Can you train the same thing twice in one day?

 

Submissions am & submissions pm

 

Cardio am & Cardio pm

 

Boxing am boxing pm

 

Can you train the same thing in a certain type but not in another? What are the negative affects of training the same thing twice if any and is there a certain amount of time that you should train one thing before changing it up? Like a muscle memory type of thing where if you train one thing for to long your results start to slow down?

yes training session right behind each other is ok, sparring twice in a row is a no no tho
