WHich supps do I use and when do I use them? Obviously muscle bulk when I want to lift. But a little confused what I want to to with reduce energy loss and improved stamina. wayne95 Posted February 10, 2021 Report Share Posted February 10, 2021 If u want to train Cardio first, use Increase Stamina supp but if you want to train for the whole week without missing a session with only wonderful cardio(12), I suggest using Reduce Energy Loss.
