bananasplits
Guys. I have a question. I was just talking to a mate and he suggested smaller sparring classes were the best. I could have sworn it was the other way around. Has there been a change I missed? Love & kill 4 life. Hannah

PBR
larger class is better but also you want to be sparring with guy around your skill level or just above -- honestly the difference is probably so small that it doesnt matter really but for getting the most out of it larger classes are better now
Kronix
your training partners need to be 20% better then your fighter to get the best benefit but it also needs to be a minimum of 5 ppl in the class not to get a penalty for training.. this pentalty is not very large but compaired to a 5 man group there is a difference. Also if there is a group larger then 5, lets say 8 fighters as an example then the best top 5 guys will only get experience from the average of the top 5. the other 3 that are lower in skill will not affect the results of the better training partners. What this leads to is that a low level fighter will always get the best possible training in a 5 man group and the better fighters will not get worse training because a low level fighter is in the group (if it's larger then 5) http://www.mmatycoon.info/index.php?title=Training_Changes_May_2012

The breakdown works as follows 1 2 3 .... 9 5+5 5+6 5+7 5+8 5+9 5+5+5 etc.... where the last group will ALWAYS have at least 5 people but no more than
