EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED TO START STRONG!
Supplements-------------------------
-159q-160q is best
-recovery supplements help reduce energy loss during training.
-stamina supps help boost cardio
-strength supps help boost strength
-weight loss and weight gainer are self explainatory.
Other training tactic--------
first you do nothing but cardio to Wonderful, then you do nothing but strenght to wonderful
using supps, stamina for cardio and muscle for strength,, THEN you think about sparring and
other training. Take them at least to wonderful, then tehy can train using good energy supp and
hardly lose any energy while training,, ergo fewer sessions lost to resting.
Fighter Training Schedule-------------------------------------
Never spar two consecutive sessions in a row. Also, training in low
class sizes produces the best result. so if a coach has 0 people training
at it, you'll receive better benefits training 1 on 1 with him then if there
were 5 other people in the class.... make sense? I can explain that one better.
Spar each primary (boxing, muay thai, wrestling, bjj) once a week (Train with more fighters to obtain better boosts).
make you sure have a secondary or physical (cardio, weights, yoga, circuits) class in between
sparring sessions. I.E.
Mon AM - Boxing Sparring
Mon PM - Takedown Defense
Tues AM - Wrestling Sparring
Tues PM - Circuit (General)
Weds AM - Muay Thai Sparring
Weds PM - Striking Defense
Thurs AM - BJJ Sparring
Thus PM - Punch Technique
Fri AM - (insert sparring session here, you can alter it if you want... week 1
make it boxing, week 2 make it muay thai, etc)
Belt Levels-----------------------------

Gym - Equipment quality-----------
The quality of the gym equipment will affect the quality of your fighter's training, whenever they use that equipment. The more people train at the gym, the more quickly the quality will decrease and the more frequently the owner will need to replace the equipment. Computer run gyms will maintain a "passable" equipment quality at all times.
The values for equipment quality, from low to high;
-Decrepit
-Knackered
-Very poor
-Worn
-Tatty
-Passable
-Decent
-Good
-Excellent
-Brand new
Gym - Cleanliness-----------
The cleanliness of any gym will affect the morale of the fighters training there. They will still be able to get some quality training in if the training partners and coaches are of a high quality, but training in a dump each day will take it's toll and you will see a drop in morale. Computer run gyms maintain an "adequate" level of cleanliness at all times.
From low to high, the values are;
-Disgusting
-Filthy
-Dirty
-Grubby
-Soiled
-Adequate
-Clean
-Fresh
-Spotless
-Pristine
Fighters training here------------------
(Entering Your Fighter Into A Gym)
You will see A list of all fighters currently training at this gym.
as well as if they have a nutrition partner and how much it will cost to train each month
-MAKE SURE YOU JOIN OR YOU WILL BE DOUBLE CHARGED!
-Gym fees are paid and P.m. training sessions finish at 10:55pm GMT on Thursdays
-Don't just assume Thurs pm is ok.
-The morning training session is at 9:30 am GMT and I think lasts just a minute or two.
-The number of fighters at the gym will greatly affect the quality of training you receive in certain circumstances.
-Training with coaches: The less other fighters training at the same time as you the better.
-Sparring: You need fighters to be training at the same time otherwise you will not receive any training.
Beyond that, it doesn't matter how many people are training with you. You will rotate with all available
training partners during sparring. General workouts: If you are just pumping weights, training
cardio or working a yoga routine, it doesn't matter how many other people are training at the gym.
The only negative issue is that more fighters will wear out the equipment quicker and when the equipment
decreases in quality, so does your training.
Trainers/schedule---------------
This section displays all coaches who are working at this gym. It displays their skills in the 5
types of training (Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, BJJ and conditioning) and then a list of all their
training sessions for that week. You will want your fighters to train under these coaches so
take a look at when they are training something you want your fighter to improve in, then on the section
below allocate your fighter to train with the appropriate coach at the appropriate time.
Your fighters - training-------
This section displays all your fighters currently training at this gym.
Each of your fighters will be given 12 training slots, where they can choose to either train
with one of the coaches at the gym, work on their own on e.g. fitness, or spar with other fighters.
To find out more about each type of training, check out the training page.
Training with coaches--------
If you train with a coach, you will do whatever they are doing during that time slot. Your fighter will train
with that trainer but also every other fighter who has selected that type of training at that time. The quality
of your fighter's training will depend on the quality of the coach but also the quality of the other fighters
training in that slot. The more fighters there are in a slot, the less time the coach will be able to spend
with your fighter and the slower your fighter will improve. Also, the better the training partners are, the
more your fighter will improve.
Types of training------
The following types of training are carried out with a trainer.
With a trainer
Coaches at a gym will have skill ratings in 5 different skills.
-Boxing training
-Muay Thai training
-Wrestling training
-BJJ training
-Fitness training
-Each of the following types of training will look at one or more of these skill ratings
when working out how effective their training is. See the coaches page for more information.

