DKJR Fight Camp Statement

Only in America can we be so disapointed in how past victories have been explained. IT was said Flanagan succumed to exahustion, last time I checked he lost by TKO, which is succoming to punches. While exhastion may have played a factor, it is not like he passed out in the cage after running a marathon. Also, if we are going to have this rematch it should be after his fight against Fraizer, as we only have one fight remaining on our contract with Immortals. We would also like to ask Immortals management to sign out new fighter "The Hatian Nightmare"

As far as I am concerned, the Flanagan fight is yours as soon as he is ready after his current fight. PM me the new guy's ID and I will send him a contract.

182206 is his fight ID, we would like a long inactivity clause so he can train a bit before his first bout.

I sent the contract for the Lightweight Division. I assume since he is a project that you are planning on bringing his Conditioning up so that he can more easily make weight in the 155. If this is incorrect simply decline and tell me why in the comments and I can send you a revised contract.

Joey Riggs: Spottin a couple of cheap digs in there 'habibi', can't wait to finish you later in the tournament or after it... It amuses me how you took your rage out on some guy thinking it was me... also there is no way you are winning your next fight son!

if you had been that punk bitch peasant at Beaver's you would be not talking right now because you would be in wheelchair! BEAVER'S IS MY CLUB! I LOVE THE HAIRY WOMEN! You are just cheap bitch who wears pajamas into the cage and wraps his legs around men. I will break you if we meet again.

I am not concerned about George Thomas, I have done research and he is feeble old man who owns Wendy's. I will retire this old man.

Good night of fights tonight. Was really impressed with the effort on everyone there. These smaller cards are where our future superstars are grown!

DON KING JR. CAMP PRESS STATEMENT

Assuming Joe Fraizer loses, which is not the worlds safest bet but we are confident he is overrated. On the off chance he becomes 5-0 we are not sure id he will be a little high ranked. That being said we have spoken with Roger Maywether as well as Pat Militech and they both agree Ron SParks would have a great chance against Fraizer. That being said this is an official challenge, Joe Fraizer verses Ron "The Monster" Sparks. Here is a little something to remind everyone what he is capable of when he is on the ball.

Present

FIGHT NIGHT IX

May 11, 2012

From

The Underground NY, NY

Fight #1

185lbs

Max Henderson (0-1) VS Evans Deroga (0-2)

Neither fighter has a win, but the situation for Deroga is more immediate. Going 0-3 right out of the gate is a difficult hole to climb out of for any fighter, not to mention being on the skids with your trainer / manager. Unfortunately, it looks like Deroga will soon need to find a good therapist because I’m fairly certain he’s about to drop another one. Although his MT game is fairly descent, he has yet to stop anyone with it, so it’s just not that menacing? Deroga’s boxing and wrestling are equivalent to Henderson’s, but Henderson has a purple belt in bjj, so I look for him to take this fight to the ground early, take Deroga’s white belt, and choke him out with it. Henderson will move to 0-1, while Deroga sinks into darkness at 0-3 and becomes the ugly red-headed step-child no one wants to talk about.

Fight#2

145lbs

Skull Crash (0-1) VS Mookie Magaba (0-0)

With a name like “Skull Crash”, you better have some KO power or a ”headbutt from hell ” that you can at least use in a bar! At 0-1, I’m not seeing it? Crash has a better MT game than Magaba, but he def could’nt find it in a QFC unanimous decision loss his last time out. Magaba sounds like a guy who eats “people” for protein! I get the mental picture of the “Ugandan Giant” from the WWF days. LOL Magaba has been training a bit longer and his ground game is much more solid than Crash, so I’m going with Magaba by submission in less than 3, let’s just hope he doesn’t bring any salt and pepper!

Fight #3

170lbs

Deandre Deroga (1-1) VS Ato Campbell (1-0)

Deroga’s win came via TKO in a QFC match-up. His loss was by submission. This time around Deroga will find life a bit easier as he takes on Ato Campell whose ground game is less than “frightening”. Campbell is an average fighter, has fair to midland stand-up, but his ground game is lacking and thus really poses no threat to Deroga unless Deroga suffers a brain-fart and falls into something ridiculous. Ato Campbell has a win by unanimous decision, telling me that he really doesn’t have any explosiveness in his only solace this fight, his superior MT game, and thus has me thinking that Deroga will soften him up a bit, then take Campbell down and submit him. This fight is Deroga’s to win or lose, if he wins, he’s building but if he loses, he gets this weeks “Dunce Cap”.

