Hmmmmm. Well, the big thing is there is about 50k difference in creation ID. However, primaries are similar. I'm exceptional, wonderful, sensational and brown belt. He's sensational, wonderful, exceptional and brown belt. I'm just not sure if I want to take this fight, its a title fight and I don't know if I want to hold the title at the 205 division, I just don't like declining fights.

So, I was curious about how much of an affect height and weight could really play in a match. So if my guy is 189cm's and 180lbs and the other guy is 196cm's and 223lbs. How much of an advantage would I have over him or vise versa fighting at 205division? He seems like he favors the ground, but also likes to box. My guy can hold his own with either himself. Insight?

When a gym sends an offer for a partnership, where can that be found by the nutrition company? I sent one over to a nutrition company and he can't find it. Does it have anything to do with him currently not having any product in stock?

Well the gym is running out of st Pete. Not sure that would work for a Rio based org. Still looking for a st Pete based org to come aboard. Or any org with a lot of fighters based in at Pete.

Since I haven't had a chance to really view this thread from start to finish...this may have been suggested, but I'll throw it out there anyway. Maybe we need to come up with new supplements that can allow managers to start new companies and create new supplements that aren't in the market by already established companies. I mean, we have nutrition to prevent energy loss, increase stamina and strength. Why not have some that boost speed, balance, flexibility... When it comes to training, you can specifically train to increase stamina and strength and yoga is intended on flexibility and some speed/balance I think. This would allow an addition to speed training, balance training and have yoga specifically for flexibility. Then stand up fighters could train more specific to their needed physical and ground fighters could do the same. All around fighters would be able to utalize all these as well and rely more on general ct training to maintain physicals and then stand up and ground fighters would use the specific CT coaches more than the general. This could create more options for managers, business owners (nutrition and gym) and fighters...which could lead to more differences in these areas as well.

I think until changes are made to nutrition companies, it will be hard for all the gyms to be able to get quality nutrition partners for vending services, unless you get managers in your alliance or join your alliance and help them upstart a company. Financially right now, it's not worth it for most to try creating a nutrition company and pay them money for the higher quality supplements and compete with those already established.

PhoQus Sports Inc is a newly founded private gym in St. Pete and is now accepting a limited amount of members to train at this high quality gym. Currently BFC out of St. Pete has exclusive rights to the gym for contracted fighters, however I am allowing a limited number of fighters outside the fight org to train here. Basically I'm looking for experienced managers who know how to follow training guides and sparring schedules and also have fighters that can afford to pay $1000 weekly fee's. The gym offers at least one 4 1/2 star rated sparring partner per discipline, however will likely have at least 2 per discipline. The gym will maintain pristine conditions and brand new equipment. This is the best the gym option anywhere to start your training with younger fighters. We offer 25 coaches total, the max a gym can have. Of those 25 coaches there are 13 single elite coaches, 1 double elite coach, 10 respectable and 1 double respectable. As most Tycoon knowledge managers would know; you can train with a respectable coach and get gains as though training with an elite coach. As long as the coach has 30 or more points higher in a skill than the fighter, you'll get max gains. So, you start training your useless punch tech with a respectable coach until you get to Woeful+ and then train with the elite coach. I know this seems almost pointless, but consider how many sessions it could take to reach that. With everyone following these guidelines, training sessions will maintain lower numbers. We offer coaches for Strike D, Punch Tech, Kick, elbows, knees, takedowns, takedown D, submission and CT training. Over time the training here will grow, come grow with us and be a better fighter! AAlright, the gym is up in running and planted it roots in St. Pete. PSI has come to contract agreements with one fight org already to offer exclusive training rights and we currently are seeking 1 or 2 other orgs to reach contract agreements with. The gym is offering its fighters 25 coaches to choose from, as well as great sparring partners with 4 to 5 star sparring ratings. Please contact me if you are interested in discussing agreements. Remember you don't have to have a fight org in St. Pete, just look at your roster to determine if you have a lot of fighters based in St. Pete. What's the point of having elite striking defense, combined with granite chin if your still going to get knocked out like your made of glass?. I've found that fighters I have that have elite striking defense get knocked out more than my fighters with wonderful or exceptional. Very frustrating to spend all the time training that and still can't make a fight last more than a round or 2.

