Scully
Was thinking of starting a gym, but wasn't sure if I should go Public or Private. Can a private gym be profitable? What kind of membership for a private gym would be best or number of coaches? Thanks for any information.
CardiffWanderer
A private gym can be very profitable but only when partnered with one or more experienced players who has the cash to inject into the business. Usually, the fighters pay the prescribed top rate and then the gym owner gets additional funds from elsewhere as well. Of course, the more people contributing, the more fighters in the gym.
Scully
I have a good bit of cash from a sale of a VIP. I wouldn't mind experienced help with one if I go with a private gym. How much cash are we talking about?
CardiffWanderer
I'm not entirely sure, but looking at how much you have in the bank, I would guess you could have one running for your fighters exclusively for some time.

duphus
A typical private gym with 13 various combo's of elite coaches with around 20 fighters in it at 1000.00 per week will lose about 30K to 35K a week.
duphus
If you have max coaches and only 10 to 15 fighters in there, figure around 200K a month is what it will lose