Fight #4

155lbs

Shane Chojacki (1-1-1) VS Cooper Thompson (0-3)

Chojacki’s win is by “decision”. Thompson’s losses are ALL also by “decision”. What does this mean? It means this may be a long, drawn-out affair and a good time to hit the urinal, grab another beer, or if your girlfriend gets turned on at the fight…it’s time for an “outdoor-on-the-hood- quickie”! Chojacki has a descent advantage on the ground, specifically with his far superior wrestling props, while Thompson has a slight advantage in the stand-up. With an 0-3 record however, it’s abysmally clear that Thompson has the boxing skills and hitting power of Jan Brady from the Brady Bunch, so there won’t be any KO in this fight. It’s only a matter of time before Chojacki takes Thompson to the ground and either lays on him for 3 rounds, or finds a way to make Thompson yell “Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!”

Fight #5

145lbs

Humberto Montes (1-2-1) VS Frank Gallagher (2-1)

Montes is an” alright” fighter, but his strategy has been questioned in recent outings. Montes comes into this fight as the more experienced fighter having trained longer. His standing game in solid regard to his boxing and MT skills, and he also has better bjj than Gallagher. However, it is Gallagher’s over-whelming wrestling prowess that have people scratching their heads on this one. I think by the end of the night, Montes who is under some pressure to win this one, will find a way to keep his distance, punish Gallagher a bit, invite him in, then pull guard and submit Gallagher late in the fight. If Montes loses this one, maybe he should consider making a kick-ass salsa! Humberto Montes…..muay bien Salsaaa! Yea.. I just like sayin “Salsaaaa’!!

Fight #6

185lbs

Reggie Coldcutts (2-2) VS Wlodzimierz Gaszewski (2-0)

O.K., his name is absolutely ridiculous, but so are his MT skills!!! Gaszewski comes into this fight at 2-0, ending both fights by “cut”. This guy passes time by sanding his bows down and chiseling his knee-caps to a fine point. Coldcutts is 2-2 and he’s on the inferior end of this fight in boxing, MT, and wrestling. Coldcutt’s only saving grace is that he has a purple belt in bjj compared to Gaszewsk’si white belt. This fight hinges on Gaszewski’s ability to stuff the takedown! If it stays up, Gaszewski will make minced meat of Coldcutts (get it..minced meat…Coldcutts LOL), however if Coldcutts can get Gaszewski to the ground, Gaszewski is “dead-meat” (get it Coldcutts, minced meat, dead meat……hey..I’m tryin over here!!!) LOL I going to go with Gaszewski and his razor sharp bows in this fight, so tonight, Coldcuts will be served! Yes, I went there! Friggin shameful isn’t it!!!

Fight #7

155lbs

Wally Butcher (2-1) VS Anthony Tinsdell (4-4)

This fight is a tough one to call. Butcher is 2-1 with a KO and a decision. Tinsdell is 4-4 with most wins by sub. Butcher holds the trophy for better boxing, far superior MT, and slightly better wrestling ability. Butcher however gives some up in the bjj game. Tinsdell is older and has been training longer than Butcher. He’s been working on his wrestling game to compliment his brown belt in bjj. This is another fight that will hinge on the ability to stuff a takedown. Butcher has the ability to clinch and really go to work on Tinsdell with his knees and his elbows, but he needs to go at it hard and early in order to wear Tinsdell down and discourage any takedown attempt. The elephant in the room here is the fact that Butcher has a win by decision despite his enormous MT hyp? This indicates to me that Butcher’s MT isn’t as explosive as the rhetoric and he “can” be taken down. Tonight, Tinsdell’s experience and training will pay off, as he will absolutely take some punishment, but he will eventually find an opening, take Butcher down, and submit him.

