  1. Good Afternoon! I am planning on setting up a new org in Rio... Shogun MMA. I was looking to get some things lined up before launching. I am looking for a few people interested in the following: 1. Writing - Doesn't matter your experience level, would love to have someone writing for the new up and coming organization. Fight reviews, Fight previews, and misc. articles would be great! For each article there will be payments made. 2. Graphics - Looking for someone to make posters for each event. Bonuses will be received for each upcoming event 3. Recruiting - Would prefer a little more experience with my recruiter, if interested please let me know. Bonuses available and would be based per fighter brought in. Please send me a PM if you are interested in any of these three things. I appreciate you taking the time to read this Thank you, Nickoson
  2. Epicity Productions(220k) is currently looking for an established writer to write previews and reviews for our weekly events. I am a decent writer myself and I have done these in the past but I am currently starting a new job and in-between moving my wife and daughter to a new home so I have a lot less free time. It doesn't have to be anything over the top or super fancy but it does have to be quality work with decent grammar. Pay is completely negotiable so PM me in game and we can discuss terms, pay etc. I am an easy going guy and I get along with everyone so I would look to establish a new business partnership to help my org grow and create new friends in this game. Thank you for anyone who considers. Manager page: http://www.mmatycoon.com/managerprofilemanager.php?MgrID=99678 Org page: http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgpublic.php?oid=4462
  3. BlackStar Fights is looking to open an unrestricted Heavyweight division. The pay won't be that great at first (still a young org) but when we start taking off the money will come. If anyone is interested pm me in-game and we will get the ball rolling.

    org problems

Hi everyone, I have this fight org and I'm having trouble gaining any sort of a profit, I was wondering if anyone had any advice to help out, please and thank you.
  5. The story of NY Fight Nights http://www.wealthysinglemommy.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/single-mom-in-new-york-city-skyline.jpg On the 24th January 2014, after having played the game for about a month, I started a clothing shop with the help of my mentor Senzo. Some of you might remember the store, called Nippon Outfitters. It was a good experience and made me earn some money. We hosted custom skins for some managers, had a few of our own designs and did money laundry also. Nippon Outfitters was my first contact with being a ' business man' in the MMA Tycoon world. At the beginning of the month September, I got contacted by someone who knew I was interested in owning an org. He told me there was a good opportunity for me. A manager , Morgan Lightning, was looking for someone to take over his org, because he was dealing with some issues and couldn't be online enough to run the org. I contacted him immediately and we discussed the possibility of me taking over the org. He knew I had no experience , but also noticed that I was very motivated and passionate about it. Morgan gave me the green light, and we swapped companies on the 13th of September 2014. In the beginning it was hard for me. I knew that it would take me a lot of work and time to take good care of NYFN, but still, it wasn't easy. Luckily my mentor, alliance buddies and some befriended managers gave me advice. It was an absolute blessing to have these guys by my side at the early stages. Morgan had started a tournament and he asked me to continue it. The tournament was not going well at all and it gave me a big headache. I browsed the forum, messaged a lot of people etc. to find help, as it had become a very troublesome tournament. In the end, I was able to get it back on the rails and we were able to get a well-deserved tournament champion : Jon Snow . We had a lot of fighters signed that belonged to inactive managers or even managers who didn't even play the game anymore. I released them and started building up the roster again. I tried to make sure that each division would be competitive and that we would be able to have a lot of fun fights. The number of message I send in that period must have been huge.. I contacted all decent unsigned fighters I possibly could. We have had some great new additions to the roster lately. A fact is that there are a lot of good, friendly managers at NY Fight Nights, and they for sure have proven to be a huge asset to the org also. Them being loyal when a noob owner took over was a huge factor. I can't thank them enough for their trust. Liam Davidson was our writer, but I knew he wanted to try some other things out and I spoke with him a lot. He now has his own clothing shop and works for Troid. He is a great guy and I wish him all the best. I contacted a newer manager recently and he has become our new writer. Mickey Goldmill has been a great addition to our team. I wanted to make sure that we also had event posters. John Mallon did some great posters for us in the beginning to help me. After I saw a post of Ali Zomba on the forum, I knew that he would be a great poster creator for us. He has been our artist ever since and has done