Guest
Wondering if there are any artists out there. I work as a graphic designer and have a background in fine arts. Within the past year or so I have recently gotten into Design Vinyl toys (collectibles) - collecting and doing custom work. Example of a piece I did - that is a site where you can submit pieces you have done for voting to get an idea of what people think. The voting is totally anonymous, so if you guys wouldn't mind checking it out and throwing me some votes, I would appreciate it!

Cool, printwork is my primary job focus - the customs and whatnot are things I do on the side to keep me busy. atothad
I'm a web developer, so I work with some designing as well, but I wouldn't call myself an artist. Maybe a wannabe. Your stuff is A+ sir!

Guest
I don't see how it makes sense for non designer people to run clothing companies...and not to be mean to some people, but it shows with the products they put out. Not everyone is fit to be a clothing store owner, same goes with guys that run Orgs and even nutrition companies. Design is a passion to me, so when I decided to do a clothing store on a game, I take it very seriously. I wouldn't want to put something I designed out there if I didn't feel 100% comfortable with people knowing it was something I did.

Guest
I have never taken the time to learn photoshop, so I feel like a poser running the Greatest Clothing Company of All Time(s), but whatever
Guest
I have never taken the time to learn photoshop, so I feel like a poser running the Greatest Clothing Company of All Time(s), but whatever haha - photoshop is a beast - as long as you know some basics, you are fine with this. there are some people out there, I won't say who, that just shouldn't be allowed to run clothing companies in game with the stuff I have seen them do. I'm a huge horror fan and found this artist. He makes masks and sculptures, very grim but amazing work. Would love to collect these, but they are so pricey.. http://schellstudio.com/gallery/

Guest
well, the animated shirts have been around for a while. At least my company introduced them several weeks ago. The shining effect is not something to be amazed of, it's just a standard effect in a gif animator software, but yeah, it looks very nice. Speaking of myself, I wouldn't call myself an artist. The thing is that printing design and web design are a part of my job, so I have a good experience in this area. Great job by guys in this thread, keep it up! Guest
Hey Ryan ... Never really understood the mania that some people have with these vinyl collectables (especially in Japan) ... I buddy of mine works for Mishka doing vinyl toy designs IF you think you come up with something that could sell I could def put you in touch with him. All the artists go by handles - his is L'Amour Supreme - I know he was just in Japan for the toy expo check out his flickr for some of his work and if you want to be in touch with him I can hook that up.