Alright, got interest from an org located in St. Pete, but has a number of fighters from Helsinki. So, the gym could potentially be in Helsinki or St. Pete depending on others showing interest. I recently just sold my org to open a gym as I wanted to toy around with the new gym features. Being a gym owner and not being partnered with a gym....I realize now that I potentially could have landed more fighters having exclusive rights with a gym. that is what I'm here for today, to offer your org the rights to my newly opened gym. Currently I'm in the finale stages of putting together a solid business plan. This will include total number of coaches, financial breakdowns, number of fighters allowed and other contractual details. I'm looking to open the doors to 1 or 2 orgs. As far as I know, there is NO other gym currently offering what my business model will offer to the fighters in your org. This is a great opportunity for an org to offer its current fighters and potential new fighters greater training than public gums. I've not set a location for the gym, so its open to go where ever the interest is at. If multiple orgs show, a decision will be made based on if more than one org shows interest in the same location and based on the number of fighters signed to the org. Though I'm not a noob to the game, I feel I may be asking a rather noob question. So.....Striking Defense..What is it good for????? Does the effectivness of your SD go up or down based on your boxing or Thai primary compared to that of the other fighter. So Say I have an Elite boxer with Wonderful Thai and Elite SD and I face a fighter that is Wonderful in boxing and Elite in Thai.... Will his Thai skills over take my Elite SD because he his a higher Thai Primary? It's frustrating that I spend so much time training SD and get it up into the senastional and elite range only to find that my fighter still can't defend against striking. Alos, does SD only effect how well you can like avoid strikes or does it actually affect the amount of strikes/damge he can take from striking? Does SD have any affect when it comes to ground n pound? Or is SD a non-factor when it comes to ground n pound? Hopefully I've asked these questions clear enough to understand.

Let me throw this out there.....whoever buys this org. Once you take possession of it, you will have 10 events which have venues booked and paid for already. Events are profitable and potential could earn you $500,000k (low ball) to anywhere in the low million range. I mean if you average 70k profit that would be 70k, and I've had multiple events hit the 90k and 100k marks. I've been offered $500k for it, but willing to look at offers which are less cash and possibly include VIP time. So hit me up, I'll make my decesion in a couple days.

Alright. I had looked into selling my org a little while ago, but decided to keep going with the hopes of getting more time to properly work all the details out. I even offered out max pay and bonuses to hire help with recruiting and other things and had no interest, so I'm going to sell for sure this time. I also only have 59 days of VIP left and since I'm getting married in 2 months, plus the honeymoon, I probably will not be spending more money on here, sad to lose VIP since I've had it so long now. Anyway, down to the details. Currently I have 11 event venues booked, which has the last event date of July 28th. Most events post high profit returns, the last was 74K. Two previous events posted losses, but this was due to me taking chances with how much I spent in advertising and changing some fights last minute and having to payout fighters more money than the ones originally slated to fight. Currently the org is ranked 6th in the city of Helsinki and 43rd globally. It could easily and quickly rise up a little more work. So, 11 events booked through July 28th, 6 ranked and 43 ranked, some great hyped fighters, established, very profitable. All it needs is a little extra and it will rise even more. I'll wait a few days to see if anyone is interested, please contact me in game. I'd fancy a couple different options for pay...either a fairly negotiated price or even a split of some in game cash and possibly the donation of VIP time. Hey guys... PhoQus Sports Inc. located in Helsinki is looking to expand its roster of fighters in all division (except 145 and 265+). I'm really looking to sign some higher hyped fighters. I would also look to sign fighters outside of Helsinki: London, A'Dam and St Pete are all really close and very very cheap to travel, not to mention with the new first class travel fighters will only lose 5 points of energy. We have a solid roster of fighters currently: We host at least 1 event every weekend and have recently started throwing in 2 events a week. I typically do the opposite of what I plan my fighter to be. For instance, if I know I'm making him a boxing type fighter, I won't put any points in anything standup related....instead I'll put it in takedown defense, grappling defense and possibly GnP or clinchwork possibly. For physicals I'll put the max ijto the main attribute related to his style of fighting and the rest into a second main (agility and flexibility) or I'll put the remaining into conditioning so I can do more training right away

I've always wondered how my project stacked up to others. I have a 21 yr old that has 1 elite, 3 sensational, 1 exceptional and a wonderful in secondaries and also has 1 elite, 2 sensational, a wonderful and remarkeable in physicals. Is that even good?
