Must be a super dumb learner to not be maxed (I've definitely come across guys that feel like they would never hit elite even as a perma 18 yo). Talking to the manager, he was happy to answer a bunch of questions but I believe I got the gist that he'd mentioned it to Mike before and that's how he picked him up.
