito could impress us in his debut!

Michal Kucharski vs Subotai Hyrkanian "WARLORDSTER" openweight category

The next exciting clash in our schedule presents you two smaller fighters from our openweight division! The 177cm tall, 34 year old veteran from Gdansk, Poland, Michal Kucharski faces the 163cm tall, 25 year old Subotai Hyrkanian from Ulan Btor, Mongolia! Kucharski is a very good boxer, but his grappling ability is even more impressive, working hard on the ground and executing both hard strikes and skillful submissions. But the most important factor for him in the fight is his experience! His opponent, "WARLORDSTER", is a decent boxer, who uses his heavy punches both from distance and in the clinch. Key moment here will be the position of the fight because Kucharski would have an enormous advantage on the ground. My prediction is Michal Kucharski using his experience and routine and scoring another victory on his account!

William Joseph vs William "Aries" Adama openweight category

In a night, that seems will be an epic veteran showdown in the openweight category, the 45 year old veteran, William Joseph goes against the 33 year old William Adama. Joseph is a bit demoralized after failing to achieve a win in his first two fights for LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION and there are rumours that he is considering his retirement already. Focusing on the fight itself, we should say that there is no secret for Joseph in the MMA game, after participating in the amazing 54 fights! He can fight everywhere and in every way, doesn't matter if from distance, in the clinch or on the ground, he knows it all! William Adama, who is a lot larger than his opponent, scored an impressive victory at his LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION debut by knocking out Shotgun Trua in the beginning of the third round of their fight at LKO12 Debaser. "Aries" is highly specialized in the clinchwork using his Muay Thai proficiency and hitting hard with elbows and knees, but also feels comfortable when striking from distance. Looks like his groundwork is his only weakness and this is the direction where William Joseph would want to lead the fight. A fight with very unpredictable outcome, but I think that Joseph's experience should be enough for him getting out of our cage victorious.

Gerardo "NicknameNot" Gluhovic vs Justin "The Trailer" Hall openweight category

The fifth openweight category clash of the night presents you two fighters with a size difference and it will be very interesting which one will get an advantage from that difference! Let me introduce you the bigger guy first - with dimensions 190cm and 205 lbs, coming from Brazil, the 30 year old Gerardo Gluhovic! Against him, 183cm tall, with 181 lbs weight, citizen of the USA, the 32 year old Justin Hall! "The Trailer" is a lot more experienced than his opponent, having participated in 25 fights more than Gluhovic! Gluhovic is an amazing boxer who also feels comfortable in the clinch and already has 2 wins in his 2 appearances for LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION. Hall is a versatile standup and groundwork fighter, good in kick-boxing, but avoiding the clinchwork situations! He won his debut fight at LKO 11 Anaconda by a technical knockout versus Cu Chulainn, just 3 seconds before the end of the first round! Expecting to see an interesting clash with Gerardo Gluhovic using his size advantage and winning!

"" The American Sniper "" Adam Breneman vs James "HellBoy" Faaloua openweight category

The last openweight fight for the evening faces two 195cm giants in the cage! Both are solid veterans with more than 20 fights in their pro careers. The 36 year old Adam Breneman against James Faaloua! "The American Sniper" is a decent boxer who likes to work the ground and pound as well. His opponent, "Hellboy" is a sensational Muay Thai fighter, utilizing his elbows and scoring big hits on his enemies. For sure we will be seeing a spectacular performance by both fighters but my prediction goes for Breneman.

"Prince" Herschel Pettaway vs Julian "The Living Weapon" Gniewek 145 lbs

The next fight in our schedule presents you two debutants for LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION! It is a pleasure to present you our homeboy, coming straight outta Harlem, 21 year old Herchel Pettaway! Against him, coming all the way from Warsaw, Poland, 19 year old talent Julian Gniewek! Both fighters are hungry to score their first victory and win the hearts of you, ladies and gentlemen, the amazing fans of LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION! The "Prince" is very good at boxing, working well both from distance and in the clinch! "The Living Weapon" likes to work in the clinch too but he is also a very good Brazilian Jiu Jitsu specialist and already has 5 successful submissions on his account, which gave him his 5 professional MMA victories so far! Would be an interesting fight between two youngsters, with Julian Gniewek coming out victorious in my opinion.

