But I think if it does, that people will cheat and make fighters with 110 on subs and wrestling skills then another just on punches and kicks then another just on kicks and clinch just to train their other fighters. then when they are happy with their fighters skills, just sack the other "fighters".

I think if something like this were added it should still take a small bite out of hype for the fighters and the org. Being a real MMA fan what would you think if you seen advertising for a fight between two fighters for a week or so and 5days before the fight they said "well we changed our mind we don't wanna fight."? It would look like one or both of the fighters chickened out and the company didn't have enough influence or importance to make them fight.

I own Demonic Drugs a nutrition company, and I want to hire a friend of mine to deal with my sponsorships. In the wiki it says nutrition companies can hire and fire staff, but I can't figure out how to do it. Has this just not been implemented yet or something? Or am I just a retard?

I would suggest about 34600 which will give you a 142 quality product leaving you with about 5k for sponsoring fighters 1k for ordering stock and 9k for repaying your loan until you can start selling things. However it also depends on where you are planning on making it because if there is already a few very good nutrition companies you probably wont get much business being a new company.

True. Newer users who don't know the quality of products traditionally go for the first company on the list first. And with nutrition most assume that the top is the best. Sure someone can offer a lot of sponsorships and get high up with crappy stuff, but they cannot sustain it and soon go under. Offering sponsorships and being in business for a long time proves that your stuff is good and you can afford to stay up there.
