ALGonzalez
how fast will you start seeing improvements in your fighters stats?
MMATycoon
Pretty fast. I've had about 20 pops from my 10 guys so far in a month or so since we started. It depends how fast a learner your fighter is, what you are training him in, how good the gym is, how good the coaches are.
aaronno9
How do you know when your fighter has improved?
MMATycoon
Pen and paper if you're a basic user I'm afraid VIPs have the Tycoon Assistant which keeps track of this stuff.

Conditioning has represented probably 80-90% of my training increases.
Guest
ya i've had a lot of training pops in conditioning... but i suspect that it also has to with what your training. What i mean by that is if you're training something in which you're rated as useless... then you'll be able to pop that stat to abysmal with fewer training sessions than if you're at wonderful and are trying to pop to the next level. This is what i've assumed from things... but dont take my word for it
