Gangles Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 I have been interested in running an org in this game for a long time but as we have seen time and time again there are very few people that have both the time and do not get burnt out eventually. So my idea is to have 2 partners aka my Fertittas, and we basically work as equals. Obviously we would establish rules between us but then we would rotate the major responsibilities every month (matchmaking, contracts and preview/review). Thinking this will help spread the time variable and avoid us from burning out since every month will change it up.
