  1. MMA Autopsy with Tommy Plisken FARTMMA 36 Part 2 Sorry for the delay folks, due to some inclement weather the internet here at the compound has been down..but lets get right into it! http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14455269265934.gifVShttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/41/41w20.jpg Our next matchup takes place at 185lbs where Angelo Moore hopes to keep his/her? Title against challenger Kappa Knox. With a 4-0 record Moore is putting a lot on the line against 4-1 Knox. While both fighters are pretty good on paper it will come down to the training and management both fighters have received! http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/7/7w27.jpgVShttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15395366754335.jpg Moving to the 145lbs division we see Claude Dacre Vs. Lucas Torreira in what should come down to a grappling war. At 5-2 and 3-3 respectively neither fighter really stands out as a clear cut winner. With 7 submission wins between them its going to come down to who can get to the ground faster and who is hungrier. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/2/2w9.jpgVShttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15565421583451.jpg Former 265+ champ Ryo Takuma takes on Dodong Santiago. With 6 straight wins before suffering a loss in his last title defense Ryo is quite the fighter. Dodong is riding a 2 fight losing streak which in my personal opinion I hope goes to 3. With both fighters preferring stand up lets just hope Dodong gets his head knocked off! http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/40/40w9.jpgVShttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15218516917250.jpg Next up we have a cross promotion super fight the likes of which the org has never seen. It all started on Buzz when 265lbs knockout artist Memphis Dentler challenged 100.8lbs decision king Seamus MacNamara to a fight. I know MMA can go any way at any time but I would really hate to be a 100lbs man in the cage with a 265lbs freak. Look for the early KO coming from the big man in this one. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/26/26w22.jpgVShttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/30/30w13.jpg The main event of the evening finds Marcel Petiot defending against Miguel Harper for the 145lbs title. Marcel comes in with a perfect 5-0 while Miguel is 6-3. Miguel is quite the boxer with 5 TKOs in 5 fights with Miguel being more of an all arounder. It should be an entertaining fight for the fans. Until next time this is Tommy Plisken with MMA Autopsy. Thank you to my sponsors Onnit, the cash app and honey. Farewell Friends.
  2. MMA Autopsy with Tommy Plisken FARTMMA 36 In today's preview we will be covering the FARTMMA 36 event coming from the Hard Knocks Arena in St. Petersburg, Russia! What a card it's going to be with a cross promotion super fight and 2 title bouts! http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15226854456633.png VS http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/15/15b8.jpg Starting from the bottom we have a light heavyweight bout between Duane McSweeney making his MMA debut and 1-2 fighter Dustin Wagner. With 1 KO win against 1 KO and 1 submission losses. This seems to be a fair match up with a newcomer facing a fighter who hasn’t had much success in the cage. We will see if Wagners experience is helpful or not. Plisken’s Pick – Ah hell lets go with McSweeny by 2nd Rd KO http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/7/7w14.jpg VS http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13750618367927.png Next up is a super heavyweight war between Ra Tardferrus vs Hot Steel. Ra’s pro record stands at 1 win with 2 losses. His sole win coming by way of submission against a KO loss and decision loss. Steel is the more experienced fighter here with 7 professional fights, 5 KO victories with 1 KO and 1 sub loss. Will Ra’s BJJ advantage be able to overcome Steel’s KO power? Only time will tell! Plisken’s Pick – Upset victory Ra Tardferrus 2nd Rd submission http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/13/13w14.jpgVShttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/17/17w26.jpg Don’t blink just yet folks another battle of the big men takes place with the super heavyweight matchup between Piotr Porabski Vs. Kallie Coetzee...is one of these fighters a girl?..never mind that..Piotr comes in 2-2 with 2 KO wins and 2 KO losses whilst Kallie comes in 4-5 with 4 KO wins, matching KO losses and a submission loss. I don’t see this one lasting very long with both men poised to throw big shots from the start! Plisken’s Pick – Kallie 1st Rd KO http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15411791892559.jpgVShttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/9/9w11.jpg Next, we jump down to 155 for Lance Advance vs Harumichi Bouya. Advance is a beast on paper with a record of 3 wins, 1 loss. All 3 wins coming by way of submission and a single KO loss. Bouya is a Muay Thai executioner with a record of 2 wins against 2 losses with 1 win coming by way of KO and a decision victory with both losses coming from decisions. Can Lance make it 4-1 or will Bouya “rewind” his ass to the losers column? Plisken’s Pick – Lance “Fast Forward” Advance 3rd Rd submission http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/34/34b19.jpgVShttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15407337855253.jpg Staying at 155 we have Hlasela Diamini Vs. Mark O Madsen. At 6-3 Diamini is quite the experienced fighter. Madsen is no slouch either with a record of 6-2. Madsen has taken his basic striking to the limit with 4 KO victories whilst Diamini prefers to keep it on the ground with the majority of his victories coming by way of submission. Plisken’s Pick – Madsen 3rd Rd KO Part 2 coming tomorrow.
