  1. Dude, trust me, she is doing you a favor. Find a new girl, throw it in her a few times, dump her ass, find another.
  2. Angus Troyer Looking for a top ranked opponent for Troyer, say Top 150 p4p, bantamweight or featherweight to fight in Sydney on May 5th. Will discuss a very nice pay day for anyone interested. PM me in game Brocc Ogan
  3. As an org owner who does things legit, I agree with not allowing your own fighters into your org. I started my org and had a handful of my own fighters in the org, but once I had signed enough fighters, I put my own guys elsewhere. It was not really a money thing, it was a have enough fighters thing. It is simply not fair to the other managers in your org if you are allowed to handpick your own guys' fights. I am sure there are some org owners out there who can do this and still give their own fighters tough, fair fights, but I think this would close MOST of the loopholes we have issues with. If you can't find an extra 10 fighters for your org so that your own fighters don't need to be there, you probably should not open it to begin with. Not allowing any org to matchup 2 of a particular managers' fighters against each other would be a good step to. Should Mike adjust the popularity gain for fighting a can, all the better. Would very much mirror real life. If a fighter who is good and has tons of promise only fights old guys and jobbers IRL, that would affect how a lot of the fans saw him.
  4. How Zyd is able to do what he is doing to pad his record, and then be allowed to take free agent fighters because of his manager rank is foolish. That is directly 'cheating' every other player of the game.

    Gym Recognition

Would actually be pretty cool if a gym had a running W-L record like alliances do.
  6. OK, so I obviously had problems posting this image like the rest of you. I need practice
  7. Used some of the suggestions here to give this my first try. Far from an artist.

  9. Is there an artist in here currently looking for more work? I would love to hire someone for my org to make 1 poster a week.
  10. If you weigh 400 pounds and start a great diet and workout like they do on the Biggest Lower, you can lose 15 pounds in a week. A 225 pound guy who is already in decent shape is going to take some time to drop 30 pounds. That is just the way it is, and if you want to talk realistically, not every 225 pound guy would be able to drop 50 pounds no matter how hard he tried. I think the current speed of weight loss is fine. It is your choice to make him lose that weight, noone is forcing it, so it is really up to you that he doesn't fight for a whole game year.
  11. Havent you ever seen Crocodile Dundee
  12. Leave it to Stu to check out his cock
  13. Open Water, worst movie ever.
  14. I'm in, Brocc Ogan. Oh I'd vote for 25 too, majority of these fighters will be for tourney only, and you want the fights to be as entertaining as possible.
  15. This idea could have some merit....what if instead of an entire 3 or 5 round fight, the gym fights are only 1 five minute round? Kind of like a live spar session. It gives no benefit in terms of skill boost, record or anything, and it doesn't affect energy levels. You could have 4-6 different 'dummy' spar partners at different levels. I'm thinking make this fairly simple, really no reason to give guys a huge choice, right? Name them something like Beginner Standup, Beginner Ground, Intermediate Standup, Intermediate Ground, Advanced Standup, Advanced Ground. Maybe there could also be a way 2 fighters could spar each other so long as they have different managers. Run the gym fights once an hour, once a day, couple times a day, whatever...but I think you'd need to have a cap for the number of spars a fighter could do in a day (maybe even just 1). If what this really is is an attempt to lure and retain new managers, you could take this idea a complete step further. These "gym fights" are ONLY available to public gyms...the gyms new managers need to train in because they can not get into or afford private gyms. Course, you would need to put in a couple safe guards to ensure veterans weren't sneaking in their studs to try and game anything. Perhaps you can make it where, if your fighter takes part in a 'gym fight', he is stuck in that gym for a week. This would stem anyone from just bouncing their guy from a private gym to a $25 gym once a day just to get a session in to test his sliders. I think this might try to address 2 issues at the same time, give new managers something to do and results to look at immediately. Plus, it would give public gyms an added benefit private gyms do not have.
  16. I like the idea of giving radio buttons with options. Your always going to get a smartass that thinks like Pratfall, but in the end, not only will it help the org owners, but also the fighters/managers. Most managers in my org will give a reason if they decline, and it helps us to know immediately what the problems were. Give them radio buttons with several reasons. If it was simply an unfair fight, then I know I can offer him another one right away. Faster turnaround for me, and him getting a new fight. If he declines because it is an unfair fight, and I have to message him first, etc. could be a couple day delay in giving him a new fight (or more if your a busy org owner who budgets his time and tries to accomplish certain tasks on certain days). I've had guys decline fights before, and not say why, when they message me back 3 days later they told me their guy was still going to be injured, or they wanted an extra week or two to train for the fight...by then I'd already given their opponent another fight. Simple things could be fixed quickly and easily by making this addition. Make it a radio button, and you MUST check one in order to decline the fight...no comments, or, even if there is a comment section, he still has to check one of the reasons too.
  17. I think it is strange that in one thread, we are saying the game moves too slow between fights and there is nothing to do to keep new managers interested.....then here, the things that you SHOULD be doing (training, clothing, etc), is viewed as tedious and we are looking for ways around them. Tickers really are NOT a huge deal anymore, I have not had a de-pop in months, and they already do not kick in until your skills are pretty high, and if you set your aptitude correctly for the type of fighter you plan on building, you can get into Sensational before you even get a ticker you need to reset.
  18. I'm still confused, if I do what you say, all I get is the written text.
  19. Black Hand Fight Club-Sydney Black Hand Fight Club in Sydney is approaching it's 2nd Anniversary, and we are looking to take a big step towards becoming a premier league. To that end, I am looking for 2 things. 1> Someone who can do event posters for each event (1 per week) 2> I need a writer who can do previews of all weekly events, and reviews of our biggest events (1 a month). Fair compensation can be negotiated. If interested, send me a pm in game so we can discuss it. Brocc Ogan
  20. OK, so I am not a noob to the game, but finally decided to develop my forum profile a little more. Have 1 question. How do you make banners/logos in your signature 'clickable'?
