  1. Jon Jones is still in the wings, until he fucks up again.

  3. I only have 12 days left, looking to buy 1 more year. Send me a PM. Done deal, thanks.
  4. LOL even though I dislike them both because of their personalities as an MMA fan I thought the fight was awesome! I was on my feet watching that fight!
  5. Can't stand either Bisping or Silva but leading up to the fight all I wanted was to see was Bisping get KTFO because I dislike him a little more. As the fight was happening and Silva started doing his usual clown act I started to hope it would be Silva that got KTFO. Still cant stand Bisping but he earned my respect for the way he fought, he deserved the win. No way I ever want to see him become champion though.
  6. I dont think the fight should have been stopped. He was saved by the bell, it happens all the time. He got back up afterwards and still seemed to be clear headed enough to continue.
  7. I've lived in a tourist town before (Ski resort, Banff) Nothing compared to Vegas of course but my point is that places like this can be fun for locals too once you know all the "local spots" and you can swing really good local deals pretty easily as well. There can be a lot of perks to living in a tourist trap.
  8. Wasn't me who down voted but you did say "look at my sig" so I did then when I contacted you about it I got a "nope sorry". So its just strange that you would say that if you didn't intend to go through with a deal right now. It is a good deal though if it was available.
  9. False advertising I'm still looking if anyone can help. I'll do 2 yrs if the price is right.
  10. My VIP is running out, looking for someone to buy me 1 more year. PM me your rates!
  11. Could not disagree more. Games like this need to continuously evolve or they get stale and die. The main reason I noticed this issue is because I was about to create a new fighter and realized how boring it is creating the same stand up build over and over again. So I went searching for interesting ground builds and realized how extremely rare they are.
  12. I know this has been brought up multiple times but I was looking at the top 10 fighters in each division and have to say its a lot worse than I initially thought. The stats below pretty much says it all. I think takedowns and GnP are decently balanced right now but submissions need major work by the looks of things. Heavyweight 268 (T)KOs, 4 Submissions Light Heavyweight 198 (T)KOs, 5 Submissions (all from one fighter) Middleweight 156 (T)KOs, 6 Submissions Welterweight 149 (T)KO,11 Submissions (6 from one fighter) I wont bother with the other divisions, you get the point.
  13. In before the bell Cerrone Brunson Garbrandt Bermudez Camozzi Campbell Strickland Bamgbose Augusto Leleco Webb Reneau Murphy Abdurakhimov
  14. When I was in Vegas our shuttles drop off and pick up spot was at the Mirage so it became our home base and meeting spot. We ended up spending a lot of time drinking there. It's a pretty good place to hang out but I was starting to get sick of it because we always seemed to get "trapped" there. There were 8 people in our crew so it was hard to get everyone on the same page and moving on to different places. Good times were had though!
  15. Good tournament but happy to finally be rid of my fighter Whitelock, he went 3-2 but I consider him to be a dud (pillow fists)
  16. I've tried 3 years in a row to get a mmatycoon hockey pool going but just not enough hockey fans in the forums unfortunately. I'll probably give it another shot next season.
  17. My wife can hold her own when it comes to drinking and having fun, its the partying until the light of dawn part that she has a problem with haha! I'm not usually into all nighters like that but I figured I wouldnt get many opportunities to go party in Vegas so I just wanted to soak up as much of the night life as I could.
  18. The two shows we saw were Beatles Love and KA, they were both awesome. You don't necessarily have to be a big fan of the Beatles to enjoy the show but it helps if you at least enjoy thier music (I've never owned any Beatles albums but appreciate what they've done) there are a lot of acrobatics going on that make it amazing. KA was great because most of the acrobatics are capoeira & martial arts based. Plus there is a huge apparatus they dub "the wheel of death" that is pretty amazing. It would be hard to pick one over the other, I really enjoyed them both but they are very different from one another. It kind of depends who your rolling with. If your going with a bunch of dudes then I'd say KA might go over better but if it's a mixed crew then maybe Love. My wife really liked both of them too so its not like one is better for men and one for women necessarily. We stayed in a time share resort off the strip (Tahiti village) but there was a free shuttle once every hour so it was fairly easy to get back and forth. We usually stayed out past the last shuttle so would have to split a cab back. It was a bit of an inconvenience especially since I always seemed to want to stay out a lot later than everyone else in my group of 8 so it would have been nice to stay right on the strip so I could have went on some of my own "adventures" (as much as I could get away with being with the wife and all)
  19. I was in Vegas last June and I agree, Fremont is a must especially if it's a Friday or Saturday night. We hit Fremont on our first night and it's the perfect way to get you primed for the rest of your time in Vegas because of the energy and good vibes it gives off. I went to Vegas not really sure what to expect but as soon as I saw Fremont it instantly put in in a "oh hell yeah let's get fucked up!!!" kind of mood that lasted the whole week haha! It was awesome. Unfortunaty not a lot of events were going on at the time so we just did the usual touristy stuff like a couple cirque shows and the roller coaster. The rest of the time was just spent sight seeing and drinking, but we had a blast.
  20. Escapes went from being underpowered to overpowered. I'm glad they are useful now but I think they were tweaked a little too much in my opinion.
  21. Damn, forgot to submit picks for the last event. Hendricks Nelson Saint Preux Benavidez Cirkunov Pyle Noons Grabowski Borg Lahat Gall Lobov
  22. If it's 255k I'm in. The fighter I have in mind is a bit underweight right now but I started bulking him up already.
  23. Pretty much any FinnFighter, they have me all figured out apparently. Jorma Oltsu 0-5 Janne Finland 4-8 Zenaral Manatzer 1-5 Mr Gutz 1-4 I hate you guys
