I'm new but I invest in what I like and fortunately I like this, which is why I became a VIP. I've played almost every tycoon game available at some point but offline tycoon games have a beginning and an ending and it's over. In this online world there is no ending so mma tycoon I've officially sunk my teeth in as my new past time. New Alliance looking for 10 managers to build an alliance from the bottom to the top. If you can and will be around and active I would like to offer you 1 of the 10 spots at the table of board of directors. I have it all planned out and will explain it once all 10 members are on board. So, a bit of backstory. While my account may be kinda old, I have taken many breaks and a lot of my knowledge of the game comes from when I read the forums back when I first made my account in 2014. That being said, I have some questions that hopefully can get me back on track to becoming a decent manager. 1. So I recently learned there is a skill cap. How does one determine this? 2. Since there is a skill cap, does this mean you wouldn't want to max out your physicals? 3. Whats a good training regiment? I know that one should get their conditioning and strength to at least 12, and then there defensive attributes (takedown defense, defensive grappling) to 12. Is it smarter to focus on Primaries first, then secondary skills? Or the reverse? 4. Is maxing defensive grappling and leaving the other ground skills to very low levels a solid strategy if you plan to just lay and pray? (Considering there is a skill cap) 5. How does one determine the fast learner hidden? I read something about a script...what script (link)? 6. Is it a huge difference if there is 3 people in a training session versus 2 or 1 person(s)? What is the deviation? 7. Should you train a particular skill more than 3 times a week? I always felt like I read somewhere that there is diminishing returns, but I might have fabricated that memory. 8. The more the merrier for sparring, correct? There is no such thing as too many people? 9. If there are a bunch of 1 star sparring partners, does it matter as long as there is at least one partner that is 4/5 stars? Or do they bring down the worth? 10. What are the pros of being in an Alliance? 11. Do you think I should wait to make more project fighters until there are 290k+ ids? 12. For the love of christ, will the mma tycoon app be on the itunes app store as well? ETA? Thanks in advance for those that take the time to help me out, sorry for the long post. I don't plan on this being any old alliance where they let any man and his dog in, that's what LOD and Vendetta are for . I want this to become a big hit with proven or high potential managers that are looking to get to the top. It's not gonna happen over night but it will happen with the right bunch of guys. We talked in the alliance chat about it and came to the conclusion that a new name would be a good idea. As soon as the idea of ' Dogs of War' came up, we all liked it . We feel that the change of name is a great idea, not only because some managers kept confusing us with Legion of Doom, but also because we are becoming good friends and are really make big steps in the good direction. I'm interested in starting a new small ( 3 - 4 member ) alliance based in Los Angeles. My member number is 8725 - I've owned an org, a clothing company, and now own a private gym. I stepped away from this game for a couple of years, but now I've been back for a few months, and I'm enjoying the shit out of it again. (Partially cause my island fighter is kicking ass! ) I need some good experienced managers in LA (or willing to move there) to share this gym with and spar with. I've got a black belt bjj spar bot, and a 4star boxing spar bot, but I'm looking for some more guys with that level or better and hopefully in multiple disciplines to come join. From my experience in this game and what I've seen, the successful alliances - and success being measured in wins and losses - are the alliances that are small, close knit, located together geographically in game and RL, and use each other's businesses to make all of the fighters better - generally speaking using the income generating businesses like clothing companies and orgs, to fund the fighter improving businesses like gyms and nutrition companies - nutrition being of course both once it grows large enough. I live in the southeastern US. My in game preference is LA. I have a gym, but am wiling to run any company other than an org. There is only one sure fire way to distinguish who the best alliance is. It doesn’t involve rankings against random non alliance affiliated opponents. The best have to beat the best. What better way to do that than alliances going head to head with each other, until only one remains. Steel Penn’s Alliance Wars http://imageshack.us/a/img515/3292/spaw.png This single elimination tournament is all about the managers that make up an alliance. An alliance will be represented by 5 managers. Managers are the only thing locked in at the start of the tourney. Fighters can be switched each round, if so chosen. Venues change each round as well. There will be over 3 million awarded in prizes. Rules/Requirements 1. Single Elimination - Once you lose, take your ball and go home. Looking for 16 teams. 2. Sign up stating alliance and the 5 managers that will represent it. 1. Fighters are created at age 18. This will be a round robin style tournament. 2. 1 Month of training before first round. 3. Each alliance will designate a team captain, who will be responsible for picks each round 4. All fighters must be able to make 185, CREATION fighters. 5. Blind Picks - Before each round opposing captains will turn in a numbered list (1-5) of manager/fighter to me. I will then match team a’s #1 against team b’s #1 so on and so forth. 6. Managers can’t be replaced - Manager representing an alliance in the first round will continue for the remainder of the tourney. If a manager can’t continue for some reason then the team will just be down one guy giving up a win to opposing team or forfeit if they choose to. 7. Fighters can’t be replaced - Once picks are submitted each round those matches are set in stone. Matches Seeding will be randomized Semi-finals & Finals will be 5 Five minute rounds All other fights will be 3 Five minute rounds Draws will be decided by the commentator at the end of each round Contracts will be 3k base Travel Each round will take place in a different location. It would be great if we could have more mass mailers per week for our alliances. It's very hard to communicate with a large group with only 10 mailers per week. I would like to see 20 per week.

I have come up with a way to stop the unlimited flow of game cash and improve our alliances in one action. In an attempt to fix the games economy I feel we should allow the games members who are in alliances and own companies and go inactive to help support the game itself while allowing alliances to grow. How you say? Check this out. When a game member who is part of an alliance owns a company and goes inactive, after the allotted time frame of inactivity the company goes to the alliance as an Alliance company. The alliance owner does not own this company and receives no profits from its sales or events. Its an alliance company that the owner of the alliance and or alliance staff can hire staff to run the once inactive but now alliance owned company. Now this creates two things which both help this game grow and its members to have more fun. First off It allows alliances to keep companies that are apart of their groups goals or Brand name to grow through inactivity. If you have ever owned an alliance then you know what I'm talking about when you work with members for years but then someone has personal problems and years of work is gone. These loses get discouraging after a while and discouraging is not good for the game and or fun for members. Secondly all products or events from these companies are to be paid for by the alliance with all profits made buy these once inactive but now alliance owned companies to be dissolved or taxed 100% back into the game to create a negative cash flow out of the games economy. Thoughts?

I know this topic may/will spark a lot of debate, but that is not what I am trying to do. I was just curious if any Christians, that is believers in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior play this game. I am a Christian and I wanted to create an Alliance with other believers, However anyone would be welcome to join the alliance, I just wanted to let you know what I am all about. I have no issues or problems with anyone else, I just thought it would be cool to create this alliance if anyone is interested. You can respond to this thread or message me if your interested.

If you click your alliance and then try to add a fight to the spoiler fight list, once you have clicked the little + sign, the screen just goes blank. Wondering if anyone else has this? It's JUST when I do that with in the alliance page - not looking through events etc.
