  1. Not sure if this is talked about a lot I'm not that active on the forums. BUT I just want to say that this game is 100% better without having to schedule flights before every fight like some secretary in a law office. Game pop has EXLODED too. Keep it up!

  3. Preview for KFC 26: Mann vs Potter II Today, the Hard Knocks – London will be witness of an other KFC event, when KFC 26 is bringing ten fights of MMA competition to the table. On top of it all, the anticipated rematch between Mountain Mann and Jack Potter. Let's take a look at the card as a whole. Undercard 1.) Hasanboy Dusmatov (MMA debut) vs. Seong Jo (0-1; KFC debut) – Middleweight bout Not really much to say about this one. Both are at the very beginning of their MMA careers and both are coming from striking backgrounds, with Jo being a Muay Thai based fighter and Dusmatov relying on his boxing. However, both are cross training. So they are well on their path towards an MMA career. This one is wide open and could go either way. 2.) Micah Martinez Jr. (1-0; KFC debut) vs. Vladimir Impaler (1-0; KFC debut) – Super Heavyweight Cage-boxing For the next bout the story is a similar one as for the first one, even though the framework is entirely different given that this is a Super Heavyweight Cage-boxing fight, an KFC special. Both opponents are just at the very beginning and have won their first fight. Both share an amateur boxing background, albeit Martinez Jr. is arguably the heavier handed guy. Both man are however of comparable skill. It might come down to who has so far made a better job of filling in the blanks. Or who simply is more hungry. 3.) Yajson Mrar (3-1; all in KFC) vs. James Azorre (1-3; 1-2 in KFC) – Bantamweight bout This next fight is certainly more lopsided on paper than the previous two. Looking to bounce back from his first career loss suffered in his last outing is Yajson Mrar. James Azorre probably is meant to be tune up fight. And if that was Mrar's intention …… he could have done worse than that, for he should have many ways towards victory against the so far not particularly promising James Azorre, who only won one fight out of his four so far. But then again there is always an element of volatility to these fighters, who are just starting out. So who knows for sure? 4.) Reggie Braga (1-2; all in KFC) vs. Oori Kan (1-1; all in KFC) – Heavyweight bout The next fight sees two other youngsters, looking to string a winning record together. Braga is a wrestling based jack of all trades, who is taking somewhat of a grinding approach to his fights, whereas Kan is a striker. Having been put away by submission before, Kan will likely be mindful of the grappling pedigree of his opponent, looking to keep this one on the feet as much as possible. 5.) Aaron McCall (3-1; 1-1 in KFC) vs. Ickey Woods (3-0, KFC debut) – Welterweight bout The last match on the undercard is between two up and coming, promising grapplers. Whether this leads to some ground warfare or both men avoiding each other's ground game is to be seen. Ickey Woods has momentum on his side as he is still unbeaten, whereas McCall just suffered his first loss in his last KFC fight. But despite of that it is a very close match-up on paper that is nearly impossible to predict. Main Card 6.) Peter Willy (10-4; 0-1 in KFC) vs. Walter Hartwell White (2-0, all in KFC) – Light Heavyweight bout The first fight on the main card is a style match-up between grappling Journeyman Peter Willy and newcomer Walter Hartwell White, who is a versatile striker. Having finished eight of his opponents by submission and two due to ground strikes, it is clear where Willy would prefer the fight to take place. This is a proper test for the young White, who many see as a possible prospect. With him facing an opponent, who is difficult stylistically and way more experienced, we will see if claims of future greatness are to be upheld or if he bit off more than he can chew in facing Peter Willy. 7.) Bill Goldberg (2-1; all in KFC) vs. Pepe Froggo (4-0; 2-0 in KFC) – Light Heavyweight bout This fight between two hungry sluggers could see the winner make quite a leap in the 205 KFC rankings. Both won their last two KFC matches. Going three in a row would likely place them high in the rankings. Goldberg is a wrestle-boxer type of fighter. Pepe Froggo is banking on his Muay Thai based clinch game and striking to get the job done and is unbeaten thus far in his young career. Both have a BJJ blue belt and bank on Ground and pound to secure their victories on the ground. This one has the texture to turn into a complete barn burner of a fight! 