Will they improve?

Yes but only by a small amount - for you to improve from mediocre to competent purely sparring you will need to around 50 sessions.

Also, you can only really afford to spar 6 sessions a week (either am or pm sessions or Monday, Wednesday and Friday taking all of the other days off otherwise your fighter will stop learning anything from sparring.

if you want to ONLY do sparring (for whatever reason), i'd suggest setting your schedule like this:

monday AM - spar

monday PM -

tueday AM - spar

tuesday PM -

wednesday AM - spar

wednesday PM -

thursday AM - spar

thursday PM -

friday AM - spar

friday PM -

saturday AM - spar

saturday PM - spar

then mix in yoga/weights/cardio to increase your physicals as you see fit, while trying to work it out so that your fighter is around 90-91% energy after the saturday pm session (ideally you also never want to rest when you have more than ~95% energy, since it's a waste to do so otherwise, unless you need to for a fight). you will learn slightly less with the saturday pm session (and lose slightly more energy), but it's not a very big difference. the two rest sessions on sunday will have your fighter back to normal for the monday AM session.