Simone Milanesi vs Fedor "The Newest Emperor" Vladimirovich 265 lbs

Funny to put it like that, but we will be watching David vs Goliath in a heavyweight bout! On one side, we have the 210cm, 19 year old MMA prodigy, coming all the way from Italy - Simone Milanesi! Against him, we have the only 182 cm tall, 25 year old, from Russia - Fedor Vladimirovich! Milanesi, who already won KO of the night award on his debut at LKO13 Belive, is a very good boxer. His opponent, Vladimirovich, is specialized in the ground fighting, working well the ground strikes and submissions. You know me well for always rooting for the youngster and this time is no different! Expecting a quick KO win by Milanesi!

Joao Da Silva vs "Average" Joe Johnson 170 lbs

In the next fight we will be watching a clash between two 26 combatants, both looking to pave their way to success at LIBERTY KOMBAT ORGANIZATION! The brazilian Joao Da Silva has good boxing skills, working well in the standup and clinch, but avoiding any other way of fighting by not using kicks or groundplay at all. The american Joe Johnson is someone who feels well fighting at standup, but his biggest strenght is his groundwork! The outcome in the fight highly depends on the place where it is going to be lead, but I'm thinking that Joao Da Silva has what it takes to beat Johnson!

Michael Hughes vs Mike "Sinky" Simona 185 lbs

The last fight from the evening's preview would show us the 20 year old, 190cm tall, Michael Hughes from Liverpool, England, go against the 26 year old, 173cm tall, Mike Simona from Corvallis, USA. The Merseyside-bound Michael Hughes is a decent boxer but an exceptional ground and pounder, landing lots of ground strikes and modifying the faces of his opponents on a frequent basis! Against him, we have "Sinky" who is a kick-boxer using both punches and kicks in distance fights. An interesting clash, but I think that Hughes' potential will be too much for "Sinky"!

The Underdog Awards brought to you by Mister Victorio

Hello everybody, I'm proud to announce "The Underdog Awards" following the last event - LKO 17 Lock Down. We have 3 fighters winning the awards as they pull off the upsets according to the last update of odds in Sir Mamado's bookmaker.

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/43/43w8.jpg

Cu Chulainn

This warrior won the 'I'll fuck you til you love me' award for 10k by scoring an upset victory against Ay One which snapped his 2 fight losing streak and also scored his first win inside the LKO banner. He utilized constant pressure and being heavy on top with his wrestling to edge out an Unanimous Decision victory. Congrats to Mr.Chulainn and his manager John Mallon!

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/22/22w11.jpg

Sterling "Duchess" Archer

This warrior won the 'I'll fuck you til you love me' award for 10k by beating the odds against the veteran Nick Alvarez with dominant fashion. He completely dictated the place of fighting, stuffing most of Alvarez' takedown attempts and shut the veteran down with his striking for three rounds. Congrats to Mr.Archer and his manager Abraham Raheem!

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14667835808550.png

OJ "The Tiger" Nordberg

This warrior won the 'I'll fuck you til you love me' award for 10k by upsetting Sergeant Whiskeyjack, who I don't think he should be the favorite personally. Personal issue aside, Nordberg was looking ultra impressive that night, outstriking and outclinching Whiskeyjack for three rounds and scoring a lot of effective strikes. Nordberg is still undefeated in three fights. Congrats to Mr.Nordberg and his manager Sir Mamado!

Stay in touch!

