i think the point system would be way better if it was averaged across 100 fights per month as opposed to 30, that way there is no penalty for having lots of fights. just my 2 cents anyhow.

Made it to Division 1 and just hoping to be competitive and stick. We not only stuck, we were very competitive. Finished in the top three first month in, then won four of the next five months losing the fifth on tie breakers. Won four monthly titles tying the vaunted Yabai for most monthly wins. Quite an accomplishment for Just Five Guys Fighting. Very proud of this Alliance.
you didn't tie Yabai bro, we won 5 months this year.

Learn to be less sensitive guys, it is a game in the end of the day. Best of luck

this is a game and everything in RL takes precedence so i wish you a speedy recovery.
i personally had a whale of a time on this thread and i think it has added fun to the tourney for the lions share of the managers reading it or involved in it!
if not fun then spice at the very least!

I really don't know why Teyo would say that. The frustrating part about all of this is that I have no way to prove that I am telling the truth but you can check my background and see that I have good reputation with other managers and have never been involved in shady shit.
And for all those who think that I am being biased to my alliance, I will leave Super Smash Bros right now.
to be honest the guys in Yabai that have interacted with you have said you are a good guy and i concur after the interaction on this thread bro. it seems more like Teyo needed an extra edge in this tourney and unfortunately you ended up with half the shit. for the record Teyo is not a bad guy either but he should now man up and admit he pulled a fast one, or possibly by some misunderstanding somewhere down the line.
the silver lining on all this is there will be way more hype, way more eyes watching this tourney. i will most definitely be following the rest of the rounds!

i'm not one to ask for him to be disqualified bro, i'm just trying to get to the bottom of this mix up. had Teyo not tried to put some weird blame on Mikey then this whole can of worms would not have been opened in the first place.
in this thread we have Teyo saying he checked with you it was all cool (more than once) and we have you saying you didn't know he didn't create his own fighter, add to that you are teammates so you can see why it all looks a bit iffy from the outside.

come on bro, i highlighted the key issues to avoid confusion.
HE didn't CREATE a fighter, forget the weight for a second. in a creation tourney each individual has to create his fighter. it says so on the first line of this thread. the letters i highlighted clearly indicate that bro.
let's try one more time:
YOU (Teyo in this case) are required to CREATE (make from scratch) a fighter.....
that is how this thread begins bro.
that is how all creation tourneys work also as far as i can remember but i could be wrong on that.

Saklain can you confirm that you gave Teyo a different set of entry rules than the ones you gave to the other participants like he is suggesting?
that way Teyo can stop getting shade in his direction, because if that is true then all Teyo did is take advantage of a grey zone out of ignorance of what creation tourneys are like. we can then shift blame directly to the organiser for letting his alliance mate have an advantage in his tourney and we can let Teyo be.

i couldn't resist, Teyo said he followed the guidelines Saklain gave him but clearly they are different rules than the ones he gave every other participant in the tourney.
instead of taking it on the chin he kind of threw Saklain under the bus with that one in my opinion.
i'm sure the line to join his next creation tourney is massive!
YOU (or a friend) are required to CREATE (or pick up a f/a) from 250 - 270lbs (or any weight you want)
that should have been on the front of this forum thread.

i thought this was about to end on a decent vibe but you can't stop yourself bro. you broke the rules but despite of that Mikey is willing to fight you and you keep trying to get some moral high ground. picking a free agent in a creation tourney is pretty slippery because it brings the integrity of the competition into question, the whole point is that all managers start on an even footing but if you can get a free agent it gives the advantage to the higher ranked manager, hence it's not an even start for everybody involved. despite how questionable that move was (approved by the tourney organiser who is also in your alliance, again a dash slippery) Mikey is willing to fight you. trying to make out Mikey is in the wrong is ridiculous, i love the banter but let's keep it a little grounded in reality.

easy to have a high percentage with a few fights, look at the other alliances on your list and you will see the difference. there are some sunday league teams with a higher percentage of wins than Man City....