a superb job. Some might think that adding a poster is just a detail, but to me, details make things great! The logo of NYFN needed a bit of an upgrade and I contacted Agent Dee and asked him if he could make something for us. He came up with a stunning design for logo, banner and thumb. The org page has become 10 times prettier thanks to his work ! Last, but not least, JLP offered to become matchmaker at NY Fight Nights, and I was very happy with that. I was having a lot of work in both real life and MMA Tycoon and his message came at the perfect time. He has been great and it's a pleasure to work with such an excellent manager in my team! After the 170lbs tournament was over, we decided to keep the fighters at our org and opened the division up under a 255k Id restriction to make sure that the tournament fighters fitted in well. We are still recruiting currently for that division, so message me if you have a fighter that wants in. Since I love tournaments, I started a new tournament that is all about KO's . It's called the NY Fight Nights Big Apple Brawls tournament. It's a heavyweight creation tournament , and the first event takes place on New Year's Eve. 8 fighters are in te mix to become the best KO-artist. Some great managers are participating in it , and I look very much forward to those fights ! I hearby want to thank all managers who have been a big help for me and the org. For me, this has been a great experience so far, and I think the future of NY Fight Nights looks bright
  6. I came up with the idea to hold yearly awards for my org NY Fight Nights. All managers, also those who don't have a fighter at NYFN, can nominate someone for the awards that are mentioned below, as long as the fighter he nominates fights at NY Fights Nights. A cash prize of 50k per award will be handed out at the start of next year Awards of NYFN: * KO of the year * Sub of the year * Fight of the year * Best young fighter of the year ( maximum 23 years old) * Fighter of the year I don't want this to turn into a heated discussion. We organise this to add something extra to the org, not to cause conflicts. Have fun guys and don't forget to mention for what category you nominate a fighter !! Bjorn http://www.grootsneek.nl/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/de-beste-medaille-lauwerkrans.jpg
  7. Wouldn't it be very usefull to add a 'date check' to the org statistics and records page? That would mean that you can select a date from where the records etc start counting. The benefit is that it's a lot easier for new owners of an already existing org to see how they are doing themselves as owners, without seeing the fight ratings, attendance etc from the last owner. I think this could be very usefull to all org owners.
  8. I'm looking to start a new fight org later in the day, any and all help is encouraged. So if your feeling generous think of me, you can donate to my manager profile in-game. Please and thank you......and I formally apologize to everyone last time I was in the forums, I was in a bad place, I'm not asking for you guys to forget but forgive, I was being a hardcore dickhead, and I'm sorry.

  14. http://www.upload.ee/image/3928374/Golden_Promotions.png Golden Ring Boxing Promotions is a boxing organisation based in New York. MMATycoon members already have the possibility to challenge their fighters in different spheres of martial arts. Kickboxing organisations are available, MMA organisations are available and lastly, grappling organisations are available. However, what about the purest and most technical form of combat, boxing? No organisation currently offers boxing only matches, and that is the market that we are trying to capitalise on. This boxing promotion, unlike many others, aims to provide fair fights. Whether there are two amateur boxers wanting to test themselves out, or whether two seasoned veterans want to try out the waters in boxing, we will always try to match your boxer with a boxer of similar build and skills. All bouts will be 'kickboxing' fights, with different rules being employed to ensure that it purely remains boxing oriented. The rules are as follow (thanks to HBGG for the outlay): The divisions that we've chosen to use are Middleweight (for the lighter weight fighters, open ID), Light Heavyweight (open ID fighters) and 265lbs (open ID fighters). If you have a new fighter, please just let me know and I will get you a fighter with similar skills. Don't be intimidated by the open ID nature of the organisation! I am currently looking for fighters to sign as I would be really happy to get this going. I know this is a challenging project, as it will not be easy to find fighters who are only interested to box, but hopefully this generates enough interest to keep it going. Contracts are not exclusive, as in you'll be able to leave whenever you want to. I want this to be enjoyable for both parties, so nobody feels like they have to do it. Please either post here or PM me if you have an interested fighter. I am very open to contracts, 1 fight contracts, if two of you want to challenge yourselves in boxing, just let me know and I'll gladly match you up. I am also open to other organisations lending fighters just for a fight in boxing, or any other thing really. Thanks for reading and please leave any suggestions, criticism or remarks in regards to the organisation.
