Well I introduce to you FORTITUDE FIGHT TEAM This is a new gym in London. It is a true elite gym with only the best coaches money can buy…true elite coaches (150 in their respective areas of skill). Our goal here a Fortitude Fight Team is to get the best training for your fighters. This will be done by keeping our fighter to coach ratio low (at or below 7). We have already hired 6 true elite coaches: 150 Fitness coach: All Circuit Training 150 BJJ/150 Wrestling: Defensive Grappling AM (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat) PM (Tues, Fri) Sub Offense AM (Tues, Fri) PM (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat) 150 Wrestling: Takedown Defense AM, Takedowns PM 150 Muay Thai/150 Boxing: Punch Technique 150 Muay Thai: Kicks AM, Knees PM 150 Boxing/ 150 Muay Thai: Striking Defense Price: $600, Cap: 42 Our sparring schedule will look like this: Boxing: Tuesday AM, Thursday AM Muay Thai: Tuesday PM, Thursday PM BJJ: Monday AM, Wednesday AM Wrestling: Monday PM, Wednesday PM Please pm me or post your fighters skill level and what session they are sparring so I can post that on the gym page so other fighters will know. We are going to add more coaches as more fighters come. These coaches will be voted on by you managers. We plan to have 12 true elite coaches and a cap of 84. (that’s 7 fighters per coach) ================================================== Looking for a contract??? Fortitude Fight Team has teamed up will Fortitude Fight Series. If you join Fortitude Fight Team and need a contract contact Andrew Dunn and tell him you are from Fortitude Fight Team. In turn he will give what he thinks is an appropriate contract…but because you are a member of Fortitude Fight Team you get additional $$$$ ("preferential treatment and a massively increased pay deal" quoted from Andrew Dunn) in your signing bonus. Also if you have more than one fighter with Fortitude you can “agree for even better terms”. Fortitude Fight Series is the number 5 org in London with weight classes from 145 all the way up to 265+. 2 of their last four fight cards have exceeded 100+ rating. They are looking to make it to the top and be the best org in London. Also check out there clothing. Urban Vandal will be creating a gym shirt for Fortitude Fight Team. We have decided to put on a raffle. The grand prize will be a $600 contract for your fighter (one weeks pay) along with a selection of shirts for your choosing. Second and Third place will get free shirts as well. jimmyjays Posted December 1, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 1, 2009 We have reached our cap of 42 fighters that's 7 fighters per coach so this thursday we are going to hire another double elite coach 150 bjj/150 wrestling and raise our cap to 49...this coach will be teaching all sub offense and we are going to switch our current 150 bjj/ 150 wrestling coach to all defensive grappling. In order to reduce some of the class sizes in those disciplines. Then the next thursday we are going to hire another true elite coach to do GnP and raise our cap to 56 We will keep adding coaches until we reach our max of 12 coaches We look forward to having your London fighters join the next true elite gym in London Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
