I'm still slightly confused about the first one though though. Lower amounts of Energy will result in lower workout gains? And how much is it affected?
1. Does the amount of Energy effect training?
2. About how much energy is lost during a training session?
3. When do the AM and PM training sessions occur?

Yeah, I like doing this. It makes it interesting, reading the fight before knowing the outcome.
As for the main question, no. You do not have to be online, but make sure you are in the same city prior to the fight.
