I dont think its good idea where woman fights man in grappling tournament. But I would love to see female division in this game. The same as UFC goes it would be great to have a first one weight class and then lets see where it goes from that. I think how this game is made that would be great so the newer and older managers could really compete at high level against each other.

The more hype + popularty you have the better you will get paid. As a new manager who just has created a fighting organization I am sending out contracts from 1500 all around to 2500 all around and it doesnt matter what record you have its just the combination of hype and popularity. How ever where record doesnt count at all I would probably not sign two guys who has the hype and popularity the same if they had different skills. I would par fighter with highter skills more because it would show that he can make a good run in the organization.

As a new manager I can say that this probably would be a good idea. Because I am about to run tournament myself with 2 weeks between the fights and It would be a shame if some one lost because he had 16 day injury.

Idea is not bad but I dont think we need that much gym trophies probably just like the nutritions and clothing goes gym should have the one that earns some amount of money from some time period.