  15. I am looking for a talent scout to sign fighters for my org. Pm me and we can talk wages. Klaw Winston (95731) http://mmatycoon.com/images/company/logo/1398383179WOLFPACKFC1.png

  18. Hey everyone! I am the recruiter for Osaka Niten Ichi in Tokyo. We are recruiting fighters for our 205 pound class. Only new managers are allowed to participate. That means you will not have to worry about veteran managers with the best elite training an years of experience with sliders. Everyone at 205 will be on the same level. We also only accept fighters who are created as 18 year olds and have an ID greater than 245,000. That means created after the last 2 weeks of March or later. If you are interested in taking part create a fighter and contact me with his name. I will be sure the signing bonus has enough to cover his training in a top gym until he gets his 1st fight. Here are the rules. Fighters must be created in Tokyo and be able to make weight at 205. Their fighter ID must be greater than 245k which would cover any fighter made after you get this mail, so no biggie there. You cannot be a veteran manager returning on a new account. If you have a guy that fits this description send me a mail, and I will get him signed. Don't forget that if you have a free slot for a fighter, and you are not a veteran manger, you can create a fighter that fits the description! If there are any questions, feel free to post in this thread, or send me a message. Bjorn O'Donnel (94172) http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/ab102/KenricMMA/OniLogo_zpsece59e44.png

  22. The Xtreme Talk Show! http://i.imgur.com/jZbpXWF.jpg Garry Jones: Hello and welcome to the Xtreme Talk Show, brought to you by Xtreme K1 Combat. I’m your host Garry Jones and I am here to bring to you the latest talk show around! We will be brining you regular and updated news to do with the Xtreme K1 Combat fight organisation and also interviews with the managers and fighters around Xtreme K1 Combat! This week saw two events take place on Xtreme K1 Combat, the first was Xtreme Combat: Dubonet VS Sims on the 13th at wild bobs bar in London. 533 people attended the show and with 10 fights going down the show was a cracker and gave us our biggest event rating to date! The show also hosted the first 145lbs OPEN ID division fight which ”Superfly” Francois Dubonet got a KO win in over William Sims in the first round and earned himself KO of the night! Sims was on a 7 fight win streak before the fight so no doubt he’ll be very upset to have that broken but hopefully he can push on and get his first win in Xtreme K1 Combat! Francois will now face Vodka Drunkinski on the 31st which is set to be a great fight! Fight of the night went to Roger Kint VS Aaron Morris which saw 3 hard fought exciting rounds of K1 action in which Kint prevailed as the winner! Although after the event it was shocking to see Kints name pop up on the free agent list so the 17 year old who is now 3 -0 will be actively seeing a new manager, although there are rumours of Kints speaking with Xtreme K1 Combat AaronThaiGuy about joining his growing list of fighters. The second event of the week took place on the 15th which saw Xtreme K1 Combat host the steel penn alliance wars which saw VC-31 go 3-1 on wins over The Steel Penn Alliance. Now for the second part of the show I would like to bring fighter Klaas Van Delft to the stage who is in AaronThaiGuy’s camp has gone 1-0 in Xtreme K1 Combat now! Garry Jones: Welcome to the Show Klaas! Klaas: It’s an honour to be here Garry. Garry Jones: You’re setting off on what looks like to be a promising career for yourself. Your 18 years of age and you’ve got 1 win under your belt but what are you plans for the rest of the year? Klaas: Well I fight Slade Wilson on the 6th of February at the Hard Knocks arena in London which I am very excited about! It’s one of the biggest events Xtreme K1 Combat will be putting on to date and I feel honoured that I’ve been given a slot to fight in there. As for the rest of the year I am going to be training hard, fighting a few more times and hopefully staying undefeated. Garry Jones: Yes your fight against Slade on the 6th of February, how do you feel about this and is there any specific game plan set for this fight? Klaas: I have to admit I’m pretty confident, my training is going well and I’m feeling great about myself! I’m already training for the fight and I have been working on my Muay Thai skills a lot and doing quite a bit of Muay Thai sparring. I have a large weight advantage over Slade and I’m hoping that I can use my power to finish the fight. Garry Jones: Sounds like your very confident in your ability to win the fight and it also sounds like your training is going well which is always important as a young fighter, I’d like to wish you luck in your promising career and thank you for coming on the show it has been a pleasure meeting you! The next thing on our agenda for tonight’s show is the upcoming 145lbs division 16 man tournament recently announced by Xtreme K1 Combat! The tournament will 16 OPEN ID featherweight fighters battle it out for a $500,000 prize and the featherweight title belt! So far 8 names have been announced on the tournament list and there are some crackers in there! The 1st event will take place on March the 1st in London but the venue is yet to be announced. Now we will be having more guests on our show tonight!! I’d like to