Real Time Recovery (RTR)

I was doing some thinking & this idea may give us the opportunity to utilize all sessions throughout the week while getting the max. energy gain/benefit without needing to recover (except on Sundays)

Lets say you train Monday AM session. IRL your energy is depleted to about 50%. In-game the same thing happens but recovery takes place every hour. Since we train every 12hrs, you’ll recover give or take about 5% every hour (depending on cardio, type of training etc.). By Monday PM session, if you’ve managed it right, you’ll be able to train at 100% again.

Ex: Monday AM - Punch Technique (-20% energy loss)

in 4hrs you’re back to around 100% and ready to go again for the PM session

Now let’s say you decide to spar Boxing. That’s more intense & may deplete your energy to 30%. By hour 12, you would have recovered give or take to around 90% energy by your next training. Your energy gains/losses as mentioned before depends on your cardio, injuries etc. So this adds an extra level of management because you don’t want to overtrain.

This is what Real Time Recovery means. This would allow you to take advantage of all training sessions which means:

- Faster training                                                                  - Quicker recovery

Injuries would of course slow down the recovery process & recovery after a fight stays the same as it is now. 

I know some of you like the “set it & forget it” method but this may be something to think about.