8.) Tim Hunt (6-2; 4-2 in KFC) vs. Teemu Packalen (9-2; 2-2 in KFC) – Lightweight bout This fight is a rematch. Both men fought each other before in KFC. The first time around Tim Hunt knocked Packalen out in the first. And if the latter doesn't mange to bring this fight to the ground, it might go down that way again. Tim Hunt is a head hunting knockout artist, who has secured all of his wins by way of knockout. Packalen is a pure ground fighter, who relies on grappling and submissions. But if he isn't sharper this time around than he was in the first fight, then he is in for another investment in the dementia pugilistica bank. 9.) Liam Kennedy (10-2, 5-2 in KFC) vs. Julio Valeron Huhrera (4-0; all in KFC) – Lightweight bout The co-main event will see a former KFC Lightweight Champion go up against one of the fastest rising stars in KFC. Liam Kennedy would love nothing more than to get back into title contention and reclaim the KFC 155 strap. And being one of the most prolific knockout artists in the division (90% knockout ratio), he surely has the tools to do so. But his opponent is Julio Valeron Huhrera, a 19 year old wrestling prodigy, who might snatch him out of his comfort zone in a heart beat. A win in this one would be most valuable for either fighter. So expect things to be intense. 10.) Mountain Mann 85-1, all in KFC) vs. Jack Potter (6-1, 4-1 in KFC) – Heavyweight bout This main event also is a rematch. And a very interesting one at that. Mountain Mann was the only man to hand Jack Potter a loss so far. It happened in their fight for the KFC Heavyweight title, when Mann dethroned Potter by way of first round knockout. This was in Potter's very first attempt at a title defense. However, Mann would go on and suffer a similar fate, losing his gold in decisive fashion against Barry Butcher. Now both men try to bounce back into title contention. Mountain Mann had recently some changes in management and is currently not even training, as he is to move into a new gym as it seems. Is he that certain that he will dust Jack Potter once more? Or is it a case of being way too overzealous?

  5. Shogun Iron Tyson (230034) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14400283294481.jpg Shogun wins the Trilogy to retain his Title once again. "Much respect to Grant and Davie Brophy. I did all I could to knock him out, I used a different gameplan and we predicted his gameplan to try and score a KO but he is tough man, my hands hurt. He hit me with some good leg kicks and body shots and in the fifth round I was tired. It wasn't my greatest performance but my manager has my spirits up as we just beat the Second best manager in the game. I do feel I dominated the first four rounds with power shots so I can be happy with that performance even though I live for the KO. Much respect to all. Don't pick against me people.."

  9. I was added to the tycoon times within this last week. I'm still learning the editing/format. Ironically I don't think I've had to the time to write much since. Complaining about this stuff for the sake of what? Articles rarely get over 10 views lol. It's not exactly a traffic hub. The average views for articles are around 10 views. Gonna guess a lot of the same people that check the times are the ones clicking on this stuff. I don't see anything wrong with the big companies, big orgs, or big fighters making the top of the headlines. That's realistic. There's still plenty of space for the little companies and write ups to get added too. I think a lot of the 'unpublished' stuff are things that come in clumped up with no formatting and events that have already occurred that are getting released (better) late (than never). Seeing Syn' or GAMMA's news getting pushed aside for Bo's Crab Shack on the Island doesn't make much sense. I think there's plenty of room for both and neither should be tossed aside. Getting rid of one because it's already popular doesn't make sense and getting rid of one because it's not popular enough, not quite fair either. Plenty of room for both in the articles, but Jay's definitely gonna need a lot more help to get this stuff organized and produced in a timely manner.