  3. MMA Autopsy with Tommy Plisken UFC MNF1 Part 2 Next up we have a heavyweight matchup between Yessir Kranicks and Lars Bullock. Yessir has a record of 1 win and 1 loss. He won his MMA debut by decision but lost his next outing by KO. Lars comes into the fight with 1 win with 2 losses. He prefers the ground with his sole win coming by way of submission. With one loss coming by way of KO and one loss coming by way of submission it's hard to pinpoint his weaknesses. I'd have to say this one will more than likely be uneventful with 2 big men doing most of their work on the ground. Plisken’s Pick – Lars Bullock by submission We head back to light heavyweight for our next bout of the night between Frank Rothco and Lee Brown. Rothco comes in 1-1 with a decision win and a KO loss with Lee Brown having the same record with his win coming by way of submission and a decision loss. Rothco is a wonderful is a quick boxer with suspect power while Brown is a remarkable wrestler with a decent chin. It will be a tough on for Rothco if he can't finish this fight with a big shot early. Plisken’s Pick – Brown by submission In the 170lbs division we have Cross A. Zoo taking on Xyryx Ignacio. This one should be an exciting matchup with 2-2 Cross being a Muay Thai technician with 2 KO wins and 2 submission losses trying to hold off 3-3 Ignacio. Ignacio comes in with quite the repertoire with 1 win of every way possible, albeit with a suspect chin with 2 KO losses and a decision loss. I’d love to see Cross snap a head kick right across Ignacio's face...only because Ignacio's manager Dodong Santiago is a real chump! Plisken’s Pick – Cross 1st round knockout We move onto the 155lbs’ers with journeyman fighter Islam Mamadaliev vs. Newcomer JB Brown. Islam is an experienced fighter with a record of 6 wins, 2 losses. 4 KO wins, a submission victory and a decision in his favor while suffering 1 KO and 1 submission loss. JB comes into the fight undefeated with a 2-fight win streak, his record standing at 2-0 with both wins coming from submissions. This one will come down to who can get in there the quickest JB will need to get this fight on the ground ASAP, if he can do that, I see it going his way...as long as he doesn’t eat a kick on the way there. Plisken’s Pick – JB Brown by submission Staying with the 155lbs division Hairuddin Abdul Rahim faces Bernardo Suarez. Rahim is a bad man with a record of 8-1 with all wins coming by way of knockout with a submission loss. Suarez comes into this fight 3-3 with a KO victory along with 2 submission victories against a loss of each variety. It's hard to count someone out in MMA I just think this one is too lopsided. Plisken’s Pick – Rahim 1st Rd KO For our final matchup of the night we have a 170lbs championship bout between 7-1-1 Monte Goglin and 3-1 Sivile Gonya. Gonya is riding a 3-fight win streak with each win coming by different method and a sole decision loss. Goglin is dangerous on the feet with 5 KO victories along with 2 submission wins, with a sole submission loss. It will be interesting to see if Gonya’s inexperience will play a factor against a heavy hitter like Goglin. Plisken’s Pick – Goglin 2nd Rd KO That’s it for this event folks, be sure to tune into MMA Autopsy for all your fight previews. This preview brought to you by my sponsors SquareSpace, Onnit, and Honey. Until next time friends!
  4. MMA Autopsy with Tommy Plisken On today's episode we will be covering the upcoming UFC MNF1 event coming to you May 21st from The Underground in Tokyo, Japan! Let's start with the 155lbs battle between Hessu Kaito and Shamil Magomedov..The Viper is 0-2 in his MMA career with both losses coming by way of decision. Shamil is 0-2-1 in his career with one decision loss, 1 TKO loss and 1 draw. Honestly folks it doesn’t look like either fighter has much to lose in this one so let's move on. Plisken’s Pick – Hessu Kaito by decision Our next bout is a 170lbs 3 rounder featuring Romeo Harris vs. Akim Pasisu. Harris is a brawler with a record of 1-2 with both losses coming by way of decision. He prefers the ground game but doesn’t shy away from a stand-up battle. Akim is a stand-up artist with a good chin, his professional record standing at 2 wins, 1 loss coming by way of decision. This is a classic grappler vs. Striker bout, does Romeo have the chin to withstand Akims Power? Can Akim Keep Romeo from taking him down and dominating the fight on the ground? Tune in May 21st and find out! Plisken’s Pick - Akim Pasisu by decision At 185lbs we have what should be a grappling match between BJJ practitioners Renaldo Montoya Vs. Kage Dephillips with both men have a record of 0 wins and 1 loss with both coming by way of decision. This is a tough fight to predict for me folks as I have some skin in the game being Kage’s manager, both men are struggling to get a foothold in the MMA world and both desperately wanting a win. Let's just hope they put on a good show for the fans. Plisken’s Pick – Reserving judgement due to conflict The next banger is a light heavyweight war between Vladimir Ivanov and Don Vigo. With a combined record of 0-4 this one should be exciting because someone has to walk away a winner. Vladimir is a decent striker and even better wrestler who just hasn’t been able to pull together a win yet. Being submitted once and having one fight go to decision he will be looking to prove that he is just more than a nickname and try and “Destroy” His opponent. Don Vigo is a stand-up specialist, no matter how hard and fast he hits the true test will be whether or not his suspect chin can weather the storm. Pliskens Pick – Don Vigo 1st round knockout Part 2 Coming tomorrow