LKO18 Massacre Preview

http://mmatycoon.com/images/posters/14704762361470461750lko18.gif

Shou "14K" Wan Por vs Elias Lyon 135 lbs

The last fight of the evening will be a bantamweight clash between a boxer and a grappler. The boxer is the 18 year old Chinese demolisher, Shou Wan Por! Even at this young age, he has already two KOs on his account! Against him we have a professional grappler, 20 year old Elias Lyon from USA. He is coming as a TWGC semi-finalist with a 3-2 TWGC record. This fight will be his MMA debut. I am expecting the fast hands of "14K", his unexpendable energy and neverending hunger for success to be key factors which would help him to achieving victory at LKO18 Massacre!

#WAR #TRIADS #LKO

Jiyn Zu Chung *Translator* : This is exactly how the fight will go. I have been training for this fight for months. I am confident I can stop this posing fake WWE wrestler drop out as the fraud he is in the MMA world. That's all he is. A fake. He's here for the pay day. Simply another Yank wrestler trying to jump on the hype train of MMA and lay down for 15 minutes. Elias, you don't belong in the cage with me. I am going to show you that when I serve you a fresh, cold, hard piece of mat. #WAR #TRIADS #LKO

The Underdog Awards brought to you by Mister Victorio

Hello everybody, I'm proud to announce "The Underdog Awards" following the last event - LKO Fight Night 8. We have 5 fighters winning the awards as they pull off the upsets according to the last update of odds in Sir Mamado's bookmaker.

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/42/42w14.jpg

Gareth Fawkes

This brand new champion won the 'Don't fear me, fear the consequence' award for 20k by scoring an impressive upset TKO victory against the former LKO FW champion Cassius Lee in the opening round. Fawkes completely bullied Lee inside the clinch, landing 100% of his strikes there prior to the finish. Congrats to Mr.Fawkes for winning the title and his manager Dave Ashbourne!

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/14/14w20.jpg

Tusing Pocc

This warrior won the 'I'll fuck you 'til you love me' award for 10k by upsetting Kieta Vivian with a spectacular arm triangle finish in the first round. Pocc snapped his two fight losing streak with this victory, utilizing his purple belt BJJ skills to reverse the position against the BJJ brown belt after being taken down and tapped him out afterwards. Congrats to Mr.Pocc and his manager Pocc Vivian!

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/32/32b6.jpg

Craig Anderson

This warrior won the 'I'll fuck you 'til you love me' award for 10k by scoring an upset against Ramen Johnson with a quick submission victory. Anderson extended his unbeaten streak in MMA to 5 fights. Seems like the former QFC tournament winner is unstoppable at this moment. Congrats to Mr.Anderson and his manager Alfred Pennyworth!

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/7/7w7.jpg

Detroit Racer

This warrior won the 'I'll fuck you 'til you love me' award for 10k by upsetting Ludric Dolpino with first round TKO. That's a good debut for Racer as he showed no respect to Dolpino's brown belt BJJ skills as he took Dolpino to the ground, escaped some submission attempts and raining down brutal hammerfists, elbows, whatever he got to finish it off. Congrats to Mr.Racer and his manager Royal Assface!

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/32/32w24.jpg

Gilo Strong

This warrior won the 'I'll fuck you 'til you love me' award for 10k by beating the odds against Dexter Longbottom with a second round TKO finish. Strong showed off his skills by escaping the ground battle and using his constant 'clinch, strike and break' tactic to slow Longbottom down but also landing 96% of his clinch strikes towards the finish. Congrats to Mr.Strong and his manager Keller Thompson!

The winners of "The Underdog Awards" are getting more and more as the events go on! Is it time for the underdogs to shine in LKO?

"The Very Best" Red Brophy

3-0-0

Quite frankly, the entire LKO Heavyweight division is lucky that there is a long wait in between fights. If I had the option, I would be taking their heads off on a weekly basis but nah, I only get one per month but it doesn't matter.

Anicent Konate? 20 seconds, easy. Sweyn Forkbeard? Within the first round again, not a problem.

Now i'm fighting some scrub Ivar Ragnaar? Only way he is gonna win is by hugging my nutsack to death. No power on him at all and I could knock him out with a sneeze.

Seriously LKO, give me an actual challenge next fight if there even is one in the division.

