Hey guys. I've been playing MMAT for a long time now and I've always wanted to run an Org. - I've never been a supporter/had the extra money for it but, my High School athletic career is going to be 100% over in about 3-4 weeks (It's my senior year) and then I will have plenty of free time to work and make money - and to train more than 4 fighters/ run an org. What I want to ask you vets, is how much money I should have saved up before I start the orginization - I think I asked this once a long time ago and the response was "At least 100k" - I have over 250k saved up right now so I feel good. But I would love extra advice. Also, what city should I go for? And is another org. a good move for MMAtycoon? I love this game and I want to help it grow/become more active. I think another 6 fighters and an org. would help. What do you guys think?

http://oi64.tinypic.com/3026iol.jpg It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the upcoming closure of Bushido (290k+). Since opening in April of 2016 and hosting our first event one month later, Bushido has come a long way. When I began this venture I was in the first year of university and packed full of energy, excited for the future and had a ton of free time on my hands. Now, I'm on my third and final year and things couldn't be more different. I can't spare the hours it takes to write previews like I once could and to do so would be essentially taking money out of my wallet and food off of my table, since these are hours I could spend doing paid work. Also, I don't want to run an org if its going to like any other standard one - without any special previews/updates or graphic work as you guys deserve better, and I fear that's where Bushido is headed if not there already. I don't intend this to be a sob-story by any means however as I have had a fantastic time running the org for the most part, and have built great relationships with some of the contracted managers. Watching fighters grow entirely under our banner into beings of greatness has been a wonderful experience, and the fighters along with their stories will always have a place in my heart. We've had 69 fantastic events, witnessed the crowning of 35 different Champions, and have held our own at the top of rankings for a while now. But, on to the next. I plan on allowing the currently booked events play out, without booking any more from then on. Our final event will be on October 7th. Participants in the Bushido Middleweight Grand Prix will of course still receive their promised prize money. After that, fighters will all be released from their contracts and will receive offers from Aspire - the organisation I believe to be the best in the game right now. I shall be taking on a role at Aspire as a staff member so you and your fighters will have a familiar face around. Aspire is currently a a 275k organisation but because of Bushido's closure they are now refraining from contracting fighters older than 280k, to allow your guys to compete on an even playing field. Also, plans for Aspire to go unrestricted are put on hold for the foreseeable future. I believe that in Aspire many of you can replicate your successes achieved in Bushido, and you will be in good hands. Thank you to everyone that has made Bushido what it is today, you know who you are. Maybe we'll see a spiritual successor somewhere down the line, who knows?

i just recently opened up the 265+ division in my org carnage. im planning on doing a tournament for the title. but im worried that since none of the fighters will have very much hype, the event wont do that well and it will hurt the organisation hype. could this be true? -
he is currently a Free agent signed to carnage with a 6-1 record. he is the top 5 and id rather someone manage him instead of releasing him. Jeremy Moe

I say this a bit with a heavy heart, but i wanna find a new Org owner for the EFFA, because i am kinda burned out from running it for 2 years now. I took it over shortly after starting the game and the previous org owner ( Ozric Opalhead) intrusted me the Org and showed me the ropes. Since he didnt sold it to me, but left it, i am not looking to sell it as well. I wanna make sure the Org will be in good hands and keeps the EFFA running. So i would give it to you for free and leave 500k in the Bank account as operating money. PM me or post you interest here in the topic and i will make contact with you, to get the transfer sorted out.

Hey guys I have started up an org not to long ago called Rain FC based out in London and it is pretty much going to be 280k id and up for some time so if you would like to join shoot me a pm and i'll gladly send you a contract. For this org I hope to put together the most evenly matched fights possible, while gradually becoming an org that everyone will want to join, by trying our best to work in our fighters best interest. We will also take care of all of our fighters with whatever you may need down the road when we become a more prominent org.

