Good Afternoon! I am planning on setting up a new org in Rio... Shogun MMA. I was looking to get some things lined up before launching. I am looking for a few people interested in the following: 1. Writing - Doesn't matter your experience level, would love to have someone writing for the new up and coming organization. Fight reviews, Fight previews, and misc. articles would be great! For each article there will be payments made. 2. Graphics - Looking for someone to make posters for each event. Bonuses will be received for each upcoming event 3. Recruiting - Would prefer a little more experience with my recruiter, if interested please let me know. Bonuses available and would be based per fighter brought in. Rio's newest upstart MMA organization, fuRIOus Fighting, is opening up for a number of divisional tournaments. The organization is run by my partner Johnny Canuck and myself. Some of you might recognize our names from Vigor Fighting, in Amsterdam. Anyways, back to business. 1. Tournaments will be held in the following divisions: a ) Welterweight (170 lbs) b ) Middleweight (185 lbs) c ) Light Heavyweight (205 lbs) d ) Heavyweight (265 lbs0 2. ID restriction is 215k+. 3. Fights take place in a cage and are scored under the 10-point must system. Fights will be 3 5-minute rounds, and finals will be 5 5-minute rounds. 4. Tournament winners will be crowned champions in their respective divisions and will be awarded 50k tycoon dollars each. 5. Fight of the Night, Submission of the Night and Knockout of the Night will be awarded 2k tycoon dollars. 6. Fight, Submission and Knockout of the Tournament will be awarded a bonus 5k tycoon dollars. 7. Tournaments will have between 8 and 16 contestants, depending on the number of entries. 8. To join, simply reply to this topic with a link to your fighter's profile or message Johnny Canuck and he will send you a contract. Gym under new management in rio with many expert coaches is opening the doors for more fighters... Once we begin to turn a steady income we should be replacing some of the coaches and adding new ones as well as lowering gym fees. Hello fellow managers, I am really busy in the real life and I am looking for someone who could help me with matchmaking and recruting fighters. The first option (matchmaking) is the most important, I can take care about contracts. I am looking for someone trusthworthy. I will pay 5k weekly plus you will receive a cut from a profit (only from events that you set matchmaking). Cut will be send at 1st of each month (to avoid growning taxes when you send dollars many times to a single manager at same month). But I think that you're curious what guarantee do you have to receive that cut?
