there really is no "the most effective", boxing/muay thai/wrestling/bjj/judo/sambo can all be very dangerous it really just depends on the individual whos using them karate/tkd are prob the most useless ways you could be taught to defend yourself

actually comparing lifting stats, carwin is stronger then lesnar and fedor has fought nobody ufc champions, AA and tim sylvia do not count as even a win, both of them are a joke and realize as soon as the ufc started getting talent in the heavyweight division they canned both of them

lesnar has skill, he showed good skill the whole couture fight with good knees and stand up in his 3rd fight in the ufc, during mir 2 he used his size to his adv and completely destroyed him (when he put him in the headlock and just fed him punches in the first round was skill, and a very good idea)

i think carwin is almost as big of a threat to lesnar as fedor is, cuz lesnar is a lot bigger and stronger then fedor and if he does to fedor what he did to mir in there second fight then lesnar will win, carwin however is almost as big as lesnar and is even stronger then lesnar so that could be a threat

yeah mir vs lesnar would happen the same way the second fight did, mir stands no chance his cocky ass should pipe down carwin is the only threat to lesnar in the ufc, other than that its fedor..which i personally think lesnar would beat carwin and could possibly beat fedor, either way it would be the hardest fight in fedors life brock had an excellent gameplan going into that second fight, brock not only was unharmed in it..his hair was still perfect, fact is brock could fight the next day and be in fine shape and mir got beaten within an inch of his life

you know nothing about mma if you think kongo even has a chance of touching lesnar, kongo has the worste ground game in the ufc possibly and theres noway he could prevent lesnar from taking him down if he couldn't prevent velasquez from taking him down the only person currently in the ufc who is even a slight threat to lesnar is carwin

the only person who even has a slight chance at lhw is rampage but i highly doubt he will either

if you didn't like that fight than stop watching mma, i'm sick of casual fans bitching about gsp and anderson because they fight smart against their opponents gsp didn't stand with him for a reason, hes the most powerful striker in the lhw and gsp didn't want to take a chance on getting caught when he could easily take him down and gnp

so what did people think of brock completely MASSACREING mir at his own game (on the ground)? i think carwin is the only person who is even a mild threat to brock in the ufc atm but hes not a big threat at all dana white is currently promising that he is going to get fedor in the ufc after last night

they already announced sanchez is fighting the winner of bj vs florian for the title, and guida doesn't deserve a title shot which i personally believe if bj gets his shit back together hes going to wreck florian and sanchez

I'm a real mma fan and i like lesnar and i believe he is the future of the heavyweight division most people don't like him because he use to wrestle in the wwe which i think is a stupid reason to not like him, he moved to the ufc because even tho he was making about 5x the money in wwe he wanted to actually compete, any man that size and that athletic is born to be a champ and i can't wait to watch him curbstomp mir
