  2. I don't understand why whenever I put my sliders below the 50 aggression for any of my fighters, I lose. It NEVER fails. The very best fighters in any aspect of standing Martial arts are all counter fighters.. Jones, Machida, Anderson Silva, Tj "the snake" dillashaw, mighty mouse, Conor Mcgregor, Floyd Mayweather, Muhammad Ali, All counter fighters... You can make the argument for tyson but he also had an "impregnate-able defense" and some of his most devastating punches came from him ducking under and counter punching. I understand cage/ring control is a thing and being too conservative can get you man handled at times lol but I think the game needs a little nerfing when it comes to aggression, either that or I just suck at sliders and I need an explanation. lmao
  3. Why does the fight prediction sliders not respond to any entry when using a tablet? It sucks you can't just use the sliders as they are and move it side to side on a tablet which makes no sense but even the phone capable way is not working it just resets after attempting to confirm ur entry....your/my fighters sliders are working fine but can't seem to get the predictions to do the same
  4. I was wondering how you guys like to use this slider. More specifically, say you have a striker vs. grappler scenario. Either you're the striker (with horrible def. grappling) and worry about being taken down, or you're the grappler (with horrible striking defense) and don't want to trade punches any more than you have to. Do you think it is better to go in aggressively to get the TKO/takedown as quickly as possible, or to be cautious and hope to get the TKO/takedown with counters?
  5. I just want to know this what does each slider do e.g. if you set it to aggressive in standing will you be more likely to get taken down but hit harder or with mnore shots? I don't know but I just want to know what each slider does because I feel like I don't know exactly I set sliders this way then this till hapens... Please HELP!!
  6. Guys, I know we barely have any experience with this because the option to predict opponent's sliders just became available, but what is everyones experiences with "adapt to fight" checked? Lets use this thread to discuss this and predictive sliders, im sure this will be a new learning curve

  8. Guys, when i first joined this game i created a fighter and joined a 25 Year Old QFC Org. (An org that you do not train in, you just fight - in case some of the new managers do not know what this is) I had fun in that org because it was a good way to fight at a level playing field (with all the can crushing talks of late) But most importantly, it allows you to practically junk a fighter and focus on learning sliders without feeling bad about it or wasting a good fighter/fight between your own fighters just to figure some things out. I would really enjoy a QFC org again. Is there any interest in this area anymore? Even if it was a KT only QFC org i think it would be fun... Maybe the community could help someone get this started and it be a benefit for that person
  9. I was thinking (oh no!) How often do upsets occur? Is it based on Tactics or based on skills, or a combination. I know a lot of guys don't like to discuss sliders, but since the new change I think it has gotten even harder to grasp the strategic part of fighting. When I sent my sliders, it doesn't always seem to jive with the numbers at the bottom. For example if I have a guy set to always punch and my slider for punch head is set at like 90% punch head down at the bottom it doesn't say punch head 90%, It will be a lower percentage. Why is that? Is it the Fight hiarchey? Just some thoughts. Thanks

I dont know much about coding, or if this has already been suggested but i was thinking it would be cool to select what weight you want to go into a fight at for further strategic benefits and sacrifices, For example, In the 265 weight class you might have (these are just examples) -Fighter A weighs 280lbs and cuts to 264.8 -Fighter B weighs 255lbs and cuts to 238lbs Where A would come in around 280 and B would be around 255 it would be cool to choose a weight by a slider or fill in box of some sort Depending on fighter A's strategy, he might want to fight at the cut weight to keep his weight advantage while having more agility and speed than if he was 280 Or Depending on fighter B's strategy, he might want to fight at his heavier weight to minimize the weight difference, likewise, he could choose to cut to 238 and would now have a Major quickness advantage and strength disadvantage which might be better for him in some circumstances. I think this would give more of an element of surprise and gameplanning for managers, what do you think?
  11. Hello there is my problem. When I try to change the tactic of one of my fighter before a fight, I click to move the slider but I can't make him stop moving, I mean that when I click to stop the slider it doesn't work and the slider is following the cursor of the mouse. That is a real problem because I can't make my fighter ready for his fight. Thank you for your answers.

    Ground Slider Question

    I've noticed something odd in fights with my ground specialists, and one happened tonight that was a good example of it: http://www.mmatycoon...php?FTID=531267 I know that Sub Zero has a good confidence and IQ hidden and I set him to high aggression and high finish for this fight. However, in the first round (so energy wasn't an issue) he got mount and appeared to only attempt one move for ~30 seconds. I've noticed in previous fights that fighters of mine set to high aggression/high finish on the ground will sit for a long time between moves in side control, mount, and back mount, even against inferior grapplers. Is this solely due to the opponent setting his sliders to high control, is there something wrong with my slider settings, or is this just a normal amount of offense from a completely dominant position (I did set Zero to high SHIG for this fight, but I've had other fighters do this at 100% follow orders)?
