overthetop2
Flexibility, Speed and Balance tend to be the 3 my fighters progress the slowest in.

Guest
Flexibility is the only stat that yoga advances at a decent rate. You shouldn't have trouble with flexibility ;P But the 3 stats which aren't "focused" on in any exercise are: Agility Speed Balance It takes those twice as long to raise as any other stat. (Ignoring circuit training, as I have never run experiments with it)
Guest
The only time I've seen pops in balance is when I've been training takedown defense.
Eleventhsun
The only time I've seen pops in balance is when I've been training takedown defense. Also yoga usually pops my balance just a bit slower than my flex. But TD def also. I know TD helps your speed.