welcome heavyweight champion Itse Perkele to the stage and his manager Agent Dee! Agent Dee: What's uuuup everyone? Thanks for inviting us, glad to be here. Itse: Oh shi.. snap! Finally you guys got some real stars on the stage... Gary Jones: First things first, how are you two finding your time with Xtreme K1 Combat, both of you have been here since the begging so what’s it been like being of the growth and excitement we are seeing around this place? Agent Dee: Aaron is a pleasure to deal with. He is a super active and as an org owner he has those much needed communication skills. Nothing bad to say about the man or his org. Itse: Obviously things are getting bigger and better. I personally crave for tougher tests becouse my first two stepping stones I stomped here were a pretty much let downs both. The latest one especially: 150lbs midget who talked his way to face the champ got put to his place real quick ahahhahahaaa. Gary Jones: Itse you will be defending your title on the 6th of February to Tim Yankee, how do you feel about this fight and how have you prepared yourself for this fight? Itse: I hope I get what Im asking for here: a tough fight! Yankee seems to have caught his momentum but I will do everything in my power to stop that dudes dreams right there in the ring. And about my preparations? That's a secret mate but I can tell it involves the art of bullshido! Gary Jones: Agent Dee, Itse has had some impressive fights here in Xtreme K1 combat, where do you see his future going and what are you ultimate plans for Itse? Agent Dee: Well like Itse said himself we think that he has yet to be challenged here and we are looking for bigger fights for the guy. Itse Perkele is really a MMA fighter so eventually he will change back to fight in the cage but not just yet. For now he will be honing his striking game as much as possible. After his first defeat - if that ever happens - we will look into all this future stuff more closely. Gary Jones: Now a question for Itse, are there any fighters out there in the Xtreme K1 roster you’d really let to get into the ring with? And if so why? Itse: Honestly I dont care who Im facing. Line 'em all up and we'll see whose who. Gary Jones: I’d like to thank you both for coming on the show, it was a pleasure having you both and an hour to catch up with our Heavyweight champion! I wish you luck in your upcoming fight and hope you both have a great night! Agent Dee: Cheers! Itse: Pretty boy Yankee! Im gonna rearrange your face so good your next job will be at the museum as a Picasso art piece! Garry Jones: If anyone hasn’t heard yet AaronThaiGuy recently announced a few changes to Xtreme K1 Combat, the first is that there will now be monthly awards given out to all fighters in the organisation. The prizes will be given out for Fighter of the month, Smack talker of the month, Manager of the month, Fight of the month and KO of the month. The prizes in total come to $50,000 and the prizes will be announced first here on the Xtreme Talk Show! The next thing he announced was something that a lot of people quickly revolted against; AaronThaiGuy announced that we would be working towards becoming an Open ID org! This was quickly disputed by many which lead to the decision being changed and instead the ID restriction dropped to 210K which a lot of people have showed their happiness at the change. Hopefully the new ID restriction will allow more talent to come into the organisation and generate more of a buzz around the events and get them arenas packed! The final thing to discuss on tonight’s show is what Xtreme K1 combat have planned for the future and what the goals for this year are. Xtreme K1 Combat was formed in November of 2013 which was only 3 months ago. Since then we have signed over 100 fighters and hosted 7 events with another 5 events already in the pipeline and with this rapid growth I wondered to myself what can the plans be for 2014? So I went and asked the boss and here are the 5 goals he told me that he would strive to achieve for 2014! 1: To be nominated for organisation of the year, having being nominated for best new organisation of the year in 2013 Aaron has told me that he would love to be nominated and get into the voting stages of organisation of the year! 2: To keep growing, the one thing Aaron told me that this organisation will never do is stop growing! We will always be working to sign new talent, host bigger events and get more and more people into the stands to watch our fights! 3: Improve on the organisations current rankings. We are currently ranked the number one KT organisation in London and number 6 in the world! By the end of the year Aaron would like to keep a hold of that number 1 spot in London and hopefully get into the top 5 of the world, his ideal goal would be to get to number 3 in the world before the end of the year if not higher! 4: Help progress the development of young, up and coming K1 fighters. Since Xtreme K1 Combat began it has been a haven for young fighters looking to train up and become the respected fighters they deserve to be! He hopes that one of the fighters can get into the top 10 KT P4P rankings before the end of the year! 5: The final one is to keep everyone around and within the organisation happy! And that’s everything for today’s show! I’d like to thank you all for joining me for our first show here and I wish you all an excellent week! Your host Garry Jones!