Fight #8

265lbs

Joe Frazier (4-0) VS Johnny Flannigan(3-2)

One of my favorites, as well as a growing crowd favorite, MT phenom Joe Frazier comes into this match at 4-0, with 4 TKO’s all using MT thunder. This guy has cut more faces than a Hollywood plastic surgeon. Tonight he’ll fight Johnny Flannigan, who is 3-2 with wins from a KO, a sub, and a decision. On paper, Flannigan has the advantage. He has better boxing skills, almost even-steven MT skills, and a far superior bjj game. Here’s the reveal..Flannigan has been KO’ed in both of his losses. Flannigan’s only chance in this fight is do something no one has done, and that is to land a takedown, preferably without clinching, and drag Frazier down to the mat. Personally, I think Flannigan has a better chance at convincing Chaz Bono she’s a girl !!! This fight will be “all Frazier”, and hopefully Chaz’s plastic surgeon will be there with a thread and needle to tend to the soon-to-be gaping hole in Flannigan’s cedar-barrel. Props to Flannigan for taking the fight, but “not-it” for picking up his medicals after the fight. Frazier will go to 5-0 with a huge target on his back from wishful-thinkers, and Ron Sparks!

Fight#9

205lbs

Jeremy Lin (2-0) VS Shamar Jackson (4-0)

Wow. Interesting match-up of the un-beaten’s. Lin comes in at 2-0 with a fierce boxing game. Jackson comes in at 4-0 with 4 submissions, all-be-it 3 from QFC matches. Lin dominates every aspect of this fight with the exception of Jackson’s brown belt in bjj compared to Lin’s virgin white belt that has yet to be tested. Even though Jackson’s wins are from the QFC, they have all been within the 1st round so take note! Obviously Jackson goes to work early, and has some great takedown offense that he can back up with that brown belt he boasts. Like his counter-part on the NY Knicks, Lin’s streak of luck will run out tonight as Jackson will take Lin down early, smile and yell for Spike Lee to sit down and STFU, and then he will sub Lin and collect his check that probably doubles Spike Lee’s last movie profits.

Fight #10

155lbs

Vladimir Van Kirkland (7-1) VS Kasem Muang

Here we go again, it’s another Melton VS Boogi match, and this is again for “a belt”. Van Kirkland (Melton’s fighter), is 7-1 with 2 wins by TKO and 5 by submission. He has won 6 in a row and has 2 title defenses. Muang (Boogi’s fighter) is 4-1, with 3 TKO’s and 1 decision. These two fighters recently faced off on Feb 19th of 2012 with Van Kirkland winning that one by unanimous decision and giving Muang his only loss. Van Kirkland eeked out the first two rounds, but then dominated the last three rounds. Tonight they come in almost equal fighters in every aspect, however Van Kirkland’s ace in the hole is that purple belt in bjj compared to that of Muang’s blue belt. Van Kirland isn’t an explosive fighter, but more of a cerebral assassin, wearing his opponents down, dragging them into deeper water as the rounds go by, and eventually letting his opponents beat themselves as he waits and watches for any mistake or mis-step. Tonight will be the same. I look for Muang to have improved his MT skills, to have sharpened and molded his knees and elbows with “Adamantium”, and to keep this fight standing, dishing out a brutal attack in an attempt to end this fight by “cut”. I took Mr. Melton’s fighter, Mike Melton Jr on the Armegeddon- Supercard against Boogi’s Archie Fallon and I lost! I’m a big fan of Melton, but Boogi found a way, and I think this guy has some serious strategic thinking that NATO could use! He’s like Tom Brady, you kinda wanna see him lose, but I’d never- ever put money on it! LOL Props Jon, much props! I’m gonna say that Boogi has laid this fight out and has a plan in the form of knees and elbows and he “WILL” cut Melton. Can Melton withstand the assault and get Muang to the canvas? That is the question on the minds of 1000 waiting fans that will be ringside. My prediction, with the fury of Frazier just 2 fights before, I think the judges are gonna be looking for a show, and the more MT there is, the louder the crowd, the more influence on the judge’s cards. It’s gonna be an MT night and Boogi will collect yet another Championship Belt!

