If Aging goes faster, then maintenance should hit older guys harder or some balance needs to come. The scales simply dont seem even without Mikes input on how things really work.

I agree that this may give an edge to the pre-established fighters who had 13 weeks between years, compared to new fighters who will be 22 a whole month sooner than one of the older fighters did---thats a BIG difference

Just as the FA is being abused with the current release fighter early thing, I can see this problem- perhaps limit an aptitude reset to once every 3 months(in game year)...It is a hassle picking up any FA because of retarded aptitudes.

I've preached this since the "early release fighter" came out, sounds like a fair trade imho if someone wants to use their VIP days to reset a fighters aptitude it shouldnt be too hard to get in the game from Mike's side of things, and would only benefit the funding of Tycoon.

Okay everyone that has replied so far is missing one key thing, he didnt clinch you at all. Did you see a red or blue "Clinch"...no. That was flavor text for a normal takedown, it even lists it as a standing takedown not a clinch takedown in the tale of the tape. Also- your moral dropped to 0...your guy has 0 confidence and isnt worth a damn imho.

I have sacked a few regrettables- such as Lauri Torni (73847) ,Victor "Bloodlust" Reinhardt (33556) and Kirill Filipovic (8405) . two of which broke top 10 in their WC and Kirill is doing good for himself too- he has had quite good title streaks and his only TKO/KO is via me when I entered him in the FIRST open weight tournament ever in Tycoon history, and a fighter that seems to be doing decent for himself, and self named "The Magic Staton" Jeremy Staton (115913) I actually just found out I could sack fighters for VIP(I dont follow the updates to the T like everyone thats as active as me it seems) So I will most likely be trimming my roster of anyone that even has the ability to be finished. Screw the weak!

It would be really nifty to have the option of resetting aptitudes on fighters for days off your VIP, similar to the being able to release ppl early option. Bad aptitudes can ruin wanting to keep a perfectly good fighter imho- shame to see so many good FA's that got messed up bc people didnt know how to set aptitudes.

LOL epic Tycoon. I can see +/- skill decay bc of learning or maybe intelligence hidden, but not for rank. Thats not realistic bc a fighter could be busting his balls in the gym and never decaying, just maybe the cage isnt his thing and he doesnt wanna fight

Granite Chin and Elite Striking Defense is overrated. http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=73845 Explain that, Never went over 53% aggression(vs Dale) and was between 55-65 counter for the two next fights, So my aggression/counter was borderline correct, if not perfect it couldnt have been too far off to counteract such good stats/hiddens lol. Main question has been weight, but no one knows a 265+'s ideal weight. But on the subject of power- I have SEEN KO's at 90-100 accuracy, sometimes fighters just can push certain guys buttons- but to get a good finish I have found a flurry for the TKO works better than the single accurate shot style.

Its not about the tall freaks being weak, but this is about perhaps the power ratio gets a little extreme at certain ranges?

I have recently had two run ins with shorter opponents, obv both have power. One being the infamous Phillip Dale, the other no slouch in having 9 of his 14 wins being finishes. http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=73845 I am in no means giving away specifics, but this fighter was once my godchild. His secondaries are are no slouch, they are MUCH higher than his primaries, and his physicals are as high as they can be maintained without doing more than 2-3 CT's a week. His moral only drops to 73 so confidence is no issue, and the granite chin is obvious. In both of these fights I never went over 55 agg or 55 counter, I feel like Dale's leg kicks/head punches are what put me down as I had 25 CM on him and its proven he punches HARD, and the last opponent went heavy body on the outside and inside. This leads me to believe, the power shorter opponents get is way OP if their tackling elite opponents with that small amount of body shots. I am sure Cole's height/weight ratio is fine....225 cm and 320 lbs? That seems right to me.

Personally, I was on vacation when the original aptidude thing happened, and a lot of my older fighters are at a disadvantage. We should be able to have a 1x change after creation if a fighters hiddens opt otherwise.
