    • 100% agreed! This needs to happen, there aren't nearly enough gyms. I also think the penalties on public gym owning shouldn't be this high (if one at all)
    • UFF 5: Tsering vs Gunnarsson - The Battle of Giants Date: March 22, 2025 Location: Hyashi’s Lounge, Los Angeles Attendance: 2,000 Judging System: 10-Point Must Ticket Price: $150 Merchandise Partner: Squirrel Sports Nutrition 🥋 Bookmakers: Ultimate Betting The Ultimate Fighting Federation (UFF) is back with its fifth installment, bringing fans another night of intense action in Los Angeles. UFF 5: Tsering vs. Gunnarsson promises to deliver heavy hits, slick submissions, and plenty of drama inside the cage. With an electric atmosphere at Hyashi’s Lounge and an eager crowd of 2,000 fight fans, this is shaping up to be a must-watch event. Main Event: Lobsang "Blood Choke" Tsering vs. Bjron "Viking" Gunnarsson (265+ lbs) In the headlining bout, we get an interesting battle of the behemoths. Lobsang "Blood Choke" Tsering (8-3-0) enters this bout with a submission specialist reputation. The BJJ brown belt from Lhasa, China, boasts a 100% submission success rate—each and every one of his wins has resulted from tapping his foes. At 300 lbs, Tsering is a force to be reckoned with, but he has also been knocked out twice during his career, which calls into question whether he can deal with big punchers. Bjron "Viking" Gunnarsson (0-1-0), the giant 6'9" Reykjavik, Iceland native, is looking to make his mark. Although his MMA career is short, his stand-up skill may be the difference-maker. With a solid boxing background, he'll be wanting to keep this fight standing and test Tsering's chin. Unfortunately, his one fight ended in a submission loss, so Tsering will probably aim to take him deep into the waters on the canvas. This is a classic striker vs. grappler matchup. If Tsering manages to take the fight to the ground, it may be a short night. But if Gunnarsson lands a clean shot early, we could witness a massive upset. Co-Main Event: Sandor Clegane vs. Zaiden Mccann (185 lbs) The co-main event pits two hungry young middleweights against each other. Sandor Clegane (3-1-0) is only 19 years old, but the Finnish brawler has already made a name for himself with good wrestling and a BJJ purple belt. With two submission wins and one decision victory, he's proven he can grind out a win or finish on the ground. His lone loss was by TKO, exposing a potential weakness in striking defense. Zaiden Mccann (1-1-0), a 21-year-old Londoner, is a more well-rounded fighter, blending wrestling with Muay Thai. He has one decision victory, proving he can go the distance, but also suffered a knockout loss. Against a submission specialist like Clegane, he'll want to keep the fight standing to have any hope of victory. This bout is a true test of styles—Clegane will likely shoot for a takedown early, while Mccann will aim to stay on his feet and land big shots. Expect a high-intensity chess match between these two young warriors. The Energy of UFF 5 There’s no pay-per-view for this event, meaning the only way to witness the action live is inside Hyashi’s Lounge, where the intensity will be off the charts. With Squirrel Sports Nutrition providing exclusive merchandise and Ultimate Betting setting the odds, there’s plenty to keep fans engaged. UFF 5 is more than just another night of fights—it's a war zone where up-and-comers and brutal veterans collide. Will Tsering continue his submission spree, or will Gunnarsson deliver a highlight-reel knockout? In the co-main event, which young challenger will move one step closer to middleweight stardom? Fight fans, buckle up—UFF 5 is going to bring the house down tonight! 🔥👊