Yes, you read it correctly, NYFN will reopen its doors in february 2016!!! http://i60.tinypic.com/mtaypi.jpg There has never been a thing in the game that I enjoyed more than being the owner of NYFN and those who know me well know that that is 100% true. I had some cool wins with my own fighters, but none of these wins gave me the satisfaction of running my own org. I had to close the org due to family health issues sadly enough. On top of that, I have been very busy the last few months, but I know that real life will calm after january 2016, so I want to reopen NYFN and once again give it my all. What I am looking for is response from managers, via post on this forum thread or via PM, to let me know what they think of it and what suggestions that they have. Also if you will try to send fighters my way, let me know that already please. The more info I get, the better I can plan it and the more brilliant it will be I am going to very carefully plan the opening of the org, and that means that I will have a staff, concept, etc.. all ready long before it actually opens. I want it to be a huge succes once again and I am confident that it will be. As for the org, I haven't decided yet if it will be ID restricted with a ID restriction as it used to be ( 210k) , an ID restriction around 270k for newer fighters, or go for an unrestricted org and really go for it. It will depend on the votes on the poll and the reactions of the managers. In conclusion, I can say that I am very very happy that I will be able to reopen my beloved org again and now I can only hope that the tycoon world is happy with this news as well. -Bjorn-

Hello everyone. I'm not really sure if there's a thread for staff hiring so I'll just make this post. I'm looking for an org looking for staff. Haven't experienced doing org work but I'm willing to learn and am a fast learner. I currently write for two orgs full time and part time and I am currently running a clothing company. I'm looking to expand my knowledge on orgs so if anyone is willing to accept a staff whom you'd accompany along the way I'd be willing to. Thanks

I am the owner of New Blood FC and I'm looking for new fighters. I am currently focusing on bantamweights and lightheavyweights, so I can have a tournament to determine champs at those weight classes. I am looking for fighters at all weight classes, but those classes are pretty much guaranteed a fight at the first event. I am looking for fighters of all records. I will sign guys with over 10 fights, but just know that is not really what I'm looking for. If you are interested, just let me know.

I see all messages concerning when a fighter accepts a fight offer I sent him but I don't receive any mail when they decline. I do believe I have all the permissions on the org I work for. Especially, since I can see most of the replies. and yes, I was the other sending the fight offers.

To celebrate the beginning of Darkness (an 260k+ id org) we will start with 2 big tournaments: Darkness Creation Tournament. One of the tournament will be at 135 lbs and the other at 185 lbs. Since it’s a creation tournament: DO NOT CREATE THE FIGHTER TILL I NOTICE YOU For now we’re just at the signing state, so have a bit of patience. RULES & NOTICE: 1. All fighters must be 18 year old. 2. All tournament fights will be in Helsinki, one will be Sunday (185 lbs), the other one Wednesday (135lbs) 3. Once we’re all signed up and the game reaches 260k id we will announce the creation day of the fighter and I will pm you in the game as well (with at least 2-3 days earlier than the day of creation) 4. This tournaments will be double elimination -> you need to lose twice to be eliminated. 5. Once the managers creates the fighters they will have one month to train. 6. The fights will be every 3 weeks. 7. Evert fight will be 3x5 minutes. PRICES: From start all the fighters will receive a free avatar (only if they want - I'm not forcing anyone to use a free custom avatar if they don't want to). You can either pick from what is available at Darkness avatars or put a picture and I will try to make it into an avatar. Okay let's see if I can explain this correctly... When you are running an org you have send out a lot of contract offers. I mean A LOT of contract offers. I myself only run a mid-tier org at the moment so I know the bigger orgs are sending out even more contracts than me. So, when you have a shit ton of pending offers and you're searching through fighters who need contracts it can become a headache to remember who you have sent a contract to and who you haven't. Especially if you have smoked a lot of weed in your time like myself. Basically, unless I am doing it wrong... If you can't remember you have to go back and read through the long list of pending contracts to see if you have already sent an offer and it can get annoying when sending out mass ammounts of offers. My idea is something simple for org owners like a checkmark or some other indication next to their names in the search screen that let you know that you have a pending offer or a rejected offer so you don't end up sending the same fighter more contracts. This just cuts part of the tediousness out of being an org owner and trying to sign fighters.
