  1. Okay folks I'll get right to it, I'm looking for a super fight for my big Halloween card and it has to be a top 15(maybe 20) fighter. I've been looking high and low but for different reasons nobody has stepped up yet. Good news is i'll even pay 1 million to the fighter who has the balls to step up, bad news it'll be against the current P4P King Friedrich Alzheimer. Bring it on
  2. Claymore Elite Combat reaches another century of events when it presents CEC 600 on July 11th 2018. While we have an excellent roster of talent at our disposal we wanted to bring in some fighters outwith the org to put on some fantastic fights that you wouldnt see on just a regular card. Now Im not saying that we expect to put on a better event than the recent Syn Supernova card that Grant put together but I would love to put something out there that would generate similar excitement in our tycoon world. So Im putting this out there for all to see. Im hoping to get as many top 100-ish fighters crammed into this card as possible and give the public the chance to cry out for the fights they want to see. Do you have a top fighter on your roster that youd like to get on one of our historic cards? Is there a fight you didnt think you would get to see that we can maybe make happen? Is there a current CEC fighter that you want to call out and get your fighter into the cage with? Org owners, lets work something out to get some super fights sorted and we can sort out a trade. So lets get the discussion going and make this an absolute awesome card for our 600th event. Thanks guys.
  3. Jameson "Guinness" Connemara (183015) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/32/32w13.jpg VS Akeen Coker (243512) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14233953628691.jpg Live tonight from LA we bring to you the Main Event of CEC 433. This fight sees one of Tycoons top fighters and considered by most a true legend having only lost twice in his past 24 appearances. Former Tycoon Olympics Gold Medalist who has also held the Gold in both CEC and Ascension during his current run of greatness. Facing off against Jameson is young standout Akeen Coker who currently holds the Lightweight Gold in Ascension following a controversial split decision victory over Hector Camacho. Coker has also held both the Featherweight and Lightweight Gold for the now defunct Fight Promotion UNFC. In this matchup we see Jameson with a huge edge in the striking game boasting Elite skills in both Boxing and Muay Thai and Coker on paper holding a slight edge in the Wrestling and BJJ department even if the skills do not show it. In the past Coker has shown he is not afraid to mix it up with great strikers however he has never stepped into the cage with a monster quite like Jameson. Many are calling Akeen the future of the sport, and tonight is his next opportunity to prove they are correct in placing that mantle on his shoulders. Jameson has had his time in the limelight, its now Cokers turn to take his spot in the upper echelon of Tycoons rankings as he continues his quest to be the best! Over time both of these combatants have shown a preference to rely on the judges scorecards to see their hands raise in victory, and in a few shorts hours we will find out which has shown up with the winning formula.
  4. It's that time again. CEC and SYN are proud to present EPL seasons 7 and 8. This will be the first time two EPL's run concurrently in two separate organizations at two separate weight classes. For the big boys, CEC will be running an open weight, old school EPL. For the lighter fighters, APEX(regular season) and SYN(playoffs) will be hosting a MW EPL with 175lb minimum. We are planning on a late December/ early January start date based on how fast this can all be organized. Each EPL winner will receive at least 2.5 million with each runner up receiving 500k. Those prizes are expected to go up as we get more donations. Tournament rules : - No ID restriction - CEC will be openweight - SYN will fight at MW. 175lb minimum weight - Fights are one round of 10 minutes or 3 3 minute rounds (still to be determined) to keep injuries as low as possible - Point system is 2 points for a finish, 1 point for a decision victory, 0 points for a loss. ( 0.5 points in case of a draw) - Weekly fights, so make sure that your guy has a good injury hidden - Tentatively, the participants will be split up into two even groups and in each group each fighter will fight all other guys in the group. Once the regular season is over, the 8 fighters with the most points will be fighting in a single elimination tournament for the grand prize. All this is subject to change based on # of fighters entered. - A manager isn't allowed to enter two or more of his fighters in a single EPL. You may have fighters in both 7 & 8 The prize has yet to be confirmed, but it will definitely be in the millions (Davies is rich) for the two winners. We are looking for any sponsors willing to pony up some prize money so we can draw in some top talent. Donators: Grasman 500k stpierrecanada 50k
  5. As previously discussed the Olympics will now be held to try and coincide with the OTY awards. This year we have seen some top tier orgs merge with top orgs leaving a gap in the market for new orgs to rise in their place. After much discussion with various managers around the tycoon community we have decided to offer three ID orgs a chance to compete at the Olympics this year. All three ID orgs are on the verge of ditching their ID restrictions or already have and between them have the best prospects the game has to offer. This also gives these ID orgs a chance to run PPV's which will increase the competition and increase their funds dramatically. The orgs involved shall be Claymore Elite Combat Evolution Insanity Montreal Fight Night Synchronicity Troid Team Thomas Fight Club Ultimate Proving Grounds As before every org will host one division which will be selected at random to ensure that each org has a fair shot at getting one of the more desirable divisions. Each org will send one fighter from each weight class 135-265+. Orgs may outsource a fighter from another org if they do not have a fighter who meets the right weight/p4p restriction. All fighters entered must be in the top 1000 p4p and must have at least one fight inside the org they are fighting in (unless an outsourced fighter). The weight restrictions are as follows (PLEASE READ THIS) 135 = 135 pounds or above. 145 = 145 pounds or above. 155 = 155 pounds or above. 170 = 170 pounds or above. 185 = 185 pounds or above. 205 = 205 pounds or above. 265 = 230 pounds or above. 265+ = 250 pounds or above. No fighter under these weight limits will be allowed to compete under any circumstances. Fighters may go on weight gain or weight loss in order to make weight, however the weight must be made prior to the first fight taking place, if weight is not made then the fighter shall be disqualified and the opponent will go through to the next round. The points system is as follows Gold = 4 Silver = 3 Bronze = 2 4th = 1 5-8th = 0 The prize fund is as follows 1st = 500K 2nd = 350k 3rd = 150k 4-8 = 0 The host org is responsible to pay the fighters this prize money. The contracts for the tournament are 15k-15k. We are shooting for a start date on either the 16th or 23rd of November. Orgs should try to get there team lists in by the end of October.
  6. Who do you guys think are the most underrated fighters in MMA Tycoon history? I for one think that Tor Nansen and YB Sol are kind of forgotten greats.
