Looks to me like you both use or try to use shadow owners to get round the rule of only owning one business, one buys or tries to buy loyalty and the other utilizes existing and established alliances. One's way around the rule failed and cost him 2.5m and the others worked and got him an org. For either party to question the ethics of the other just doesn't wash, because while neither may have multi's both of you are being cheeky chaps. To carry on discussing this is pointless, its dodgy mcdodgy pissed off that another dodgy mcdodgy had a more effective and dastardly plan. strange. my personal view is that its really irisponsible of org owners to sign up new managers (who wont have a full understanding of how much of their pay will go on flights and the impact of energy/morale loss- paticually from autoflights) from out of town unless their going to sort out the travel for them. All the fighters in my org get invites for private jets including a return flight, meaning situations like this can only happen from them failing to click on the invites. but seeing as your already in this situation- what cities are you in and need to get to? A private jet owner may well have a flight with spare seats going that way shortly and could help you out.

yea fighting a debut fighter would be risky but that is true in the real world. Whenever possible you would want to pit debut guys against each other. I was thinking this would be more for experienced managers rather than brand new ones. Trying to figure your opponent just based on stats from previous fights would obviously be difficult for a new manager to handle. i think anyone who is successful already does this anyway. Just because someone has high MT you don't really know if they are a clincher or kicker or if a ground guy has more GnP or submission skill until you look into their fight history.

I imagine one rather large problem outside the coding issues that comes with adding missed counters, is the need for someone to spend the time and effort actually writing the texts of line that would need to be inserted. It would be a significant undertaking as the text needed for missed counters would probably have to equal (or at least get close to) the number of successful ones. Although people may not see as much variety as they may like in the text as it is now, it would be very noticeable if there was a very limited number of counter lines.

Learn from it. Even if you don't agree it's clear the game gives more favourable judging to aggression rather than all out defence. Your strategy was to survive, his was to win a fight.

I wasn't really referring to the fight. More as a comment to the idea of not being able to imagine that number of takedowns. I would argue that you did see the effects of his tiredness. Namely, every shot you threw landed. Had your fighter been more proactive, it is likely that he would have overwhelmed his opponent and got the knockout. In effect, your fighter was so negative that he was doing a Kalib Starnes impression and running from his opponent and failing to punish him despite the fact he was there for the taking. This is what lost you the fight.

Well you could start small with around 50k-100k. Which I started with 100k but that was along time ago. The key at the beginning is to be patient and grow slow if you don't have a lot of Bank at first. I would say start trying to get fighters signed first then after you get around 10-20 fighters book a event about 3 weeks out so you can continue to get more fighters before your first event. Also stay away from real experienced fighters at first try to get 0-0 fighters so they can grow with your Org. but i find it funny how it said he dominated round 2. I'm just saying you should score sprawls, i had no choice but to play counter and i nulled his gameplan, he still got the win by getting sprawled all the time

what about carlos pussy condit? he "won" at least 3 rounds by running backwards and landing nothing. 1 combination won him round 4.

well i landed a lot more i did what i needed to do. Kept it standing and out boxed him with a headkick threw in, what was i supposed to do then cos if i went aggressive he was taking me down and submitting me haha. I might make shit fighters with elite striking defence and just keep spamming takedowns for "octagon control" and win whilst defending every strike. And also, defensive grappling too so if someone lets me take them down i can defend the subs. hhahaha.. stupid.

true i did make a mistake not being aware that you need aggression but still i think the judging sucked lol. I lost, whatever it's cool ;p. Give a fighter terrible takedown offense with elite defensive grappling, elite takedown defense, elite striking defense, and he can do the exact same as what that kid did to me

This sounds cool but I think the initial difficulty for some new users will be the very first fight. If they battle an opponent who has no fight history, it's truly a shot in the dark. That doesn't bother some but others may not share that sentiment.