That’s it, I’m Dean Holliday for Immortals New York. If you think you can call a winner better than I can prove it! Go to “IMMORTALS CASINO” and place your bets! Have a great night and see you at the fights.

"Post fight, Vyacheslav Kalashnikov stared into the camera and said 'As I see yet another motionless carcass laying on the floor, that used to be an opponent of mine, I now know, that I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds. And it makes me wonder, if there is a mortal man that can defeat me? You are all welcomed to try, not many will succeed.'."

INY – Armageddon

Hello again, folks. It’s me, your host, Ricky Warner from MMAAddict.com to bring you a quick review of the record setting event INY – Armageddon. All I have to say about this card is WOW! Just read on and you will see what I mean. This had all the makings of the apocalypse and it didn’t leave anyone feeling disappointed let me tell you. Let me get started on this amazing card’s bouts.

Fight #1 - Heavyweight

Borislav Chazinsky (2-1) vs. David Hayrapetyan (1-1)

Hope you didn’t get up to get a beer or blink or anything while this fight was going on. Borislav Chazinski wasted no time in setting a blistering pace for this event as he charged into the fray and fired off a flurry of punches. Hayrapetyan was simply bewildered in there and made a desperate attempt at clinching up in a bid to buy time for thought. However, Chazinski had other plans. He caught Hayrapetyan with a beautiful uppercut and then moved in and finished him off with a one two combo that shut out the lights. Chanzinski must be packing some high explosives in those fists.

Winner: Borislav Chazinski via KO (Punches)

Fight #2 – Lightweight

Shane Wellman Jr. (5-4) vs. Briar McGuire (1-0)

Despite McGuire’s lack of experience he was clearly a game opponent for the seasoned veteran Wellman. Having just come off a loss in a title fight against Vladimir van Kirkland, Wellman Jr. was looking to get himself a win and show this upstart what’s up. Unfortunately for him that is not exactly how it played out. Wellman employed a tactic that looked very similar to the way he completely dismantled Anthony Tinsdell in their fight, but McGuire was having no part of that. He was able to get the better of nearly every exchange and was able to make them count as well. Wellman was just unable to find his range and couldn’t land anything with enough on it to leave a dent. McGuire scored a takedown in the first part of the second round and worked his ground and pound to good effect. Wellman eventually succumbed to strikes at 4:22 of the second round.

Winner: Briar McGuire via TKO (Strikes)

Fight #3 – Welterweight

Kirk Hall (3-0) vs. Cung Lee (4-2)

Lee attempted to make use of the clinch to neutralize the striking power of Hall, but, surprisingly Hall pulled the fight to the mat. This allowed Lee to get back to his feet but put the fight right back into Hall’s world where he began to works his superior striking. Lee was doing his best to mitigate the damage and get the fight in close to prevent the inevitable should he stay at range with Hall, but he was simply unable to do so and Hall finally connected with a combination that hurt Lee. Hall swarmed the dazed Lee and in the ensuing flurry Lee was knocked out cold at 3:11 of the first round.

Winner: Kirk ‘War’ Hall by way of KO (Punches)

Fight #4 – Middleweight

Bernhard Taylor (3-0) vs. Gregory Watson (2-1)

These two got the fight started right off with some good exchanges. Watson was clearly looking to set up a takedown and was doing it in a smart way so as to avoid becoming predictable. Unfortunately, he was simply no match for Taylor’s power and skill. Taylor pressed forward seeking to get his range and fire off a big shot. He was able to avoid the worst of Watson’s strikes and deliver a steady string of his own strikes. He started to find his timing and caught Watson after a failed kick. Then went on the offensive finding a hole in Watson’s game he had him hurt and pressed the advantage to force the stoppage.

