As there is no auction bid on avatar #2 (beard guy) yet, i extend the DL for additional 24 hours, with the timezones and stuff it is better to put it on the weekend i guess, did not think about that before, crappy timeslot for americans for example. The raffle DL still stands though as there are participants already who made a bid unter my conditions and of course because you can take part in it to any point of time and you have the same chance every other guy has.

James Bond "Spectre" I honestly think it was a bit of a letdown... that being said, there are really medicore movies in the series, but lately they pushed the quality hard. It started in awesome fashion, those scenes in Mexico were just "wow" (the camera work, holy shit, how did they do this!?)... but then... there was just nothing smart about the script, no itneresting turn, it just all happened and you could see it coming. Blofeld, i mean... dunno. They kinda made everything right, great actor and the way they wanted to create atmosphere for the char by building a contrast between him being soft-spoken, nearly flattering and his cold-blooded character, the authority he posses... i do not really know why it did not click here, but it really didn't. The love story was... loveless. So was this whole surveillance "critic" topic.. the C char did not click for me, to, although again, choice of actor, again they nailed it. The whole script was just too weak. Monica Bellucci as widow MILF was BOMB though, from which plantet is this woman. Bautista was one of the weakest "enforcer" guys in Bond movies, but not his mistake... his introduction was so stupid, wow. The spanish ETA guy would have worked beter, but well, wasn't his day. The last scene (not the epilog), wow it was so f'n cheesy, how they arranged it with the girl on one side and MI5 boss on the other... how old are you, 12!? Enough ranting, it was a good movie and you should watch it if you haven't already, it's fun. Script is weak though as a whole... it's the "what could have been" which really makes me a bit mad. 7,5/10 PS: Mikkelsen > Bardem > Waltz In general, i thinks Mads Mikkelsen should play every villain in every future movie ever, i have never seen a person with more charisma.

Just had this idea: there will be other auctions, but i will make a raffle here and there too for a standard price (40-50k'ish, just the acual winner pays, no ticket to participate has to be bought or some)... so not just the guys with the deepest pockets can get an avatar, keep an eye on it.

Holy moly, that's some serious money, thanks guys! I can make a similar bearded guy the next upcoming days again if the demand is there, don't get too crazy here. I know a really cool trick Igor told me which i want to share in case you ever want to try making an avatar yourself or in case other graphic guys take a look in here. When you're done with the whole base and you are about to finetune, double the layer and go to the art filters and use "poster edges" - then lower the opacity of the layer you used the filter on so that the original shines trough. I had it down to 22% in this one iirc. It really gives those pics more depth and character. The dude here really got this kind of "fighter face" look this way.

I have a fix deal with ICON now regarding posters (made their stuff 2-3 years ago already), i like the weekly shedule. My org home usually was Ascension, but well it's more a EPL thing now... i migt do the Syn posters for their weekend events, too. I recieved some requests, that's why i mention it here, i can't take more jobs i guess. That being said, if you have a special event set up like this one here, i might can help. Edit: What do you charge currently for posters, guys, i'm not up to date? IIRC i got 25k-50k from my longterm deals i had back in the days.
