2 of the fighters you have were created on 9/5, which was saturday. (i'm guessing you're talking about tyler rosenow.)
depending on what time of day you created them, they may not have trained on saturday, and there's no training on sunday, so they should all be at 100% energy (which they are).
i would suggest getting a high quality (at least 140 point) cardio/stamina supplement, and training cardio once per day for the first week of training, or at least until they have a conditioning skill of proficient (or higher). then you can train almost every session and still keep your energy above 90%. remember, your training is more effective the more energy you have, so it's important to keep it above 85-90%. not to mention the fact that with good conditioning your fighter won't get as tired in fights, which also help after the fight since you won't have to take as many days off to get your energy back up.