Winner: Bernhard Taylor with the KO (Strikes)

Fight #5 – Heavyweight

Shaggy Dope (6-4) vs. Aleksander Yaroslev (4-5)

Shaggy Dope knew that going to the ground with Yaroslev was not a wise decision and so he opened up at range early. Unfortunately for him, Yaroslev was able to evade all of those early shots and close inside scoring an early takedown. Dope was unable to control the massive Yaroslev on the ground and soon found himself mounted. He decided to try and put his purple belt in BJJ to work and tried repeatedly for submissions. Surprisingly Yaroslev actually attempted a submission himself. Dope regained his composure a bit and was able to weather the worst of the onslaught to survive the first round. In the second round though, Yaroslev was not wasting time. As soon as the bell rang Yaroslev plowed Dope over and landed in guard. He immediately began improving position and Dope found himself in a world of trouble. Despite a few more attempts at submissions, Dope soon found himself mounted. With over four minutes remaining in the round Dope was simply unable to get this under control of even to hope for survival. He was battered and beaten and Yaroslev eventually scored the KO win at 1:44 of the second round.

Winner: Aleksander Yaroslev via KO (Strikes)

Fight #6 – Light-Heavyweight

Mark Rebel (4-2) vs. Frank Rua (4-0)

Mark Rebel’s Immortals debut was less than stellar as he was beaten by Sergio Morales in just 46 seconds. He needed to make a statement and needed to make it a big one. That is precisely what he did with this fight tonight. He wasted no time in going for the takedown and Rua was dumbfounded by the speed and precision of the takedown. Rua literally did nothing the entire fight but try to survive. It looked as though Rebel was fighting some kid on his first day of karate lessons instead of an undefeated submission specialist. So overwhelming was the onslaught that Rua never made a single offensive move the entire fight. With only 33 seconds remaining in the round Rebel landed a huge elbow that ended any hope of making it out of the round and all chance for a reversal for Rua.

Winner: Mark Rebel, TKO (Strikes)

Fight #7 – Heavyweight

Vyacheslav Kalashnikov (4-1) vs. Jamaal McClellan (4-1)

This fight was sure to bring fireworks as to KO specialists met in the heavyweight division. Kalashnikov started out strong and looking for the KO right away with headhunting attacks. McClellan was not without his success in this fight though. McClellan looked more to be picking his shots and making them count when he landed them. Unfortunately, he was just unable to avoid the precision power of Kalashnikov. This engine of destruction rolled right on through McClellan almost like he wasn’t there. After a nice combination from McClellan, Kalashnikov connected with a solid shot that clearly hurt McClellan who immediately tried to get into control by launching another attack. It was the opportunity that Kalashnikov was waiting for. He slipped the leg kick and landed a monster blow that felled McClellan. Can this be the man that takes down Styles? We shall see…

Winner: Vyacheslav Kalashnikov by KO (Punch)

Fight #8 – Middleweight - Title Fight

Archie “Anvil” Fallon (6-0) vs. Michael “the DeRail” Melton Sr. (5-0)

This, folks, is what makes for great sports entertainment. Two of the top camps colliding for a world title between two undefeated contenders. It doesn’t get much better than this. And as the fight ensued we, the fight fans got exactly what we bargained for. These two men went to war. Fallon was methodical and aggressive in the first round but Melton managed to bring the fight to the floor and maintained a solid pace. In the second he secured and early takedown but was unable to keep the fight there for long and Fallon was able to edge out another round. In the third Melton took charge of the fight and it looked as though things might be changing for him, despite Fallon controlling well on the ground. As the fight moved into the championship rounds Fallon found himself able to prevent Melton from landing the takedowns until halfway through the fourth. Fallon was able to shut down the ground game fast enough that the fight got stood up again and he was able to keep it there. As the final round began, it became clear that both men felt they needed a finish to win. They both went for it and left nothing at home. The round could arguably been called a draw but over all Fallon was able to cinch up the fight in a very close decision. Both men were absolutely exhausted by the end of the fight, but the fans were ecstatic. This was easily declared the Fight of the Night. The simple fact that it forced Fallon beyond the second round was reason enough for that.

Winner: Archie “Anvil” Fallon, Unanimous Decision. Fight of the Night and New Immortals New York, Middleweight Champion of the World!

