I've recently gained a free agent yet he cannot train at gym he's joined it says "NA" why is that? How do I get him to train at gym?

I've been away for 1 year and have somehow released all my previous fighters. I've created 2 fighters today. I'm wondering if anyone can donate to me some cash? My Manager# is 124559 name: Malcolm Urlich Cheers