  10. Preview for IFC6 - SAW IFC 6 brings to you a packed card, including some of MMA's future finest (….. hopefuly). The highlights of the show are a fight for the IFC Lightweight Championship of the World and a main event between two of the top ranked fighters on the Island! Let's take a peek at today's main card to get some appetite going. Freddie Stokes (2-0, IFC debut) vs. Theodoros Demetriou – Light Heavyweight bout The first scrap on the main card is between two guys, who make their IFC debut. Stokes is a dangerous striker well-versed in both, boxing and Muay Thai. Demetriou is a BJJ brown belt. So both men hold abundantly ready paths of victory over each other. It will be whoever is more competent in taking advantage of it, who will walk away the winner here. Jose Pacheco (2-1; all in IFC) vs. Henny Verhoeven (2-1; IFC debut) – Bantamweight bout Whereas the first fight is a clash of two very different styles, this one is a meeting of two similar specialists. Both, Pacheo and Verhoeven, are BJJ brown belts and as such have a diploma in the art of human Origami. This one is likely to become a bout of ground attrition. The kind of fight that has purists delighted, hipsters pretending as if they are delighted as well and casuals poking their nose, trying to remember where the beer stand is located. Android Nineteen (1-0 in IFC) vs. Ion Novosad (3-0; 1-0 in IFC) – Heavyweight bout Ion Novosad is facing an Android, specifically programmed to murder his ass! But Novosad is one crazy dude, who might end up disassembling the Android. Can you tell now how this Island competition is getting crazier every year! They have them fighting robots! Robots and clones even! What's next? Move them all into a house, overwhelm them with booze and the ongoing pressure of everything being televised? That's fucking illegal! Co-main Event: Bobby Boucher (2-0; both in IFC) vs. Rokuya Date (3-0; IFC debut) – For the IFC Lightweight Championship of the World In this co-main event of the evening the very first IFC Lightweight Champion will be found. Trying their best to become that man are Bobby Boucher and Rokyua Date. Boucher is a grappler and BJJ brown belt. Date is a wrestle boxer and has knocked all three of his opponents out. With this being the first title fight for both men, one has to wonder if any jitters are to be expected. But that is an extremely volatile matter anyway, as so many titles in IFC have changed hands already. Gold on the line or not …. they all are bloody beginners. So let's be entertained, when they clumsily hurt each other bad. Main Event: Joseph Jacobs (3-1; all in IFC) vs. Bear Hug (IFC debut) – Bantamweight bout This is yet another high profile fight in the IFC Bantamweight division, a weight class which seems to be absolutely stacked this Island season! Former IFC Bantamweight Champion Joseph Jacobs will face IFC debuting Bear Hug, who thus far is unbeaten. Both men have knocked all three of their respective opponents out, so this one could very well be brief and frantic. A main event of the don't blink variety. A main event where you will curse yourself if you move your attention towards something more insignificant. And be it just for a second! Like looking at your hot girlfriend over there or trying to memorize, where you put your beer down ….. just as one meaty hook ends it all ….. and you didn't see it. Got damn it bitch! Now bring me that beer!

  20. Preview for Dynasty 2 Not long after the dust of Dynasty: Genesis has settled, Dynasty K-1 is maintaining a busy schedule. With another special main event the ignited flame of Dynasty is meant to be left flaming higher. How are these lofty ambitions pursued? Let's take a look at the main card to find out. The main card starts with Ossilus "Angel of Death" Chiarmanda (KT record of 10-4) vs. "The Welsh Wonder" Dai Evans (KT record of 3-2). Both men, unlike some other fighters on this card, have experience in KT sanctioned bouts. But Chiarmanda is the more experienced fighter with 14 KT bouts to the 5 of Evans. Both men had mixed results thus far in their MMA careers. What's interesting is that Chiarmanda is known as a decision fighter in MMA, who throws a lot of volume. In KT however, he has a knockout ratio of 80%. So he is a completely different animal altogether in KT fights. With Evans it is the exact opposite. Whereas he boasts an 87,5 % knockout ratio in MMA, all three of his wins in KT came by way of decision. This interestingly reflects on how vastly different the framework is that governs the striking aspect in both disciplines. The next fight will see two MMA fighters, "The Master Of Disaster" Apollo Creed and Waymon Lattimore, give their KT debuts. Both fighters are 8-3 in MMA and are considered knockout artists, with Apollo Creed having won all of his fights and Waymon Lattimore all but one of his fights by way of knockout. Both are still relatively young. So they match up extremely well. All that this fight will come down to is the answer to