Been making a real go at climbing up the betting league tables to have my name appear on at least 1 top 10 ranking (I know, I know its not really one that counts - but for now I'll take it). So I've been building up to over 50k of winnings in about a month climbing to I think 26. But all of a sudden half of my winnings seem to have vanished from my score and I dropped back down to 37th. Am I missing something here on how these tables are ranked or what? Was thinking it might be a rolling period or something but the leader still has the same 471k he had while I was 25th. Really don't understand - anybody able to shed some light on this for me?

Just keep in mind that the sparring skill takes into account the energy and morale levels of your fighter. I noticed your fighter are very low in both of those. You'll need to buy them some new kit and change it regularly to help with the morale loss and work in some rest sessions to get the energy up. A lot of managers don't train with energy levels <85% (I prefer 90%).

Is there a way to gauge his confidence without losing a fight?

I picked up a free agent and want to get an idea of his Learning Speed, energy will hit the 100% mark for the Wednesday AM session - problem is his morale will be at about 95%. So for all you old timers out there is there a factor in your experience that I can apply to the learning speed yielded at the 95% morale to make it comparable to a 100% session. Or alternatively if anyone has a couple extra data points like the below post I can use it get a basic idea if the signing was worth it.

I like doing it for my guys but if anybody else actually reads them I don't know.
