Does having an experienced fighter gives you advantage? How important is it? Can I go a 1 SHIG?

A friend of mine bought me a VIP recently. I've decided to create a gym. I never created a Gym before or any company to be exact. So I finish filling out the details in creating a company and clicked "Yes Create Company" then a Notice pop up in red font saying "Only one Company can be created in 7 days". Well that's funny because as I said I never created a company before. Please help me. I've tried messaging Mike but he is still offline.

Rayleigh "Dark Knight" Dragon (6-1) -I'll be facing the #2 ranked in the Lightweight division (Magnus "The Viking" Hjarvardsson). He's not gonna be an easy opponent unlike the 3 of my last opponents. Those 3 are trashes. Magnus will surely go all out for the title and so will I. And also the only fighters that I respect in this division are the Hjavardsson brothers and the best prospect in the division Paddy. The rest are bums.