Fight #9 – WelterweightTitle Fight

“Anaconda” Tari Cunha (5-0) vs. “Rush” Georges St. Pierre (6-0)

The Co-Main event of the night was Tari Cunha’s first title defense against the man who came to this organization as a world title holder from the Steel Penn – Evolution. He was doubted by many as some of his wins seemed a bit dubious. But his convincing win over Donald “The Don” Stewart of the Mike Melton camp dispelled nearly any reservations people may have had about him. Now he faced another of the top management teams in the organization and was out to dispel any lingering doubts. We all knew this fight was going to the ground, but we all expected a bit more back and forth while there. St. Pierre was able to continually prevent Cunha from seizing the initiative and getting the fight under his control. Cunha had one brief moment in the fourth round where he was able to land a takedown of his own, but he was not able to fully capitalize on it and GSP was able to escape to his feet and take the fight back down on his own terms. He then dominated the action for the remainder of the fight. I think no one expected GSP to be some dominant over Cunha who has shown his dominance over almost all of his opponents in the past.

Winner: “Rush” Georges St. Pierre, via Unanimous Decision, and the New Immortals New York, Welterweight Champion of the World!

Fight #10 – HeavyweightTitle Fight

Derric “Shimmy” Styles (8-0) vs. “Titan” Yuri Lebedev (5-1)

An amazing matchup here as the unbeaten crusher of dreams, Derris Styles, who has left a swath of destruction through the heavyweight division that would make General Sherman proud in this, his third title defense faces the colossal “Titan” Lebedev. I have said it before there is no soft edges on this Lebedev. He walks into the cage and peoples skin just starts splitting open. Many people thought that this fight would not make it out of the first round, but I knew better. Lebedev may not be designing a new vessel for the space shuttle program over at NASA anytime soon, but he is no dummy. He is methodical and makes great use of his technical prowess in Muay Tai to pick his opponents apart. Literally, in many cases. He fought the fight of his life in there. Utilizing his technical style to score over and over again while avoiding the worst of the return fire from the reigning champion, Lebedev was well ahead on the scorecards and was winning the third round too, when Styles landed a tremendous bomb that staggered Lebedev. Styles saw his best opportunity in the fight to that point and was not about to let it go. He rushed in and finished the job right then and there. Fantastic KO and an amazing fight that saw the champion dragged into deep waters.

Winner: Derric “Shimmy” Styles retains his Immortals New York, Heavyweight Championship of the World via Knockout of the Night TKO (Strikes)!

This is why I love this organization so much folks. This was an amazing card and it more than lived up to its expectations, shattering all Immortals New York records. Hope you folks enjoyed the event and I hope this little review helped to sum it up for those that missed it. That is all for this installment. Ladies and gentlemen, good night and be safe. We will see you al next time. I am Ricky Warner saying goodnight. Now I’m off to the after party.

Awesome mate!

Damn, I really tried to keep Vyacheslav out of reach for media cos' I knew his God complex could get him into some trouble sooner or later. But, I guess he's a big boy now, so, maybe I can let him speak for himself for now on. This is what he got to say after his last match.

Vyacheslav Kalashnikov: I'm honored to face another representer of the motherland. Yaroslev might have a decent shot to dethrone the immortal weapon of desdrution known as Vyacheslav Kalashnikov. He's a mean, relentless, aggressive, no nonsense wrestler who fears no man. Derric Styles on the other hand, is known to beat people who know nothing about fighting. Beating even retarted people, like in his last fight. I would be really carefull for what I ask. Only thing guaranteed on facing the ultimate machine of destruction is pain and memory loss, victory is very, very improbable...

Only In America ladies and gents can we have such great heavyweight rumbles. Here in New York we will have Sparks vs Fraizer and Dope vs McClellan. We are very excited in these two heavyweight contests, but let us all be honest. Fraizer will fall, and McClellan will lose again. We have no doubt we have the wrestling to get Fraizer where he has never been before, on his ass feeling what its like to be dominated by someone with a more complete game. He has good standup but I dont think he has the defense he needs against us. Also, we are curious to see what kind of plan McClennan will come up with now that he knows he does not have the kind of KO power he thought he did. I AM DON KING JR!!! I know what boxing power looks like, and McClennan you do not and will never have it my friend.
