willzay82
Do you need a fitness coach to train for stuff like yoga weights and cardio or can you just do that without one?
Shortstacker
Yoga, weights and cardio do not require a coach.
thb
They do not require a coach but if you're looking to improve all your general skills, it's a lot faster to just do circuit training (general) as that will train all those skills at the same time. igorspb77
Correct information from the guys, but its important to know that those trainings mentioned have their quality related with your Gym Cleanliness and Equipment Condition, if theyre at max level (which is easy, just replace the equipment when condition drops for 3k and put like $500 for cleaning weekly) and youll get the most out of those sessions even without any coach at the gym. Cheers!