Joe Snitsky, I'm coming for that 3 fight and 3 KO streak award.

And Grant Brophy's protégé Red Brophy has spoken! Wow some really strong words out there man. Does anyone really want to trade with him verbally? It would be interesting to see.

LKO Fight Night 9 preview

Hey whats up MMA world here is Victorio and I am bringing another preview for the upcoming LKO event - LKO Fight Night 9 on 7th Sep. There will be a HW title fight on the line so don't miss!

HW bout: Frankie Evans vs Mr Joshua

First fight of the night we already have two up and coming HWs clashing. The red corner Frankie Evans is 2-1 in his career and he's 2-0 in LKO. He's a BJJ purple belt with decent boxing but his ultimate goal is to tap his opponent out after being taken down. He never scored a successful takedown in his career but when he's on the mat, he's a killer. So it would make Mr Joshua think twice before he wanna take him down. Anyway, Mr Joshua is unlikely to do that because he's an excellent boxer with brutal power. He scored a 14 seconds KO in his lone win in QFC. With Evans' takedown ability and Joshua's gameplan, I don't think the fight will go to the ground and Joshua will score a finish in my opinion.

MW bout: David Franklin vs William Wulver

This fight is between two MW fighters who wants to get back to win column. The red corner David Franklin is 0-2 in LKO and only won one fight in his last 10. He has some skills all around and he can put them together but really not effective. He has shown his weakness everywhere and I can hardly find his strength. He's coming off a 21 second TKO loss so I believe his opponent William Wulver will try to expose his chin again. Wulver is an excellent wrestler with decent boxing. He rather using his aggressive boxing style to slug it out. His accuracy was terrible in his last fight but against a fighter like Franklin, his boxing will work again. I am reckoning a quick KO for Wulver.

FW bout: Joao Araujo vs Purple Aki

So this is a FW matchup between two former QFC tournament winners. The red corner Araujo is 5-1 and he showcased his wrestling and blue belt level BJJ in the tournament. He aims to clinch and take the fight to the mat early then finishes it off. His only loss is in his LKO debut which he got outclinched badly. This time, he's also fighting a guy who has really good clinch game. Aki is a decent boxer with decent wrestling. He's basically a powerful head hunter who occasionally takes the fight to the clinch position. He did it once and was very effective. So it would be a big factor for Aki to win this one. Araujo has the ability to tap him out but given their similar level of wrestling, this fight will be a hard one for him, plus at the striking distance, Aki will give him lots of troubles before he can take the fight to the clinch so I think Aki will win by decision.

MW bout: Johnson N Johnson vs Jan Paul Valens

Second MW fight on the card. The red corner Johnson is winless in LKO with 2 fights by Unanimous Decision which he got outwrestled and outstruck respectively. He's a BJJ purple belt with some skills in other aspects but he prefers ground fighting. Anyway, his takedowns is less than effective as he failed all of his 60 takedown attempts in his last fight. So his opponent will be more than happy to stuff his takedowns as Valens is a really good wrestler despite being a lesser Muaythai and BJJ fighter. Valens will use his wrestling to stuff Johnson's takedowns and score his own. Johnson will have the BJJ advantage but Johnson's top control will be too much for him.

WW bout: Ricky Bombs vs Lyoto Allfront

Two WW prospects are ready to go! The red corner Ricky Bombs is 2-0 in his career with all of his fights in LKO. He has excellent boxing with nice wrestling and showcased his KO power, sprawl and brawl techniques and the ability to outbox another striker. He has proved to have a good chin in a three round war in his last fight and Lyoto Allfront should be really careful. Allfront is a decent wrestler with BJJ blue belt and he showed off his GnP wrestling in his lone win. He has powerful takedowns and GnP and if he could bring the fight to the mat, Bombs will be in a danger zone. I think Bombs can win this one as he displayed his ground defense against a BJJ brown belt. I am confident that he can survive Allfront and ultimately score a finish.

