K guys calm down.. These fighters NEVER pull out of fights to avoid another fighter, they don't get pay unless they fight. And Rampage would have crushed Glover. I don't no if u guys train or have trained mma but injures always happen but fighters now pull out because one loss can be a big set back on there careers.

That Ryo Chonan fight was way back in 2004, if you think Silva hasn`t improved and become the greatest fighter of today your blind.. And Silva has fought the best Middleweights in the world Henderon, Nate Marquardt, Okami, Rich Franklin who at the time was 22-1 and one of the best in the world, Forrest Giffin, Maia, Sonnen,and Belfort.. Silva has also fought some bad competition but so has every fighter, So If Anderson wants to choice who he fights in the last year or two of his career let him.. There is WAY more talent in the UFC than in the IFL so every fight in the ufc is always hard. And you said cuts don`t take long to heal?? Well i guess you never heard Rory Macdonald gotta cut and is out for 4-6 weeks without training, so cuts can affect the time off between fights. And most importantly these fighters have to their lifes, a lot have families they want to spend time with. Fighters like to get time away from the gym after a had training camp and fight.. I don;t think you would like to jump from trianing camp to trianing camp without any rest or seeing your family. Being a fighter is harder than you think..

You don`t know what your taking about, UFC only has ONE champ in each division the others are only INTERM champs, and none of them actually defend their belts. So too have 2 champs in a divison won`t they both be needing to defend their titles and not fight eachother? And i don`t remember Anderson Silva saying he wants both titles, he only moved up to fight Forrest because they had no contenders for him at 185, and your saying Silva isn`t the greatest of all time???????? So what if he lost in Pride a couple of times, Anderson has grown as a fighter since and has proven by beating the top fighters at 185 and even destroyed Forrest who at the time was a top 205er, This Fedor Guy wasn`t to great as he lost to Bigfoot, Hendo, and Werdum in his early 30`s and i thought you said that was there prime years?? So what Silva is doing at 37 is amazing and yall should be glad to wittnesss the G.O.A.T

The real question is if Silva fights motivated like the sonnen and belfort fights. If Silva does he will run over Weidman very easily. But if he doesn't he might be in for a longer night but would still win.. Silva is just too far ahead of every mma fighter and Weidman needs more time before silva fight.

Shogun knows Glove is more dangerous than vera, and a bigger loss than vera is... Why would shogun take a fight with unknown Glover and risk everything or take a fight with Vera who's around the sane rank a Glover but a WAY easier fight. And a motivated Vera would still get ko'd by shogun.

Yea Glove might be more well rounded than Rampage, but he hasn't fought anyone with the power and TD defense as QJ.. I don't think Rampage would take a fight against a Younger more hyped fighter in his home country if he wasn't motivated and fully healthy.. Glover can win but I don't like his chances.

I think this Glover guy is a little overrated by everyone, who has the guy beaten in his career, his first fight in the UFC was Kyle Kinsbury??? Come on. ANd in Rampages last fight he fought with hurt knees that he shoudn`t hae fought on.. So Bader got lucky that rampgage wanted to fight so badly in japan that the guy would walk into the fight with injured knees. I think Silva fights GSP next as this fight is great not only for us (the fans), but the sport in general. The two top p4p fighters over the last 5-8 years finally squaring off to see who is the best of there generation. I have to disagree with Funkyama on this because the UFC isn`t losing anything here, they`ll probably get the most coverage for this fight than any other fight in history AND they`ll get massive ppv draws.And neither fighter will lose anything for example. If GSP gets ko`d by SIlva (which i think will happen)Silva cements his legacy as greatest ever and GSP stays as best wealterweight ever. So overall this fight makes sense for the UFC even though Diaz vs Silva would be badass.

So sonnen hasn't been ko'd before but he hasn't fought someone with the striking capabilities as Silva, who by the way beat Dan Henderson who was an olympic wrestler, And what humors said Yusin Okami who now trains with your Chael Sonnen.. And Silva probably uses steriods because he put on 20-30 pounds of muscle is the dumbest thing I've heard bro, so what if he put muscle on over a 8-10 tear span, it's called you change your diet and workout abit more.
