Yeah, I don't see a reason why an org owner should be helped to compete with the ones that take time to search for prospects. The idea about having more shortcuts is great. Maybe a way to create custom shortcuts in the menu on the right by specifying a text for the link and then the page that should be called for it like '/orgpublic.php?oid=xxx' if you want to create a link to an org for example.

I'd also get his conditioning up as he gassed after couple of actions in his last fight. Also the amount of weight he's able to cut tells that his conditioning is pretty low
