Hello guys, As you may have seen, I am currently freelance writing for a number of organizations. I am doing this because I want to: Improve my writing skills Help increase peoples enjoyment of the game Improve the experience and realism for all involved I am starting a 'company' or something whereby I can showcase my writing and show off all my work in one place - acting like a portfolio. I am adept with Photoshop (have been using since I was around 8 and I'm now 24) and can make graphics and include those in pieces or create graphics on the side. All prices are negotiable but PLEASE don't waste my time! LA Fighting Championship LAFC (4899) Is looking for staff, I'm making good profit on each event, but I don't have enough fighters to fill the divisions. I'm looking for someone who can find fighters and sign them to contracts, also a matchmaker. Someone who can work directly with me in putting on the best fights possible. Lastly, a writer, I need a good writer that can do it all. PM to discuss contracts and money. -
The writing position would mean you write for some of his events, and the format of that can be discussed. EG: full card write, top 5 fights, or top 5 fights + smaller writing for the botom 5 fights. The pay would vary depending on what would be written. This could be 25k to 40k per write up - and you are not required to take a staff contract for this work. Epicity Productions(220k) is currently looking for an established writer to write previews and reviews for our weekly events. I am a decent writer myself and I have done these in the past but I am currently starting a new job and in-between moving my wife and daughter to a new home so I have a lot less free time. It doesn't have to be anything over the top or super fancy but it does have to be quality work with decent grammar. We hold one event every Saturday at the moment so it would be two articles per week with the preview and the review.
