  1. I can't see why you are all so upset. I, as a Judge would score anil as the superior fighter too.

I am sure if you could actually see this fight in real, as a streetfight you would consider anil as the one who controled, could do whatever he wanted.

Considering that you lose a massive amount of energy when your actions get denied, or blocked, the enemy would soon be completely out of energy and you could blow him away with a girlie slap.

I think the engine isn't that flawed here. You can't scream like babies after one fight. Wait until he meets a decent wrestler or muay thai fighter who can do something in clinch, and see what happens then.

  2. na, you are jumping one step too far.

This would lead to fighters getting even more cash when we can't even make use of the cash we currently have.

The system is overloaded with money.

I still say, introduce taxes to the richest fighters.

The cash stays in the city where the fighter has his base. That gathered cash is added into a formula that calculates the amount a newly created fighter gets.

So if you are in a city with lots of cash, thus having top rated enemy fighters, you get more cash to start out with, to stand better chances against the other fighters.

Just an idea to get a realistic and usefull money sink.

But I do sympatise with the idea of having some kind of advantage of sponsoring.

  3. Hi,

    • first, I wanna take advantage that most of you read the start of long mails and ask for feedback: Many orgs are planning a lot of events during the holiday season and concentrate on the special holiday days. Now, I know that many have free time, and can be online and events are interesting during that time. But I think most managers never analysed the situation totally and thought this through. If every org has fights during those days, a lot of the active managers have their fighters resting. Now I conclude that there should be a lot of space at the coach sessions in gym. You can mail me what you prefer. Some events during christmas and New year, or rather have events before and only the usual weekly event?
    • I can announce that I am working on a cooperation with Konflikt from LA. We are pretty even orgs Hype wise, and we should be able to have an interesting event together. You can find some more detailed about Konflikts' work with RAFC from London, in the forums, here. Our cooperation should look very similar to this.
    • A short recap about Legacy 34: Financially it was a success. We hit the break even, and we can continue to work like that. Although, due to the high ticket prices, we scored low on hype. I will continue to do 4 more events in small arenas to secure our financial side, and then work my way up again, possibly in a coproduction with Konflikt.
    • On short terms you probably noticed that the 2nd biggest org in Sydney, Infliction is gone, andthe gym combat elite 365 is gone too. I concentrated on our 185 division, and plan on making it our prime division to get our best fighter, Fedor Silva some competition and enable him to climb the p4p ranks.

I you have any wishes or questions, contact me at any times. And remember to uncheck the "need fight" box if you want your fighters to rest.

I am looking to contract fighters in Sydney for the 155 to 265+

Respectfully, Reuter your professional business partner

  4. I'd rather have a new slider.

Do you guys really think a new city is a must for next month, or the month after?

Just to lighten the discussion from that point of view? Would you really need a new city, or do you have the feeling that a new city is needed?

  5. Fighters get their way into the p4p ranking anyways. When you had a city full of noobs, they would push each other up, and still enter the top 10 p4p rankings. If noobs fight each other, one ends up beeing the best noob with 10 wins, and he enters the p4p without having any skills.

It is just mathematics, in 2 months tokyo has some fighters in the top p4p rankings.

  6. What would be more usefull would be a little sign telling you that you that this fighter already declined your offer. There is no way of finding that out

What you can find out is if you have a standing offer. Still a sign telling you that you have a standing offer would be usefull too.

  7. This sounds really really odd because you could have done the same thing without hurting anybody.

You close your org, nobody gets hurt, basicly the fighters win because they are free now. Now, your "brother" sells his company on the market, you open a new gym in Montreal for one week, and you sell the gym to your brother as soon as his gym is sold.

Now, based on the really really big coincidence with the timing, and the rumour that your brother fired the coaches just in time to not pay them, I think this is the biggest rippoff in MMATYCOON I have seen.

  8. Rofl, I am not mad. I am just surprised that somebody could actually tell me for 30 minutes that I would be wrong, that he would take charge. 2 days later I am 100% right, and you bail like a dog with your tail between your legs.

And stop seeing all those feelings and stuff. In all those obscure things you say, I am 100% sure you could not tell me why I should be mad. You can not tell me what I could have wanted, because I had no "way" I wanted things to go....

I can only guess, but I guess I am somewhat older and a lot more mature and I see things with a distance of somebody who is trained to analyse situations and draw conclusions without all that unecessary garbage arround. And you can try to divert from the facts all you want, you not once said that my facts were wrong because they are right.

Anyway, why I am digging this thing out, can anyone of you find Jonnys account and his org? If they got deleted I assume that Mike had a reason. Now I am curious if he would tell us the reason... a mail from jonny, or sth else?

  9. He was asking the managers in his org how they like it. I was beeing honest, and lol, he was actually offended when I said I would feel like getting spammed from him.

But there are surely a lot of people who like beeing in an org like that. He is ultra uber active, knows most of his managers and fighters, and actually writes more or less interesting stuff in his fight reviews.

So for all the people that want to be in something that sucks them in, feels more like reality, get in there.