the question: Who will be better adapted towards the situation of fighting under KT rules? Next is a fight that combines more KT experience than any other fight on the card: Kevin "Filthy Rich" Mayweather (KT record of 19-16) vs. Valmir "The Tornado" Tiberio (KT record of 7-6). These two hardened KT journeymen will show all the noobs how it is done! This is also a rematch between two fighters, who once held EFFA gold. Mayweather was Middleweight Champion and Tiberio was the Light Heavyweight Champion (2x). In their first outing Mayweather beat Tiberio by way of unanimous decision. Mayweather always has been a kick boxer. Other than Tiberio, who surprisingly abandoned a very well going MMA career (going 15-1) to completely switch to KT. And while things started promising for him after this move, he was struggling in his latest fights (all of which are quite a while back) and won just one out of his last five. Now he is 38 years old and may be looking just for a few more paydays. The co-main event will see "The Fireball Kid" Dam Son (KT record of 12-6-1) welcome Cannondale Trail (KT debut) to the ring. Which seems to be a very tall order for Cannondale Trail. While without a doubt a respectable and experienced mixed martial artist, he is 37 years old and hasn't fought in quite some time. And as we all know, when a fighter's light flickers, it is far more often than not about to fade for good. Consider that when we look at “The Fireball Kid”. Starting out in MMA Dam Son quickly gave up on that career to become a full-time kick boxer. He went on and was unbeaten in his first six fights straight before suffering his first loss. He then went on and won five of his next six. Only then did he struggle, losing four out of his last six when a stint at super heavyweight proved to be difficult for him. Also some of his losses were against KT royalty like Deacon Frost (at heavyweight), Alistair Spong and Krzysztof Szczęsny. All well known names in the sport of kick boxing and by now signed to Dynasty K-1. To wrap it up: Cannondale Trail is in for a fight against an opponent with actual KT pedigree, who is 13 years younger and still growing. It is an absolute uphill battle and possibly a merciful tune up fight for the KT prospect named Dam Son. The main event will see a fight that many MMA fans consider to be long overdue: Jong Un "Gangnam Style!" Kim (KT debut) vs. "Put Gold on it" Sean Tallon (KT record of 17-5). Both have dominated the bantamweight ranks (and also the featherweight ranks in the case of Tallon), but never met each other in a fight. While Kim fought for LEGACY and later Syn, Tallon was the man in CEC and Evolution. A super fight never manifested. It took Dynasty K-1 to make it happen, under KT rules. Many feel that this gives Tallon the advantage, because he holds the distinction of having found great success in both, KT and MMA. Before his remarkable MMA stint, where he achieved p4p greatness (among other merits), he was in fact on of the best KT fighters around. Something that translated well to the MMA part of his career, where he was and is known as one of the outstanding strikers of the sport. The only disadvantage he may have is his age, for he is clearly closing in towards the end of his career, with some inconsistent outings in MMA lately, whereas Kim's status in MMA is still relatively unchallenged. However ….. he doesn't have a lick of KT experience! This fight sure is a spectacle of a super fight that the MMA promoters have completely slept on. How competitive it will be under KT rules remains to be seen.

  29. well a mentor aint supposed to tell u EVERYTHING u little bitcher. And u right the game is a constant learning curve and the forums are full of CRAP. I see ur a mentor now and you know EVERYTHING? U can answer EVERY question? I seriously doubt it ha? I have NEVER claimed i knew everything in the game and i doubt i ever will....But I am damn sure able to get a player on the right road to winning and thats what a mentor should be doing...there are very few in this game that have the results I have as a mentor so u should be THANKING me for being ur mentor instead of talking shit....and u are also a LIAR...I also have 18 year old creation guide....but u took off on your own before u earned the right to use it....So when u point the failure finger at me u best check ur hand cause u got 3 fingers pointing back at you. And while they might not be the best creation guide it is MY OWN and not a copy...plus if u look the stats of my mentees wins using that build and my slider settings the facts are it wins over 95% of the time and I doubt anyone can show better. Its a GREAT creation guide and not designed for "keeper fighters" its a QFC meant creation and it kicks ass....then its to be sacked and never meant for an org...or it would have a different build...DUH. Perhaps if u had completed the mentorship u would of gotten that....but u quit and now ur whining like a little bitch....im just LMAO at u.....
