If you don't know this already, Team K is a sponsoring and roleplay/promotion system, take a look at how it went down in season 1 here: http://www.mmatycoon...showtopic=35682 I want your favourite fighters to represent the KAISER brand and get a good read together for all managers who can follow their teammate's progress. To quote myself: What kind of fighters? I want your golden boys, i want the guys you enjoy fighting with most, you have high hopes in... they guys you love to brag with... and rant about their failures. Unhyped 1-0-0 guys (but actively fighting), beasts, champs of notable orgs... it does not matter, i want a mixed gang, guys at different stages of their career. This season is planned to last 3 month and will start on September 1st. For that each manager will revieve a 90d/6000$ sponsoring contract for his fighter (which is obligatory) and 3 nutrition products from the handsome Crisse Danielsson and our partner store KAISER Nutrition in Sydney. Also a second sponsorship from KAISER Nutrion can be requested for that period via PM to Crisse, additional 3000$. It would be nice if fighters wear at least 1 piece KAISER clothing during that time, but it is not obligatory and so are postfight shoutouts - i'd prefer to not stand in your way there, so better hype your guys there, alright? I won't be pissed if anyone does not find the time for active participation or loses interest, but my wish would be that you just apply when you have the aim to be active and know you enjoy a little write-up here and there. If you're not the roleplay guy, no prob at all, focus on game mechanics and participate with some resume, fight presentation or just announce your fights in thread to give others a little preview. Let me explain the three pillars of the system: the Fighter Main Posts, the Bonus Awards and the Season End Awards, starting with the first. Lomax is heading back to Cage Wars now, i think Waru will stay at Ascension, but i am not 100% sure. I'd love to fight Fox with my boy Houllebecq, but he is in some sort of back to the drawing baord situation atm. C'mon, guys... i want 20 guys min! It's a wall of text, but the "technical" effort is very small. Fighter post, update fights there... count the boni money together, at least till end of season. But you should be interested in doing some roleplay/promotion for sure. If you have both sponsoring slots filled... it's no ko criterium. If a slot for KAISER is blocked the first 1-2 weeks of september, i won't mind, if longer, please ask one of the two current sponsors if the contract could be canceled - no harm for the company done. I'm willing to pay the company owner a compensation! Parallel to our run, we also have a team competing in ITFL Season 2 Team KAISER Season 1 fighter Kenta Kobashi is taking part in it and will quite likely keep you updated here. Brings me to another thought... you're all allowed to kind of double-use your contribution here for orgs of your fighters, i mean if you take the time, it's good for the forum to maximize the output. Maybe you guys can somehow mention KAISER Fight Team promo "as source" there, any kind of mention would be cool, but it's no must. Sponsorships will be sent out on September 1st, that's what i consider the starting date, but it's not the deadline, i have sent an ad to Tycoon Times (the picture from post 2 here) and, depending on when the next issue comes out and if the pic is in it, i want the guys to have 1-3 days to join.