LW bout: Piektais Nau vs Curtis Johnson

This is a LW bout between two 26 year old. The red corner is Nau who is unbeaten in 4 fights. He's a dangerous fighter who can knock people out early or snap their arm early. He has weak striking but has that power and a BJJ purple belt too. While Nau showed his multi-dimensional of games, his foe Johnson has shown one only. He is a good wrestler with BJJ purple belt and also has better striking than Nau but he couldn't stay on the feet with strikers for a period of time. I think Nau will try to knock Johnson out on the feet and Johnson will try to take the fight to the ground. Johnson can provide troubles on the mat but Nau will make the whole fight a difference with his power.

HW bout: Darren Regal vs Quon Shum

Two undefeated HWs are going to make themselves a name! The red corner Regal is 2-0 and all of his wins are in LKO by first round (T)KOs. He is an excellent wrestler with BJJ purple belt but has shown his ability to knock people out on the feet and on the ground. Is he going to show his power against Shum who's 8 years older than him? Shum is also 2-0 with all wins in LKO by first round (T)KOs but he is a striking specialist. He has world class boxing and wrestling with BJJ white belt but he only wants to brutalize with distance striking and dirty boxing. I have a feeling that Shum will stuff Regal's early takedowns and the boxing advantage will be too much for Regal to handle.

MW bout: Lionel Messy vs Charlie Doyle

Third and last MW fight in the event. The red corner Lionel Messy is the former title challenger in LKO but failed to match the current champ Szalony Adi's clinch heavy gameplan and BJJ skills. I think Messy has potential as he is a pretty good fighter all around. He has limited striking skills but has power. His wrestling is his strong point and he's able to put it in practice before too. He will be looking to get back to contender status against Doyle who has no morale at the moment. He recently lost by first round armbar and badly affected by the loss now. With his weak ground game, Messy will make this one even easier.

Co-main event

HW title fight: Benga Banga vs Cherokee Wolfbreath

I can't wait for this one! HW title on the line baby! The reigning and defending champ Benga Banga will be defending for the first time here. Banga is blessed by Sir Mamado and is undefeated in his career with 5 fights. He has decent boxing, BJJ purple belt and nice skills in other aspects. With this skillsets he is able to prove why he's the champ as he's a well rounded fighter who can tap you out or knock you out. He's a submission artist in his first two MMA fights then turns out to be a knockout machine. He has skills to do that at distance and clinch and his punches are cutting as they make people bleed. Is the champ going to make the challenger bleed? The challenge is Wolfbreath who has a new management now. He is 8-4 in his career and this will be his first LKO fight. He has excellent Muaythai and decent wrestling and the gameplan is very clear: to headkick the crap out of opponents. All of his 6 knockout wins are by headkick so Banga will need to watch that out. I think the biggest factors in this one has two. First is what will be Banga's plan and second, is Wolfbreath going to kick him to death. Wolfbreath is a headkick machine but has good variety of leg kicks and body kicks which can be crucial in a 5 round fight. But with Banga's multi-dimensional gameplan, he will take Wolfbreath everywhere. And I won't be surprised if he could score a finish in any areas so I think Banga will defend his title successfully.

MAIN EVENT

Openweight showdown: Adrik Vasilev vs Josiah Bartlet

Don't tell me why this fight is in main event because we all know this is the trilogy between Adrik Vasilev and Josiah Bartlet! Vasilev has beaten him twice in LKO, both by Unanimous Decision, both awarded with FOTN. I think this one will be a war again. Vasilev has told Bartlet that he could never outstrike him. Even though Bartlet has scored takedowns in both fights, he has nothing to offer on the ground. With two examples that Vasilev can outpoint him, I will go with Vasilev again but I hope Bartlet can make it more competitive like the first fight. I think Vasilev starts getting confidence and as his win streak goes on and I believe he already figured Bartlet out in their second fight but just please Bartlet, you need to revenge and this is the main event, this time, make it closer.

So this is the preview of LKO Fight Night 9. Hope you guys enjoy it and don't forget to stay tuned. Because LKO is just that amazing! See you next time!
