Instead of penalties for those not fighting why not give slight skills increases for those that do fight, like popping in fights?

i have never heard of anyone losing that much weight 45 lbs you serious?

I'm just a noob so i don't know but will his secondary skills be as impressive as his primaries?

I'm 6'1 and 155 and my build is ok but when i fight i will diet to fight at 145 and will look skinny then

ok thanks for clearing that up, another thing is it beneficial to have a brown belt in sparring sessions if everyone else in the session is purple or lower?

Ok i see a lot of people mentioning that the sparring system has changed, but what from? I assumed it was to stop people doing 1 on 1 sessions, so i began putting my fighters in larger sparring classes, just to be told that it is still better to train 1 on 1 with higher rated fighters. What was changed,if anything?

Well my fighter who has been popping the best lost to a massive cut thiago de santos off 2 strikes! 1 to make cut another to spread it across my fighters face. Really demoralizing. Hope it doesnt stay like this