-Circuit training
This is an all-around strength and cardio session held by a specialized fitness coach.
This type of training boosts all of your physical attributes.
There are also more specialised versions of this type of training e.g. (Speed) or (Agility).
These still train the range of skills but moreso in the skill mentioned.
(Without a trainer)
The following types of training require no coach to help you train.
They will just use the gym's equipment and in cases of sparring your quality of training will
depend on the skill level of the other fighter's training in the same slot as you.
-Weights
Work on your strength in the weights room.
Also get a slight boost to your speed by building up your muscle fibres. A very tiring workout.
-Yoga
Work on your fighters flexibility, agility and balance.
A low energy workout carried out without the assistance of any trainer.
-Cardio
Get your ass on the treadmill and start running.
The quickest way to improve your conditioning but also very tiring in the short term.
-Boxing sparring
Trains your overall boxing rating and any peripheral benefits.
You will spar with other fighters who are signed up to boxing sparring during this time slot.
The better your training partners the more you will improve. If nobody else turns up, you won't get any training.
-Muay Thai sparring
Trains your overall Muay Thai rating and any peripheral benefits.
You will spar with other fighters who are signed up to Muay Thai sparring during this time slot.
The better your training partners the more you will improve. If nobody else turns up, you won't get any training.
-Wrestling drills
Trains your overall wrestling rating and any peripheral benefits.
You will grapple with other fighters who are signed up to wrestling drills during this time slot.
The better your training partners the more you will improve. If nobody else turns up, you won't get any training.
-Submission grappling
Trains your overall BJJ rating and any peripheral benefits. You will grapple with other fighters who
are signed up to submission grappling during this time slot. The better your training partners the more
you will improve. If nobody else turns up, you won't get any training.
No training--------------
-You can select "no training" as an option for your fighter in a particular training slot.
This will mean your fighter takes time off and recovers during this time slot - something they will need to do
quite a lot, until their conditioning is up to scratch.
Training tips------
Your fighter will train more quickly when they are younger.
Your fighter has a hidden skill value which dictates how easily they pick up what the coaches are teaching them.
Some fighters will have a such low value for this attribute that it's almost not worth bothering training them
at all. It is sensible to concentrate on training up your fighter in "conditioning" early on.
The higher their conditioning value, the harder they will be able to train without getting too tired (energy).
-Recent Training Bonus-------------------
Come fight time, you will get a boost to the skills you have trained most recently.
There is a cap on the boost you can get on individual skills and an overall cap.
So for example, you could have a 5 point bonus to one skill and a 10 point bonus overall.
It's therefore worthwhile training a few different skills before the fight.
You can also receive a bigger boost to secondaries and physicals than you can to primaries,
given that the primaries have a bigger impact overall.
Morale---------
Morale is an important variable within the game. If your fighter has low morale, he won't
perform to the best of his abilities in any aspect of the game. Your fighter starts with a
maximum level of morale and this level is affected by a number of factors within the game;
-Fight results (winning/losing).
-Gym cleanliness.
-Moving locations/changing base.
-Running out of money in certain situations.
-I only change when they go below 142. But if you've just lost a fight and now have low morale you can keep changing them once a day to quickly return morale to maximum.
-if your clothes drop as low as the 90's you must change them
-You'll prob get a mail from your fighter complaining about them too!
I would never just change them
-if they are too dirty they need to be chucked for good.
Sponsors--------------
If any of your fighters receive a sponsorship offer, it will appear on the "sponsors" page.
Your fighters can have a maximum of 2 sponsorships at a time. If you are a company and you want
to sponsor a fighter, you do that from your company homepage.
New sponsorship offers----
-Fighter: Which of your fighters is being offered the sponsorship.
-Company: The company looking to sponsor your fighter.
-Company Type: The type of company looking to sponsor your fighter.
-Payment: The flat fee for the sponsorship - this will be paid to your fighter as soon as you accept
the contract offer and you as a manager will get your 10% cut.
-Expires: How many days the sponsorship would run for.
-Freebies: If the company wants to give you any freebies it will be displayed here.
-Store Discount: As part of the sponsorship offer, you can receive from 0 to 20% store discount.
This discount applies to the single fighter only and does not include postage.
Existing sponsorships-------
This section displays all current sponsorship contracts. From here you can monitor when they are due
to run out and therefore when you need to look for new sponsors.
(Sponsorship effects)
-There is no effect for your fighter other than the money they will receive.
-The company sponsoring you will receive a boost to their hype rating each time your fighter fights.
-Their logo will be displayed on your fighter's profile page and also on the event commentary, each time they fight.

Coach Morale-------
Coaches have morale based on a number of factors including
-wage (the higher the better).
-number of fighters they train (more fighters makes their job more interesting).
-how long they have been at your gym (they get bored after a while).
-Increasing coach skill
A coach can increase in skill by training fighters. As his coaching ability increases, so
will his wage expectation, though you can still pay him less than you'd have to pay a coach if
you hired them directly at that higher ability.
